Winter Park Lodging Company was super responsive. We will definitely continue to rent through them in the future. The unit was in a perfect location within a very short walk to the gondola and village restaurants and shops. The balcony overlooking the village was a fun place to unwind after a day of skiing. Perfect weekend or longer getaway.

Very happy with the condo. It was very, very clean, beds were very comfortable and we had lots of pillows. The kitchen had the basics for cooking. Loved how spacious it was also. Enjoyed watching cable tv too! Great view of the gondola! Host/management was very quick to answer my questions. Overall, highly recommend if you can splurge a bit.

Perfect location! The closest to the mountain we have ever stayed at in Winter Park. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we come back. Very clean, and the management company was great to work with. They constantly checked in with us to make sure everything was going well.

This 2-bedroom condo was perfect for our weekend stay. It had great views of the mountains and the village below. The welcome note and treats were a great touch. While everything was clean, the unit could use a little updating, but this no way detracted from our stay. Also, the 2nd bathroom only has a pedestal sink with small shelves, so it was annoying not to have a good place to set toiletries while getting ready. Also, no AC in the unit and, while we did not expect AC, we were surprised how hot it got in there even with the low outside temps and windows open at night. It would have been nice to have ceiling fans in the unit. Again, just minor things and no way did they detract from our enjoyment. Thanks for a great stay!

Parking was terrible, you had to use systems to get in and out. The parking lot was filthy. Check in was confusing as the Front Desk didn't have my reservation but they did explain the process to check-in.

We had a perfect stay with Winter Park Lodging in Riverside Zephyr Mountain 2603! This unit was ideal for our group of four adults which included two 19 year old boys who are too tall / too old for bunk beds. The unit is not the most modern in decor, but we didn't care about that. The 6th floor views, generous square footage and prime location to gondola, rentals, village and restaurants are what mattered. The team from Winter Park Lodging Company was responsive, friendly and helpful. We will absolutely rent from them when we return to WP or visit Steamboat.

Not a more convenient way to stay and ski than to stay in this beautiful condo (with stunning views!) The ski in and out made it easy for kids to come back when they were tired. So many good restaurants at our doorstep. We never had to leave the complex! Also, lots of great shopping. Winter park lodging company was extremely helpful and communicative. All around a 5 star experience that we will make a yearly tradition.

Unit was clean, property management was responsive. Unit overlooks the base of the ski area so we could see what was happening. Overall a reasonable price without all of the add ons we’ve come to expect from AirBNB.We would absolutely recommend this unit and this management company.

Very nice condo, love the views and the atmosphere. A couple of small things- bowls would be nice to have in the kitchen, the inner shower curtain in the larger room should be replaced, clean the outdoor furniture, and it would be nice to have regular tv-I wanted to watch the Broncos game. Maybe it did, I couldn't figure it out. Internet is very poor, I connected to the guest zephyr which worked great but the room internet barely worked. These are very minor things, loved the condo very relaxing. Thank you!

Location can not be beat. We walked to dinner and fun all weekend. The place was great, clean, comfortable. Got hot in the evenings and then we found the box fans in the closet. Great place.

Unit 2603 was perfect for our family of 7 - clean and plenty of sleeping room and space to eat and relax. The view of the base was great and being able to come and go to the slopes was so convenient! The management co. was also very responsive to our questions. My only suggestions would be to add cereal bowls and replace the mattress on the pull-out sofa. We hope to be back next year!

This location is a short walk from everything in the village. Great location for kids or dads who want to downhill bike and check in with the fam throughout the day. The views were great from the room! Would recommend replacing the DVD players. They’ve seen better days. But who comes to winter park to watch tv anyway.

What an amazing condo for our first visit to Winter Park, will definitely return! The location is perfect - easy access to gondola, ski locker, parking, etc. Well furnished and updated, had everything we needed. Balcony overlooks the gondola and base so was nice to hang out there, especially when a band was playing for Mardi Gras. Can't recommend this property enough and will hopefully return someday soon!

Not only is the Zephyr Lodge one of our favorite places to stay, this condo was very comfortable and cozy. And even though we had a few small appliance problems, the management company was prompt in taking care of it and always just a text away. Skiing is right out the door and the Winter Park Village with shops and fantastic restaurants just steps away. Amazing and wonderful vacation spot!!

This was our 3rd time to use Winter Park Lodging Co. They are always attentive and quickly respond to question before and during the stay.

This father and 4 adult sons enjoyed their family ski vacation at 2603. Overall a nice property, but beds are getting tired and mattresses should be replaced.

ZML is very convenient! I can’t imagine staying anywhere other than a ski in /ski out resort! We loved being within walking distance of the restaurants as well! The check-in/check-out process was easy as we arrived late and had to leave early on our last day. Condo #2603 was great. The view was great of the base of the mountain. The only thing that would have made it better for our group of 2 families (9 people) was if the extra bedroom would have had 2 double beds or queens instead of 2 twin beds. But we knew this ahead of time and we would still stay there again! Our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Came from Denver for a few days with a group of girlfriends. We all took Friday off and were planning on just hanging around in Winter Park till we were able to get in at the 4pm arrival time we were told, but then got a text from Winter Park Lodging Company saying it was ready early! It was the best! Had a blast and really loved the location- so close to everything. It was the perfect place to get away and spend some quality time with quality friends.

Pluses: Very short walk to Zephyr lift, very good view of the main Village base & the slopes at the base, spacious, quiet, self check in very easy, Hospitality app very helpful Minuses: Condo too warm - heaters always on regardless of thermostat settings, master bedroom windows very difficult to open and don't stay up on their own (didn't try windows in the other bedroom), NO cereal bowls Overall we were pleased with the condo and would consider it for a future visit.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh darn.  We are so sorry the temperature was difficult to regulate.  That building does run warm when there are lots of folks visiting.  We will look into getting those windows easier to access.  The cereal bowls are now in the property.  Thanks so much for letting us know and please do always call when the necessities are missing.  We hope to provide a more impressive visit on your next stay.

We loved our stay and will return to Zephyr Lodge again. This unit had all the necessities and the sleeping arrangements made for plenty of options for our family of 5. The coffee maker is a traditional maker, and a Keurig style maker would be a nice addition but otherwise the unit had everything we needed!

What a relaxing stay we had at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge over Labor Day weekend. This well-appointed unit was perfect for us and our two children to enjoy a little hiking in the wilderness and biking at Trestle! The only thing the unit was missing were potholders! This would be helpful for visitors who cook. Other than that, it was awesome. This particular unit has a wonderful view of the mountain and the village area at the base, which is fun to experience. Additionally, the desk staff at this lodge is so incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming. That is not always the case (particularly in Summit County), so we appreciated the welcome! Thanks very much.

We have stayed at Winter Park for the past 6 years during the Christmas break, and this condo's location by far exceeded our expectations. Winter Park lodging company was very helpful and did not hesitate for a few extra requests for us during our stay. If I had one comment, it would be that the room needs a couple larger skillets and pans. We had problems cooking a few meals even for our small group of 4. Overall, I highly recommend Winter Park lodging and Zephyr Mount Lodge 2603.

We had a great time, the Condo was very nice and had great views of the mountain and village activity. We would likely rent again during next years CFF. (not sure if they have next years dates scheduled yet) Thanks again

Our stay was great! Condo location couldn't have been better. Condo was clean and ready when we arrived. Our only complaint is that the bathtub in the master bedroom didn't drain well. It needs some attention.
