Great location, easy check-in, well cared for property, easy check out. Hot tubs were great, walkable food options, town of Winter Park is only three miles away. Nice to have ski locker access, parking is extra in the winter. Property is clean and well maintained.

This condo is beautiful and the best location. We checked in and then left until later that evening. We went to use the bathroom and take a shower but there was no soap for the sink or shower. We called the next day and they said you have to get your own. We've stayed in a lot of VRBOs and never had to bring our own soap. A miner issue but seemed really odd.

Great location, great view, easy check in, and the condo was exactly as in photos. The only comment I would have for future guests is the blow up bed situation. Due to the size of the place, blowing up and taking down the bed everyday was a bit challenging and if you didn't fully zip it back in it takes up quite a bit of space. This place is really only set up for 2 adults with 2 young children or 1 older child. We had 3 adults and 1 teen and there was not a lot of space to put out ski gear and clothes. Also, 2 people really cannot sleep on the blow up bed, so one ends up on the sofa or floor. The place does get a little cramp with more than 2 people, but the location made up for it.

Stunning views of snow-capped mountains! We had such a great time staying right at the slopes and enjoying all the things right at the base area. Lovely "welcome goodies" were there for us and checking in/out was very seamless. We hope to return. Big thanks to our hosts for helping us out!

Wonderful place to stay for a Winter Park getaway. This location is right at the base of the Winter Park slopes. We were there for a fall visit, and the fall colors were awesome. Winter Park Lodging was great to work with. Their communication was proactive and extremely helpful. The condo was just as the photos and description indicated. Clean space with very comfortable furniture and bedding. We'll definitely book through Winter Park Lodging again. Highly recommend them and this space.

I love coming to Trestle every year. This unit is right at the base with immediate access to everything. Recent reviews talked about no hot tub availability or working windows in the unit. That’s not accurate; we had no issues at all and the hot tub was great.

Great spot, great views! We had a great time during our stay here. It’s not very busy during the summer there, but we really enjoyed that. Had the hot tub to ourselves, no lines to wait in, no traffic. Check in and check out was super easy and it was super easy to get in contact with someone if we had any questions!

Cannot say enough good things about my two week stay there. Centrally located to everything you could need or want to do. Very cozy and peaceful. Amazing and responsive host. Such a great experience all around! Looking forward to planning another trip there :)
Just FYI the unit does not have AC during the summer months. Thankfully there is a nice breeze and fans to help keep the place cool until the evening comes.

Wow! The location for skiing was amazing! We wanted ski in/ski out and got it! Nice selection of shops, food and treats right in the village. Watched our team play in the SEC at Stoneys. Space in condo worked out just fine for our family of 4. The locker for ski equipment was a very nice bonus that came with the condo at no additional charge. I called Winter Park Lodging several times for various reasons and Lucas was a great help. He seemed to be the one that always answered and was very patient. Also really appreciated the abundance of dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. It seems silly but a lot of times you are supplied with one of each and then need to buy your own. The parking garage was also very nice. Kept the car nice and warm and you could walk in out of the weather-easy access to elevators. We will stay here again! The mountain, trails, lifts and restaurants on the mountain were very nice with amazing views.

I came up to get away from Denver and get into the big snow storm. It’s a great location walkable to mostly everything winter related. Only issue was no small convenience store was located in walking distance. I think the main store in winter park in actually in downtown would enter park which is about 5 min drive down the road but the village has almost everything else

We're from California where there is no snow. I took my two sons skiing at Winter Park. We took a shuttle to the resort. Stayed 4 night without transportation. Everything we needed was in a minute or less walk, including the Gondola. The condo was clean and had also had everything we needed. There were 3 of us. 4 people might be to much, not a lot of space for luggage but we basically just slept there. Great spot.

The place was nice and comfortable. The mattress was fantastic. The windows were pretty sketchy and could use replacing. AC would have been nice since it was warm but I understand the whole building is without it. The provided fan was broken. Some other items didn't work but the staff quickly fixed them. The shower head had very low flow. The bathroom could use an update. Overall I was happy with the accommodation.

View is quite tranquil, and the balcony aides in that.
Unit itself is sufficient for one or 2 people, more, might be problematic. But, whether ur skiing in winter, or hiking in summer, a preponderance of the day, do u really need a huge place to crash at night? The size is is more than adequate for an evening respite.
Bed is soft, and comfortable, as are the pillows.
Sheets are of high-quality material.
Bathroom is nice-sized, but a little stingy on cabinet space. Shower head, water pressure are excellent, however.
Very close to the elevator. Not disturbing at all, but is very convenient.
Can’t beat the location relative to lifts, and shopping, and only an easy 5-minute commute by auto to Downtown WP.

the place was clean and a good location. The tv in the main room didn’t connect to the internet so no Netflix…this should be fixed. Frying pans could use an upgrade…looks like someone overheated them. Would stay again.

