Great location, great layout, great condition overall and very convenient to all the local amenities and town shuttles if needed. We stayed for 5 nights and only needed to leave the property for larger grocery runs.

We had the BEST time at this condo in WP! Our very responsive host checked on us every step of the way. We arrived after business hours and Mindy made sure we had all the details on what to do if there was a problem. Self check in and heated garage parking was easy and worth the extra cost. Pros: EVERYTHING we needed was stocked down to the smallest details, the Aveda soap and lotion products were a nice touch in the bathroom, view of the village, slopes and gondola were exemplary, adult slept great in the Murphy bed, king bed and pillows were so comfy we wanted to take them home! This condo was very peaceful, but if you’re a light sleeper I would recommend bringing a sleep mask as there is a skylight(with blinds) in the bedroom.
Cons: There aren’t many! For us clean freaks, the condo could have been less dusty. More importantly areas like the kitchen and bathroom were clean. The rugs need replaced. The baseboard heaters were a bit noisy until we got used to them.

Our family of four enjoyed another great few days at Winter Park. This was our 5th visit, and 2nd staying in this unit at Zephyr. We had a great experience last year so we booked the same unit again. Great views of the Gondola and base area from the balcony, and beautiful views of the mountains and Mary Jane from the bedroom. Everything was clean and well laid out. Very convenient location - ski lockers, hot tub, etc. Communications and assistance from management were spot on. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience here and would definitely consider this same unit for future trips. Everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, the unit was furnished wonderfully, and we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The unit is in a wonderful place that is close to the elevator but not so close that you get elevator noise, and very close to the ski locker end of the building. We also thought the unit was bigger in person than it appeared in the photos.

Place was fantastic - the Murphy bed sets it’s apart from others for space. I have teen boys and having 1 on the couch and 1 on the bed worked out great. We’d definitely rent again. Prop mgmt team was great!

This was our 5th visit to Winter Park but our first time staying at the Zephyr. The unit was as-advertised, and exceeded our expectations. Comfortable king bed, great kitchen layout. Very convenient to the gondola and amenities in the village. Hot tubs on our side of the building were not working, but two were available next door - easily accessible to all guests.

My daughter and I took a last minute trip before school starts and I could not have found a more perfect place to relax and see what a beautiful little town Winter Park is! This trip was definitely during “off” season, however there was still plenty to do in the area. There were no crowds, we didn’t have to wait at any restaurants to be seated. We had the most beautiful drive from the Denver airport, I could just go on and on. We felt very safe on the premises and parking in the underground garage. The apartment was exactly as the photos and description show on the website. We were so comfortable and would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location at winter park resort. The accommodations were clean and the place was modern and updated. The communication from the property was superb. Easy peasy! My kiddos loved the foosball table. The king bed in the master was comfy. Very happy there was a fan and we could open the windows, as there’s no AC. Although the condo is on the small side, the layout was thought out and we never felt cramped. The Murphy bed was great and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!!

Our condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous and the view was great. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the hustle and bustle of the village. I would stay in this condo again in a heartbeat. When it comes to skiing, Winter Park is a blast.

We loved #2419! The condo was laid out great so we had plenty of space for luggage. We have stayed in several different units and this was the best. The Murphy bed was very nice for our teenage kids. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals each night. The lighting in the kitchen was horrible. The track lighting didn’t offer much light. It was difficult cooking in such a dark kitchen. I would suggest putting real light bulbs. I don’t want mood lighting when cooking. The water pressure in the kitchen was also very low but we made it work. Everything else was great. The condo is a short walk to the elevator and the view is beautiful. I loved looking out the window at the mountain. I will definitely look for this condo again next year!

Dream home! Excellent location with a nice view of the base and the gondola. I loved the cute decor especially the Christmas tree. The gas fireplace made the house very cozy. Starbucks is right downstairs too. Will book again.

Cute decor, great layout, comfy bed, super convenient location for the resort and its amenities. Was comfy for my partner, me, and our 8 and 10 year old. Managers were responsive and helpful. We went for the cool mountain air and there's no AC and not all the windows open, so the place did get a little stuffy/warm for my tastes. But I requested and extra fan, got one and that helped make it more comfortable.

My family of four enjoyed our stay in this condo. It’s the perfect location for being able to easily hit the slopes. I loved all the hooks on the wall for all the coats and snow bibs.
There are no ceiling fans but there was a box fan in the closet. Laundry room is just a few doors down and is $3.00 (quarters) to wash and dry a load.
The communication with management was easy. They did a good job of making sure we were satisfied and gave us the opportunity to make suggestions for improvements.
There are a few dvd and books as well as some cards and board games. The coffee table being a foosball was a hit with my son.

