Can’t beat the location of this property. It’s right there at the base, it made it easy for us to pick up ski gears the night we arrived, and drop off/pick up my son to/from his ski lessons every day. The rental came with a locker so we didn’t have to lug gears up to the room. Having a kitchen was also very convenient for when we didn’t feel like eating out.
Couple things for improvement would be allowing prepaid parking for the whole stay and getting more comfortable pillows.
We would definitely stay again!

Location couldn’t be better! You are steps from the lifts, shops, and restaurants. We loved the hot tub after a long day on the slopes. The condo was a great fit for our family of 4. I can not say enough great things about the Winter Park Lodging Company. Excellent customer service! We had one issue with needing sheets for the pull out couch bed, and they addressed quickly after an easy text to ask for bedding. The communication was amazing. They knew we were celebrating my son’s birthday so they left a hand written Happy Birthday note and birthday goodies for him. It was such a nice touch, and we all appreciated the attention to every detail. This was a wonderful stay!

The condo was nice and very clean. It was in the middle of Winter Park with access to everything. The ski lockers made it easy to suit up and walk right out to the slopes. We would have given it a 5 star, but the bed was so noisy / squeaky it was hard to sleep. Anytime one would turn over it would wake the other person. Also some of the pans are in terrible shape, one of the pans is missing tons of teflon and should not be used.

The entire staff we encountered were helpful, friendly and proactive. We had a special request that was not just honored but we felt the staff genuinely wanted to take care of us and provide us with top-notch customer service which we really appreciated. AMAZING!!! This property exceeded our expectations. Location! Location! Can't say enough for our host Heather. Easily accessible for any questions. Property was fully stocked with great kitchen appliances and everything needed. The sleeper sofa was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The Zephyr mountain lodge is keyport for all activities...skiing, tubing, shopping, eating and etc. When at the resort make sure to stop by and eat at Mexicali Taco great tasting food and customer service.

Love coming to Winterpark to escape texas summer. Had a wonderful week of golf , biking and hiking. Loved the condo. Perfect location. Easy ride to catch Frazier river trail. Several great hikes outside the door. Very clean and neat. Had everything we needed. Only thing it would have been nice to have a smart tv to watch some nexflix or prime when winding down from a long day but we were fine without it!

My wife and I came for a week to go mountain biking in Trestle and hike in the area. The condo is exactly as it is in the pictures. It was very clean. The furniture is good, not at all dated like in many other places. While the kitchen is not very big, it is the best stocked kitchen I have encountered in a vacation condo in many years. There is everything you need to cook and it is in a well maintained order. For example: a set of sharp chef knives, pots and pans that are not at all beat up, variety of dressings, souses and spices, etc. The bed is comfortable. The place looks like it was renovated within a couple of years. The host promptly answered any questions. The building is the one that faces the gondola - you couldn't stay any closer. This condo faces the other side, which is a creek side. When you open windows, you can hear the creek running - very soothing. The bus stop is about 5 minute walk - we did not rent a car. If you do not want to or feel like cooking, there are about 10 restaurants within 5 minute walk. Overall - one of the best condos at a very reasonable price that we stayed in many years. We would love to come back some time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out were super easy. The Condo was very clean. Bed is super comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The location is perfect as my husband wanted to go riding at Trestle. My husband even used the fitness center one day. I enjoyed hiking the Fraser River trail. The host left a binder of info on the counter that we found very helpful to answer any questions we might have. Great place!

This property was a great location for our stay. The unit itself is located right near the elevator. Gives access to an equipment locker so you don’t have to worry about moving your skis/boards/boots all over the place. It was big enough to accommodate 4 people comfortably (we had three). Parking cost as advertised. There was a full kitchen with a fridge/freezer that had an ice maker. It was clean and had some essential items for cooking. The host was easy to reach and provided clear, concise, and easy to follow directions. It is close to the gondola and to resort dining and shops. Many of which are located on the first floor of the building. All essentials were provided such as towels, make up remover, cotton swaps, a hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, cooking utensils, and seasonings. Extra blankets, pillows, games, BluRay player, and crayons. When I come back to WP I will look to stay here. I recommend this VRBO to anyone. Thank you for hosting us!

