Convenient location in the heart of the village. Easy walk to the shops, restaurants, and market. Condo was perfect size, with comfortable sitting area, nice kitchen. Lots of nice amenities in the building. Really appreciate the dedicated ski lockers.

Excellent location for ski in ski out. Only suggestion for the unit would be to replace mattress on pull out couch. We did not use the air mattress. Easier to pull out sofa bed to sleep.Also, a larger more functional rack for ski wear and helmets, etc. Other wise, we would definitely rent this unit again.

This was my third visit to Winter Park, and my second stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed the fireplace as being from the South, we don't get to utilize ours at all!! So that was really nice. My husband enjoyed the location of the unit and the view from the living/family room. We were centrally located right next to Starbucks and a short walk to the Gondola and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a super clean condo. Just feels like kitchen and bath could use some updating to make it sparkle! Terrific views of the slopes so it was really special to be right there and really easy to hop in/out each day as needed. We really enjoyed the hosts and they checked in on us to be sure all was well for our stay. For sure would stay again!

Unit was fine with one significant exception. The pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable to sleep on. Cannot be used for sleeping.

My family and I have visited many ski resorts over the last several years and this visit is right there at the top as one of the best experiences! It was just me and my 18 yr old son on this trip as we were checking it out to see if we think my wife and daughter would enjoy it. We give it a thumbs up and are planning to come back in December. The location of this particular condo was excellent. Great view of the gondola and the village. Super convenient, and comfortable too! I would give it an excellent rating if the hot tubs were more functional. Unfortunately the jets only functioned in one of the 4 hot tubs, but the water temp in that one never got hot. Not a big deal for me and my son, however, I hope (expect) they will work properly when we revisit as a family. The skiing was excellent, and that’s the primary reason we plan to return. Winter Park Lodging communications was awesome, and so thorough! Thanks for making it a great vacation for me and my son.

Our family has been to many ski resorts, but this was our first time visiting Winter Park, and this condo’s location is the absolute best! You can watch the gondola go up and down the mountain from the condo. We also enjoyed watching the activity in the village from the balcony. Restaurants and shops are just outside your door and the hot tub was nice after a long day of skiing. We definitely plan to come back. Keith B. Ellis

lovely property. Really liked the air bed and how easy it was to set up. TVs/technology is a bit old. Just a few things that would make this place perfect....would have liked to have TVs we could cast to - cable and commercials (Yuck) - probably over 10+ years old. Need brighter lights in bedroom so you can read in bed. more hangers in closet. Other than that, just perfect.

Location location location. This is the perfect spot with views of the mountain and gondola. Nice little patio to sit and watch the activity from above. Kitchen isn’t fancy but had everything I needed including full stove/oven/fridge. Bathroom could use an update, but was fine. The pull out couch would not be fun to sleep on, but great for cuddling in front of fire and watching a movie. Key card system worked flawlessly. Enough room for 2 pairs of skis and 1 board. Very convenient. Jets didn’t work in hot tubs, but still enjoyed the soak. Overall really enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again

Excellent location close to the gondola and rental shop. Restaurants were all a short walk and a handy store right next door. Paying for the underground heated garage was a wise decision as it too was convenient and parking elsewhere would have been scarce and inconvenient.

Beautiful unit, well appointed, clean and comfortable. View of ski slopes, gondola, and ski lift. All activities were nearby.
Lodge has underground parking and secure bike and ski equipment storage. Mountain bike rentals available with lots of trails.
Only down side was lack of a/c. Unit faces westerly and afternoon sun creates a great deal of heat. Had to keep windows and blinds closed each day until sun went down. Once the sun went down and windows opened the unit cooled well for sleeping.
Would enjoy coming back during ski season to enjoy this unit and its fireplace!

We came here in April for a guys ski trip in April, in a few different Zephyr condos, and this one was by far the best one! I rented with Winter Park Lodging Company versus the resort (like the others) and I'm so glad I did. The service level they provide is second to none and just had awesome overall communication from start the finish. The condo itself is clean and nice, with great gondola views and all the amenities of the Zephyr building. Love the ski in / ski out accessibility to come and go on the slopes when legs get tired. This is a perfect ski condo, enough said!