The balcony overlooks Winter Park Village base & the Gondola. Ski-in, ski-out lockers make it so easy to take a quick break for lunch, or meet up with others and get right back on the slopes! We purchased some food & snacks at the local grocery store, and the kitchen had everything needed to fix breakfasts, lunches, & small dinners. The heated garage was helpful with very cold temps & weather. The location & unit worked great for our needs!

We spent the week here to mountain bike at Trestle and had the best time! The location of the unit was perfect, just steps away from the Trestle bike shop and the gondola. The unit was beautifully decorated, provided us a great view from the balcony and all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time. Winter Park village in the summer is gorgeous-plenty of hiking trails, outdoor activities, and a quick bike ride on Fraser trail to visit downtown. We hope to be back in this exact spot next summer!

After this year we were desperately needing some normalcy. Our stay here allowed us to be social distance and still have a white Christmas! We brought a small table tree to brighten up the place but it wasn’t needed. There was a decorated tree in the living room waiting for us. Brought a huge smile to the kids faces!

Our family arrived in Fraser on January 1 to find our AirBnB had not been cleaned and had major plumbing issues. After a frustrating back and forth with that host to get a refund, we scrambled to find an alternative. Thankfully, Winter Park Lodging Company was able to accommodate the 4 of us extremely last-minute. The building was easy to get into, parking was simple, the location was stellar, and the condo itself was very clean. Our only feedback would be to install a Roku device on the TV to make streaming Netflix/Hulu/HBO easy for guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Having the pull out bed was great and we still had room on the couch to lounge, read and watch the skiers coming down the mountain. We will definitely go back and plan to bring family along next time. We enjoyed being so close to everything. Dining and ski lifts were just out the back door. It was a perfect set up. The kitchen was just right for our needs and the environment was comfortable and clean. We also appreciated the covered underground parking. So convenient. We look forward to another visit soon! We were so delighted with this condo - it's large, plus all new everything - vinyl wood-like flooring, stylish furnishings, a comfy Murphy bed that was so cute and painted on front with a blue bear. Loved this space! It was perfect for our family of 4! Being in Winter Park Village was great. The only thing we had troubles with was getting it to cool down at night (stayed in the summer). There were fans, but we couldn’t get a cross-breeze to the bedroom. The living space was great with the balcony windows open, but the bedroom was hot. Would have been perfect if the bedroom windows opened! But honestly, that was minor - we will be back!

What a great Spring Break ski vaca at The Blue Bear. Every morning we got a Starbucks right next door, grabbed our skis from the ski locker and walked right up to the Zephyr lift. Well stocked kitchen to make meals was a plus. Super comfortable king bed and Murphy bed. Loved all the hooks for coats, ski pants, towels, etc. Such fun decorations and comfy furniture. Winter Park Lodging Company was super helpful!

We loved the condo, the location cannot be beat. Our only suggestion would be to buy new and more pillows. 3 of the pillows were fine, one was awful and for 4 people, that's a problem.

This condo was a great place to stay for so many reasons. I loved that there were hooks everywhere...ample places to hang gear, swim suits, towels, clothes, you name it. So much nicer than the usual 4 hooks by the front door and a pile of gear. It was nice to have a large trash can instead of the usual tiny one. Loved having a comfortable king sized bed as well. The kids thought the Murphy Bed was awesome, and the whole family enjoyed the foozball table. And as usual, Winter Park Lodging Company. was awesome. The tv froze when we first arrived and someone immediately came to the room, determined we needed a new remote, and we had it the next day. The decor in this condo is also so nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a great little condo with great access to the lifts. They were attentive and responsive to our needs.(extra pillows and an issue with the door sticking) We stayed the week of Christmas and our place was decorated with Christmas tree!

Cute unit with vintage ski decor. It had everything in the kitchen we could need & the Murphy bed worked well for our 2 teens. Management checked on us before, during , and after our stay to make sure all went well. Close to Zephyr lift & Starbucks. We had a great time & would love to visit again.

Master king bed and Murphy bed was very comfortable. Condo Location was perfect facing the base of Zephyr Lift and great views of the slopes. Condo and lodge staff were attentive and friendly. Definitely would choose that condo for a repeat visit to Winter Park.

Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice and loved the games and DVDs that were provided. Rental company was amazing and made sure our stay was perfect! My only recommendation is to put a mattress pad on the mattress on the Murphy bed as there is a big yellow stain on it and it is gross. I had to call for sheets for the Murphy bed but they brought them quickly. We had to go without the first night as we arrived after 11pm.

Manager's Comments...Glad you enjoyed your stay, but sad to hear we missed the mark with the murphy bed. We are going to work on getting rid of the stain and the owner has agreed to purchase a new mattress pad. We hope you'll come back and give us another try.