I can’t say enough great things about Heather and this condo! It is very clean which is the most important factor to me in a rental. The location is about as close as you can get to everything. It made bringing two little kids skiing as easy as it could be. Heather was in contact as needed before and throughout our stay. She also has a lot of little extras around the condo that made our stay more comfortable. We would definitely return for another trip!

The location is perfect for snowboarding and there are plenty of shops and restaurants if you need anything. Super clean place. Bed was firm and the bedding is really nice!!! Great shower and cozy couch. The kitchen was stacked with more than we needed. We loved the hot tub as well. Perfect after a long day snowboarding. The owner responded quickly to any questions. The only thing that would’ve been nice to have was a smart tv. But, that’s just an extra perk. Otherwise, we loved our stay here!!

This condo is beautiful and is right at the base of the Winter Park Village. There is a nice ski locker room downstairs to store all of your gear and the main gondola is a 1-minute walk once you exit the door from the locker room area! The actual town of Winter Park is a few miles down the road, however, there is a free bus system that runs every 30 min to an hour based on the time of day that takes you from the ski village to the town. The shuttle stop is a 2-3 minute walk from the entrance of the lodge. You definitely do not need a car if you are OK with public transportation. All of the instructions were clear and the host was amazing. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen, a super comfortable bed, and a comfortable pull-out couch. Thanks for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! Owner is amazing and easy to reach. Condo is perfect for 2 people. Decorated beautifully and equipped with everything you need, and more. View of the mountains is gorgeous. Fireplace was an added bonus. No A/C but it didn’t matter. Opened the door and windows. Perfect. Look on the bottom of the very comfortable bed for lots of storage. Plenty of towels provided. The kitchen has a cabinet full of every spice you would ever need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat!!!

Heather's place was perfect. It was quiet, clean and in a great location. She was extremely helpful in assisting me in finding restaurants prior to my arrival, to make my husband's birthday get-away well planned and awesome. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. She left assorted extras around the condo for us to enjoy and use if needed. These simple touches went a long way in helping us to feel at home. The balcony view was serene and amazing too. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay.

Loved Heather’s condo! Lovely decor, very comfy furniture that is ALL on the newer side (my friend said the sleeper sofa was the best she’s ever slept on), well-stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, mere steps away from gondola, great balcony with chairs to sit and listen to the brook streaming below and gaze out at ski runs, convenient ski locker on 1st floor and parking garage to keep your car snow free! Hot tubs were closed due to COVID precautions but we could see them below and I’m sure they’re very enjoyable when open! Heather, the property owner, is very easy to work with, quick to respond and accessible by VRBO messaging, text or phone. A couple of heads-ups for future guests... 1)tvs work perfectly but take several seconds for screen to appear (so, unlike us, don’t be too quick hitting buttons thinking Toshiba remote is not working/the correct remote) and 2)press the Zephyr button in center of key pad on ski locker before entering combination code. Book this condo... you will love it!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and was in a great location, at the base of the mountain. The owner includes some nice touches, such as complimentary toiletries and snacks. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. We contacted the owner, Heather, rather last minute to request a late checkout. She was so quick to respond to communication and was able to arrange with housekeeping for us to stay a bit longer. Don’t hesitate to book this condo!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice. It was so much more than I expected. It was so cozy, inviting and clean! First- storage & space We were traveling with children and we had a lot of stuff. I was blown away at the options for storage in this unit. I unpacked all of us and everything had a place to go. Baskets, shelves galore for storage and I Really liked having the drawers under the bed.! Bedding was comfortable and the sofa fold out was perfect for our kids. Plenty of extra blanket & pillows. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with and was stocked with basic starter items. Second-the location Literally steps away from the gondola. It was so convenient to have the locker on the ground floor to store our gear in. Several Restaurants available for takeout and the market, Trails End is just outside the lodge had all the basic food staples we needed. My husband did take the bus into town to Safeway once to get some things. Excellent free bus system called the Lift. We shuttled from Denver and didn’t have a vehicle. (Not necessary to have one). You don’t need a vehicle, everything you need is at the resort. The Lodge is very nice. Winter Park resort offers so much family fun. We took private lessons for our family for 3 days. (My 6 year old was out skiing me) we did the snowcat tour (which was wonderful) and my kids and husband did snow tubing at Coca-Cola hill. We had the best vacation! Beautiful resort & perfect condo! Heather was great to deal with! She was responsive and helpful in answering my questions. Thank you Heather! Would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We have stayed at many properties in the area and Heather's condo is so perfectly designed and managed. Small things make such a difference. The storage is ample (love the platform bed with drawers!) plenty of hangers in the closet and additional cubes with baskets, all make for a organized stay. Heather has thought of every little convenience. We arrived late and didn't have a change to pick up some supplies on our first night. Pleasantly surprised to find a well stocked kitchen with lots of coffee and ALL the essentials. The condo is immaculate, the cleaning staff should be commended! Very comfortable bed with nice linens, great location, well designed storage. Heather's responsiveness is second to none, easy check in process and wonderful communication. The Christmas tree was a nice touch and very much enjoyed. I can't recommend the condo enough. As the title says, absolutely perfect!