It was a pleasure to rent through Winter Park Loding Company.  We had plenty of supplies (tp, paper towels, bath towels, hot tub towels, toiletries, dish soap, etc) to last the week.  Communications were clear and contained all the info needed.  The hospitality app was awsome and contained all the info needed for our trip.  We never had to call anyone!  The only downer was that someone stole our personal humidifier that had been left outside our door of the Zephyr by a friend.  This however, is not a bad reflection on Winter Park Lodging Co, but rather on the person who decided it was a good idea to take someone else's personal property.  What is wrong with people?

We love Zephyr Lodge and the convenience of these condos. One bedroom was plenty for us. Kitchen is so helpful with full fridge and freezer! Fireplace (gas) is really nice and our view of the mountain was perfect. Sometimes too much noise from plaza below but overally it was quiet and we did not hear other tenants.

The condo met our expectations. There are two maintenance items that need attention - the old water faucet in the bathroom sink is loose and the tub is extremely slick when wet - perhaps you can add some non-skid strips to the bottom of the tub or provide a suction cup mat.

The booking process and arrival is the easiest I have ever experienced when going on vacation. We used Uber Ski to get up the mountain, as the shuttle wasn’t running for the time we needed. It was so easy, once we arrived or room was perfect! The view was incredible and they have thought of EVERYTHING. Everything you could possibly need is in the room, there is also a little grocery store right outside the resort. The ski lockers are directly next to an elevator and the rental store. The lifts are all within sight of the room. You couldn't’t possibly ask for more. I can’t wait to go back!

ZML 2315 Our little fam ily of 4 really enjoyed staying in this little ski condo! It was tighter than we expected when we arrived, but we were able to rent an EZ Bed from the Grocery Guys, and that was the perfect solution. Great location for us to be on the slopes all day, and still be able to have access to nice restaurants and coffee for the AM. The ski lockers in the lobby are very helpful to just dump everything and not have to haul it back upstairs. We will always use the Winter Park Lodging Company from now on. Customer service and communication was excellent. Happy skiers :)

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is awesome because it is right at the base of the mountain with unbeatable access to the slopes! There is also a bunch of walkable food/drink options or just a few minute drive to downtown Winter Park for more options. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed for a great ski trip. This unit is located slope side so we enjoyed beautiful views of the mountain on rest days. I would describe this unit as comfortable, clean and cozy! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for taking such good care of the unit and making us feel welcomed!

View is spectacular and it is really close to the lift. We had a great time. The condo is really meant for only 2 people. We have a family of 4 and our boys are 16 & 18; and they were to sleep on the hide-a-bed. The mattress on the hide-a-bed is an air mattress and it has a large hole. The Winter Park Lodging Company tried to help and brought another air mattress; but, it too had a hole. The boys ended up sleeping on the floor. The WP Lodging company also brought more bowls and a large pot when I called about the lack of supplies in the kitchen.

Manager's Comments...Thanks for chatting with me offline. We generally recommend the aerobed for smaller kids, but it still should have been able to hold air. While you said we were responsive and did try to fix it, we still missed the mark on the aerobed. For your next visit, let's get you into a two bedroom property, so the boys will sleep well.

My wife and I came out for some hiking and biking. The location was convenient for our needs and the property was perfect! Wifi was a little spotty, but this was not a huge deal since we spent most of our time enjoying the outdoors. Everyone at winter park lodging company was very helpful and even suggested some trails for us to try out!

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...The wifi can be spotty when it is maxed out with a full house. There is also wifi available in the lobby. We are working with the homeowner's association to beef up the signal.

Decided very last minute to ski out west due to a promising weather report. This company was very professional, helpful, and friendly. The entire process, from pre-booking questions to checkout, was smooth as silk. Condo was very clean, well equipped, with a perfect location. Lifts, coffee shops, restos, & ski rentals just steps away. Free shuttle to take u down town. Hot tubs very helpful after a day on Mary Jane slopes. Rental company provides their guests with an industry-standard phone/browser app that contains all the info you will want to refer to during your stay. GPS and driving directions, wifi info, contact info, laundry, equip rentals, shuttle details, restaurant suggestions, etc. Referred to it many times. Will use this rental management company again.

We spent April 16th - 20th and had a great time! Loved the room. Very comfortable and the view is the best!! The only thing that needs to be fixed is fix the building so that each rental can control their own heat/temp. It got a lil warm a few times in there. I know the other building has their own controls. Again loved the view and will stay in this room again.