We just got back from our vacation in Winter Park and this condo! It is the best on the mountain. Plenty of room everything you need in furnished and the deco is just out of this world! Very cozy and feels like home! Mattresses are great even the murphy bed sleep really good! We will book this condo again. Also very nice staff who are very nice and helpful!

The views from both sides of this end property are fabulous. You can see the slopes from the balcony and the Continental Divide from the bedroom. The best of both worlds.

My only complaint would be, that there was almost too much furniture. The unit was great otherwise and we loved how close it was to the elevator.

This location couldn't have been more convenient! Right by the main lift in the middle of the village, it was about 100 ft. from the entrance to the lift. The unit was generously sized and even though we only had two people staying it would have easily fit four. I loved having coffee in the morning looking out onto the slopes from the balcony. It also happened to be one of the cheaper places in town, which is odd because I've stayed a number of other places in town and this was much larger and nicer.

Loved the layout of the place as it was larger than the other units that I have stayed at in this complex. The furnishings were nice as it sits at the far end of the hall so you have nobody on one side of you which was great. The master bed was very comfortable but if anyone is sleeping on that pullout, good luck...my daughter had a rough go of it. I only have 2 small complaints...since it was summer we needed the windows open at night and the noise from the restaurants below or people hanging out at them got a bit noisy and also with the morning deliveries to the restaurants...the other issue was the cleaning service...They had left the previous renters towels behind the bedroom door and there was an awful amount of dust on the window coverings(my wife has very bad allergies) so it appeared that they clean the essentials well but don't go the extra step. I'm sure this was a one time mis-step so I won't fault them on that one. Other than that, the place is great and would recommend it highly, especially in the winter when the windows would not be open. It is very convenient to all and is a quick couple of steps to the base of the mountain. You really cannot go wrong staying here.

We have stayed in several Zephyr Condos over the last several years. This is one of the best one bedrooms we have ever stayed in. It has been updated, is bigger than most, and has all the conveniences of home. One drawback is the sky light in the bedroom. As soon as the sun is partially up, so are you. I would rate this condo as Excellent if there was a way to block the light from the sky light. The blinds don't cut it.

We had an excellent experience at Zephry Mountain Lodge 2419. The unit was clean, well kept and up to date. It was definitely a home away from home. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice. The towels were soft. The unit had everything that we needed with lots of extras. Everyone that saw the unit commented on how nice it was. I will definitely stay there again in the future.

This condo was great. The location was perfect- we could easily go back to the condo for lunch and go back out right after. There are so many restaurants in the village, so you don't even need to leave the resort which was nice since we didn't have a rental car. There is a washer and dryer just down the hallway which was ok, but I would have preferred a private washer and dryer. We were only there for 5 nights so it wasn't too big of a deal.

This is our favorite place to stay when we come visit. It is great for a couple, but also large enough to bring the kids. The murphy bed in the unit is great for the kids instead of a pull out couch. Right at the base of the resort and surrounded by activities!

WE LOVE THIS UNIT. This unit is decorated so well--it is clean, welcoming, and gives you the feeling of home. The unit is very spacious for a one bedroom and you do not feel like you are in a hotel. Location of this unit is perfection! Right at the base of the resort and the middle of the village. The place comfortably fit 3 of us—having the Murphy bed was great for our third person! The check in process was very smooth and easy. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels in the unit for the hot tub, but we called Winter Park Lodging Company and they brought us more towels right away. Loved the décor in this unit. We will definitely be back to rent with Winter Park Lodging Company.

We have stayed in a few different Zephyr units, but this one was our favorite. The unit is a bit bigger than the other one bedrooms and the décor is very welcoming and inviting. It is also located close to the washer and dryer (would be even better if there was a private washer/dryer)! We loved that you can see the slopes from the balcony. Great spot for our small group. This condo is one of the larger 1 bedrooms. The vaulted ceilings also make it feel like a bigger space. Having the murphy bed was a plus! The king bed in the master is very comfortable. No issues with anything.

We stayed at Zephyr Lodge a couple of years ago and definitely wanted to stay here again! We loved this unit because it was larger than the other one bedroom units. The condo was exactly as the listing described! When we arrived, the condo was very clean & ready for our stay. We absolutely love this lodge and would recommend it to anyone staying here with/without children. Everything is so convenient from Starbucks to the restaurants to the easy access ski in/out! The Lodge is also very quiet as is the entire resort! The only thing we had a slight problem with was finding the underground parking and which gate to go through once you enter the main gate. There were no signs that said Zephyr Lodge parking, etc. Other than that, we will definitely stay in this condo again, and look forward to coming back in the summer!
