The place is great. WP lodging does require a signed contract, which is kind of a pain given I've stayed with many other companies through AirBnB and doesn't require the paperwork. Only issue is the noise coming from the baseboard heating system, that gives a loud POP every time it shuts off, waking us up at night multiple times. Seems it needs an update to the heating system.

Absolutely loved this ski in/ski out condo. Had a fabulous view of the base. Super easy walk to the gondola. Great kitchen for cooking our own meals. Loved the fireplace and the patio. Everything was perfect for our no muss no fuss girls ski trip. Would absolutely stay here again and the hosts were exceptional.

Location, convenience, ski locker and view are incredible. The unit is well maintained and clean with a kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, glasses and silverware for having breakfast and happy hour in the unit. Only cons, and quite minimal, is having to switch between Zephyr main lodge Wi-Fi and the unit Wi-Fi but strength is strong and the parking garage is a PITA to access needing both room key and QR code to enter every time. For those interested in additional exercise, the gym machines could use an upgrade. WP Lodging Company was also well organized with the advance planning and text message outreach in case of need for any assistance. We would and are very likely to rent again next year.

Great location. Super convenient. Very clean. Not sure if it was just this week or if it’s a normal thing, but the crews that work at night are very loud and woke us up several times. There was a warning in the instructions about the temperature being hard to control. I did have to keep the window cracked in the bedroom at night so I didn’t get too hot. This only added to the noise inconvenience.

El mejor alojamiento para ir con niños pequeños nosotros llevábamos a mis 2 bebés y mis 2 niños más grandes y disfrutaron todas las actividades, clases, comida, góndolas, el tubo de la coca cola todo tienes aquí no tienes que salir del complejo para nada, si se te olvidó comprar algo de ropa aquí también ahí tiendas en donde puedes comprar ropa y hasta despensa, el departamento estaba muy limpio superó nuestras espectativas, la ubicación es la mejor desde el balcón puedes ver el show de drones, la gente esquiando en las pistas la góndola todo fue perfecto, despertar en la mañana y tener esas vistas fueron las mejores estamos esperando muy emocionados volver pronto vale muchísimo la pena.

We were there for biking and hiking so could not pick a better spot. Gondola, bike shop and shops right out the door. Close to town as well and great underground parking. Great communication from hosts too! Would definitely come back.

Lovely unit, especially if you enjoy being on the village side of the Zephyr. One of the best views from the deck of any Zephyr unit, we had lots of coffee out there watching the world go by. Spectacular, and very nice to be able to see if there are any lift lines before getting dressed. As always, WPLC sets the standard for rental property management. Professional at every interaction, the unit is always exactly as pictured, and they are always completely stocked from the kitchen to the bathroom to spare cleaning supplies if you make a mess. Great Job.

What a gem of a place! Location is perfect, right at the base of the gondola with gorgeous views of the front slopes. Super easy ski in ski out with lockers for your gear on the first floor. The condo is beautiful - clean, beautifully decorated and fully kitted with everything you would need. We had breakfast and dinner at home and lunch on the slopes. Great super market 10 minutes away, as well as a small one right below the condo. Would definitely recommend this great condo!

The company is very responsive and more generous than we’re used to with all the supplies (paper towels, dish soap, etc). The location can’t be beat. Central to everything, can walk upstairs rather than wait for the elevator, not noisy in the mornings as I’ve heard slope-side building is, not hot at night maybe because it’s on a lower floor, but has a killer view of skiers being crazy and you can see how crowded the lifts/restaurants are before you leave. Even the ski locker had a great location next to the only bench. The room was as pictured, nice and fully functional. The fireplace does a great job keeping the living room warm so the bedrooms stay cool for sleep. Think you’d be hard pressed to find a better room in Winter Park.

We have no complaints about our stay at the Zephyr. The location is the best part. The only thing I could whine about would be getting in and out of the parking garage with the room key and the QR code. I saw everybody struggle with it but otherwise we had a great time. The hot tub was dirty enough that we didn’t wanna go back into it again.

Our 2nd time back to winter park. This facility was everything we were looking for. The ski in/ski out was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a short walk to the local Starbucks and rental pick ups if need be. Along with the room had the most perfect mountain side view at the base of the gondola. We will definitely be back!

The location & condo itself are hard to beat. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook.
We were not aware their was no A/C but that was probably our fault for not reading the fine print. It was also unseasonably warm, so it’s not a complaint - just be aware.
The parking garage made everything easy & we walked to everything in the Village while looking over the main public area/gondola from the small balcony.
I would recommend & rent again.

This is an amazing condo right in the heart of Winter Park Village. There is so much to do within walking distance of the front door of the building that you don't have to worry about driving at all. We loved staying here and we are already planning our next trip to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2307. It was the perfect location for the early morning starts for our kids race camps. The unit was very clean and had a well equipped kitchen with a variety of pots/ pans and dishes. It was very convenient being able to come back by the condo for lunch everyday! We really enjoyed getting to soak in the hot tub at night as well. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company were very friendly and helpful. We were having issues getting the fireplace to turn on and within a half hour of calling, Adam came over and got the problem resolved. We will tell all of our friends to book through this company!