We came to WP to ride Trestle Bike Park and relax for a couple of days. The location was perfect, we never got back in the car the entire time we were here as all we needed was in walking distance. The kitchen was stocked well, it was well cleaned, the furnishings and decor were updated And comfortable. Easy communication with the owner, quick response. Will stay here again in the future!

Extremely convenient right by the gondola and a few steps from the ski rental store. Easy to take a break for lunch and get right back on the gondola. Condo is right on the bus route and one block from where all the buses stop going into town. Kitchen has most of the amenities you will need: foil, plastic wrap, ziploc bags, hot chocolate, spices, oil, etc. Also good to have the humidifier and gas fireplace. Underground parking is $16/day and only really need the car if you do not want to carry all the grocery bags back on the bus. Nice condo ... fabulous location.

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and this was excellent too. Location was great and the unit had everything they advertised and more. This property is in the perfect location. It is just a few steps to the gondola in the middle of the village. The view is beautiful and the unit is very well stocked. The apartment is just steps to Zephir Gondola and all that Winter Park resort has to offer. We could not ask for a better location. The apartment is sparkling clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Plenty of standard necessities. Comfy bed. The very thorough guide made checking in and out super easy. Heather was available to us for questions (and we asked some!) and was very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.

This was our second stay in Heather's condo this year. The first stay was in January and then again most recently in September. Yet again, it exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the condo was excellent. Everything from the furniture to appliances were modern and didn't look old. The bedroom was large and the patio was awesome. The views from the condo were amazing. But the location was perfect as it was close enough to everything in the village as well as excursions and stores in town and yet isolated enough from all the hustle and bustle of all the traffic and vacationers. The gym and hot tub are very close to the condo. I would stay at the condo and recommend it to others as well.

Heather has this condo stocked with everything we needed. We cooked 5 of our 7 night stay. The sheets, towels are all high quality. It was great to listen to the river from the deck and bedroom. We had plenty of toiletries to get us through the week. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Heather's condo was perfect for our family of four. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, even the pullout couch! Thick, soft bath towels are provided and the kitchen has plenty of cookware and utensils. You can't beat the location just steps from the brand new gondola (which replaced the Zephyr Express lift in Dec 2018).

Great place to stay! The cabinets were well stocked, the bed was comfortable, fire place was so warm and awesome. The location can not be beat. Unit is close to the hot tub. Free Shuttle into town that picks you up at your location - super convenient! Loved it!