A nice place to stay for my wife and I. The full size fridge was a definite plus. The bed was very comfortable. The skillets could use some updating (pretty worn) but overall really enjoyed the room and property. As a heartfelt recommendation I would say higher quality toilet paper would go a long way to increase a positive experience! Thank you.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2413 was the perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy the weekend away from the kids. We were steps away from the gondola which was very convenient for getting our downhill laps in at the bike park. There were also several options for happy hour after we were done in the village area. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company was extremely helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay! We will be back in the winter because the location is hard to beat!

Awesome condo. We stayed here to bike at Trestle. The location is literally across from the gondola and couldn't be more perfect. Bike storage in the garage requires that you bring your own lock! We didn't see this mentioned and so it was a bit of a surprise. The management company is very responsive and helpful via phone/text. Nice little welcome package and the condo was in immaculate shape. Would highly recommend, great price, and will be back

Location, location, location! Right next door to Starbucks, the pro shop and the gondola. Doesn't get any closer. Underground parking makes the stay all the more convenient. The management company was great-prompt with replies and made the stay very smooth. Will do again.

This was our third booking with Winter Park Lodging Company and like before it didn’t disappoint. Our rental was exactly as described with a well stocked kitchen that allowed us to eat in during our stay. It was very clean with obvious attention to making it comfortable during COVID. The provided masks and other goodies were great. The booking, confirmations, and contact prior to trip ensured us that things were well taken care of. Only issue that the Zephyr could do better is elevator maintenance having one elevator not working makes social distancing impossible when so many just want to get to their units.

Unit 2413 was okay. The bedroom however is quite small and has no place to put suitcases. Hardly enough room to walk in. Also, the whole facility does not have screens on the bedroom windows. Since there is no air-conditioning, even with the other windows open in the living room, the bedroom got quite warm and uncomfortable. The kitchen was well stocked though - even has a crockpot for those who want to cook their own meals. We couldn’t figure out how to get the Sony box for th Tv to work, so no Netflix. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the hot tub was shut down as well as the gym. We wish we would’ve been told that before we booked, we would have probably elected not to go. Price for the room seemed kind of high considering the amenities were not available.

MANAGER COMMENT: Apologies for a less than stellar stay. Some things like the lack of screens and the building heat we can't control, but the others we should have done better for you. On your next visit, be sure to call us if you have trouble with the digital devices, we can walk you through a solution. We were overly optimistic the hot tubs would open by your arrival and should have let you know they were still closed. Lesson learned in trying to predict anything during COVID. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you what we can do.

Terrific little condo unit (Riverside) with easy access to the mountain lifts and all restaurants and shopping Winter Park has to offer. Hot tub, paid garage parking, a nice view and comfortable accommodations all around. Good communication before & during my stay. The unit came equipped with everything I needed for a short ski trip. I only wish there was a discounted lift ticket somehow like other “ski & stay” deals. All around, I’ll be back!

Wonderful! Many thanks for sharing your stay with us. We are trying to work on getting some sort of "perk" like discounted lift tickets but alas it is solely up to the discretion of Winter Park Resort. We will always share with you the most inexpensive lift ticket options that we know of whenever we hear about them.

Spontaneous weekend trip with the hubby. Called Winter Park Lodging Company a few days out and they were super helpful and made great recommendations. We have never been to Winter Park during the summer but are so glad we did!

2413 was a nice one bedroom located two rooms from the elevator. The room was clean upon arrival and we enjoyed our stay for the week of races. Nice to be right at the bottom of the race hill. No complaints at all. Easy to check in and out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Zephyr Riverside #2413. Great location with excellent views. Super nice having the heated garage for the car. Our only complaint is the coffee maker is prehistoric...totally needs an upgrade. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice one bedroom overlooking the entrance towards mountains opposite the resort. Well appointed condo with a relaxed living room. It was perfect for my wife and me on vacation for the week. Always excellent service from Winter Park Lodging Company and love the convenience of the app.

The Winter Park Resort is a great place to get away for couples or families alike. There are plenty of activities to do on the resort, or you can take a short drive and experience what Winter Park, Fraser or even Grand Lake has to offer. Will definitely stay again!

Our stay in Winter Park and The Zephyr Mountain Lodge was great. The condo was located at the base of the Zephyr lift, and close to the equipment rental as well. We will definitely be back.