Fantastic location; you are overlooking The Gondola (~20 meters away) and can walk to everything in the resort in <3 minutes. Parking was easy, check-in was painless, and everything was beautifully clean on arrival. We would definitely stay again, cheers!

It was time for us to check out of another wonderful condo, in the middle of a snow storm. Winter Park Lodging Company staff was absolutely wonderful in finding us over-night accommodations to wait out the storm.

We couldn’t have asked for a nicer ski in ski out condominium, it was very modern and updated so we will definitely be staying at Zephyr mountain lodge in the future for our ski trips

We stayed for a couple of nights with our kids and it was a perfect location. We were able to go do the activities in the village and then run back to the condo to rest or take a break. So many things to do and we had a blast. The condo was clean and a good size for us. Want to plan another trip soon!!

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. It was great staying right on the hill and the view was excellent. I would stay here again next time I go to Winter Park.

The workers were very good and helpful. The ski access was convenient and the views were great. The restaurants were very good and close to the rooms. The shops had everything that you could need. The ski rentals were fast and it was easy to go through the process. The slopes were well maintained and the ski school was very helpful.

Overall a perfect stay. The weather was perfect for getting out and exploring. Got some great hiking in with the whole fam. My wife appreciated all the small touches- the hand written welcome card, the starter packs of all the necessities that you tend to forget when going on vacation, and the detailed app. Flawless experience.

Great condo looking out onto the mountains. Terrific views and nicely updated interior. We enjoyed being able to ski in for lunch and then head out whenever we'd like. Super convenient location. The Lodging Company folks helped with all our questions and even car rental for us. Thanks, we'll be back!

On of the best condos we stayed at Zephyr so far. Clean, well equipped, comfortable for our family of 4, updated. Management were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

So great to hear that Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2307 was the perfect fit and property for your summer vacation. I know sometimes it can get a little warm in the summer time so it's nice to get that breeze flowing through. We provide box fans in each property to help cool down that summer heat. I hope your family was able to enjoy all the amenities and slope views from the private balcony of this 2 bedroom in the village. I hope you were able to get out and about and enjoy all of the fun summer activities close by! Come back anytime, we would love to host you!

Condo was nice and well stocked with things we needed (kitchen items, extra towels for the hot tub, paper towels and tp, etc.). The main bedroom could have had a bigger bed. I believe it was a full size bed but the room could easily have a queen or king. Also, if you awaken easily to noise, this condo is only a few floors up from the hustle and bustle of the village below. People are out and about between 7:30-8:00 am and the village gets noisy. Also, the snow cat sometimes comes through early in the morning and makes the back up beeping noise. My suggestion (and what I'll do next time) is to bring a sound machine to drown out some of the outside noise. Otherwise, it was very nice and fantastic short distance to the ski lifts.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Double checked with housekeeping and they are confident both beds are Queens.  We will suggest a King to the owner and see what they think.  A noise machine is a great idea.  While it is a good sign to hear the snowcats, since that means fresh snow, they can get started pretty early. 

UPDATE:  Masterbed was updated to a King the summer of 2017 so it's a much more comfy mattress in there!

Unit #2307 has an amazing view and all the accommodations we needed. We were literally walking distance from ski rentals, ski lift, Pizza restaurant, convenient store and much more. Appreciated all the cooking utensils available in the kitchen, too. A very clean and well kept unit. Had a Wonderful Time!

This was my 3rd time to visit Wnter Park however my first time to stay on the property of WP Resort. My wife, Son and Daughter in law accompanied me on this trip and we had a fantastic time! For the most part we stayed, played and dined at all the eating places on the property. We ate at the Soup Bowl twice, Pizza Pedal'r, Cheeky Monk, Sunspot for dinner. Fantastic!!! Every restaurant was great! Let's not forget Starbucks!! We stayed in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge unit 2307. We enjoyed everything except the beds! It's time for new mattresses!!! Change that and we will defiantly be back to the same unit!!

This was our first bike trip and we loved this property! Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, the home was clean and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. Bike lifts were just outside, and we had a beautiful view of the mountain.

We stayed here for a couples trip in September and this condo was perfect! It had all the amenities you needed and the location couldn't have been better. Each room of the condo had views of the slopes. The underground heated parking is a must!

kitchen was well appointed; a few spices, sweeteners and syrup in the cupboard; coffee filters aplenty; cleaning supplies and dishwasher soap, trash bags; nice touch, but hard to know who to thank (prior renters or WPL). The only hiccup was no ski locker key on hand when we arrived. This was replaced promptly and delivered within one hour of my call. Satisfied customer. Only wish parking was included... :/

I stayed at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge in Dec 2014 and had an amazing experience! The room was clean, well equipped with dinnerware, linen, towels, board games, really anything a family might need it! I was a bit tense before with the logistics, because I was traveling with a 2 and a 6 year-old, but the lodge is located right in front of the slopes, so we could walk back to the room to take breaks for rest, snacks, potty, and come back when ready! Staff nice and friendly. Planning to be back next year.