This was our first time to Colorado. We chose this condo because of the ski in/ski out feature and to be in the village with shops and restaurants. It was perfect location. My husband and I shared the bedroom and our 13 year old used the sofa bed. We commented several times how everything thing we needed was already stocked. Plus family games, boot dryer (so smart!), Safeway discount card, and humidifiers. Heather was quick to answer the phone (and even offer to come help) when I couldn’t figure out the locker instructions. We have rented lots of VRBOs and this one BY FAR exceeded our needs. We cannot wait to come back!

I have been to winterpark once before and this condo goes above and beyond! The kitchen is equipped, the beds are so cozy and have plenty of blankets, she has movies and games, etc. The view was great and having a ski locker was such a great bonus. Look no further if you are looking to stay at the base of Winter Park Resort. Heather was accommodating to an early check in for a small fee and was quick to reply to questions. Location in the village made it easy to walk to dinner and drinks and never have to get in the car. Ski lockers are easily accessible. Parking costs extra but was worth it for the location. Condo is standard to Zephyr lodge but a few things that made it stand out from other rental units were the well stocked kitchen with all sorts of condiments and extras, high end bedding, games, movies and clean modern decor. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Winter Park.

Lovely well maintained condo with lots to do. Sometimes you rent a condo and it's more like a hotel room than a place to live for a week. Not here, this place had all the features of a hotel but was stocked with games, utensils and bedding. It was great to stay somewhere comfortable. My wife and I stayed in this condo for our yearly ski trip. It was perfect. It was very well appointed. Kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with everything you need. The locker on the first floor to store our ski gear was a great bonus, as was the short walk right out the front door to the lift. The parking garage in the basement was great, especially since it was in the single digits and snowing most of the time we were there. If we are ever in Winter Park again, there is no doubt that this is where we will stay.

We had such a blast that we know we will want to stay here when we come back to Winter Park. However, that ball game I'm pretty sure is made by demons. We spent way to long trying to beat it. This place set the bar pretty high for any future places we will stay while on vacation.

In one word, "Excellent", is how I would describe my recent stay. I was so impressed with the furnishings in this unit. The linens, bedding, kitchen accessories and furniture are all high quality and the unit includes many hospitable touches that make it very welcoming. The location is truly fantastic as it is literally steps away from dining, shopping and the Zephyr Express lift. I would definitely stay here again and hope to make a return visit soon!

Very nicely furnished 1 bedroom condo. My wife and I really enjoyed the unit. Lots of extras you don't always get with some owners. The kitchen is newly remodeled and has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. The condo is probably an average size for a 1 bedroom, but it seemed spacious with the well thought out furnishing. Lots of storage spots for all the ski gear. As close to the slopes as you can get, plus several restaurants and shops in the building or nearby. Yes, you have to pay extra ($14) each day for parking - and more if you're in and out a lot, so take that into consideration. It didn't really cause us any issues - it's covered and heated, easy to get in and out of. Heather was great to work with - we checked with her to see if we could get a late checkout so we could ski a little more. Since she didn't have the unit rented that day, she let us come back after lunch and use the unit to change clothes - and we got a great morning of skiing in that we weren't counting on. We'd definitely recommend the unit and hopefully it'll be available the next time we ski Winter Park. Ed G Kansas City

We have stayed at zephyr many times and this room was perfect in every way. We had everything we needed and great extra touches to make it feel at home. The glove warmers were a hit especially when we came back for lunch. We had a slight issue and it was resolved within an hour even tho it wasn’t an emergency. We recommend this unit/owner when u are looking at a unit at the zephy.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The bedding was unbelievably comfortable. Plenty of well thought out storage places to dry ski stuff and hang things. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is the parking garage not only charges a daily fee but charges extra if you come and go.

Thank you for the great review. I am glad you enjoyed your stay. I agree with your complaint about the parking charges and I will bring it up at our next HOA meeting. I will try to explain the charges better in my listing for future guests. There is a free town bus service, but it is not as convenient as your own car for running errands.

Love this condo and location. The owner is easy to deal with. The condo is immaculate and love all the extras. It was worth the upgrade the owners did in regards to the two mattresses. This is the only place i will stay if available.
