Can’t get closer to the lifts than Zephyr! Check in and out was super easy. Only (very minor) critique was that the shower water only got lukewarm—but we stayed during a blackout weekend so I’m sure the hot water heaters were at capacity! Highly recommend, would stay again.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2302 has an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location just steps from the gondola. True ski in/out. Lots of restaurants wi to in walking distance. Park your car in the garage when you arrive and don’t get back in it until you depart. Two nice hot tubs on property. Comfy beds and linens. Very clean condo.

This place was worth every penny. Right in the heart of the Winter Park resort village, it was a minuscule walk to the gondola. The condo was very clean and in great condition. The staff at Winter Park Lodging couldn’t have been nicer or communicated better. Highly recommend!

Property was absolutely perfect for us. Check-in process was easy and the location 100 feet from the gondola is amazing!The property was as advertised and fit my wife and I with our 3 teenagers perfectly. Loved the layout, the fireplace, the deck, just can't say enough good things about this property - we will be back for sure!

This was great since my kids all wanted a separate bed so having 3 in the bunk room was great! A bit tight for 5 of us but we were excited to have the super ease of coming/going every ski day and no driving/shuttle required! My wife loved the hard flooring and all in all a very clean and easy expreience. We'd surely do it again!

We had a great stay at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The location / proximity to the Winter Park base area and Gondola is unmatched. Also, the ski lockers were large enough to fit at least five people's ski & snowboard gear. Overall, we had a great stay.

Our family of 4 stayed for a long weekend and it exceeded our expectations! From picking up the garage entry key until the day we checked out , the staff was friendly, helpful, and had immediate responses to questions! The condo was clean and well stocked and super convenient! We will stay here again and definitely use Winter Park Lodging! The communication and friendliness was refreshing!!!

This is a cozy little unit with everything needed for a quick ski trip. The place was clean, quiet and incredibly convenient. Some items in the unit were a bit outdated but it didn’t affect the stay. We enjoyed the hot tub, ski lockers on the first floor, and the convenient (and heated) parking.

Was a great spot to stay for our ski trip. Very close to lifts and easy to duck in for drinks/lunch. For the 5 of us it was perfect. We also enjoyed snowmobiling just across the road and not having to drive anywhere. Our hosts were excellent and organized. Hope to come back and enjoy again!

4 night stay for a ski trip with my college-aged son. The unit was perfect for us and it was just as advertised. Clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It couldn't have been any more conveniently located. All of the main lifts, restaurants and a grocery store/mercantile all just within a few steps outside of the lodge. I rented skis from Winter Park Resort and this, too, was easy and just a few steps outside of the lodge. We never left the resort area the entire trip because there was no need to...everything we needed was right there. Check in and out was very well organized and easy. A special shoutout to Ashley at the front desk of Zephyr Mountain Lodge. She went out of her way to assist us late our last evening there when we had some car problems. She provided several resources that allowed us to resolve the issue without much problem. Just a great unit, location and stay overall. I would highly recommend this lodge and this unit and will definitely be back!

4 night stay for a ski trip with my college-aged son. The unit was perfect for our trip. It turned out exactly as described...clean, very nice accommodations. Couldn't have been a more convenient place to stay to get to enjoy Winter Park. Easy access to the main lifts, restaurants and a grocery store/mercantile all just a few steps outside the lodge. She provided several resources for us to contact for assistance and was instrumental in helping us resolve the issue. Just an outstanding overall experience (car problems not withstanding...) and will highly recommend to anyone wanting a great ski trip experience at Winter Park. Will definitely be back!!

My son and I stayed 4 nites at this property and were very happy with the location (so close the the Winter Park gondola) The conditon of the unit was very acceptable with comfortable beds and functional kitchen. There was a nice supply of basic supplies for cooking breakfast which we did every morning. The gas fireplace was also a nice touch. Overall very satisfied

This was our families first “Colorado” ski trip although we have skied at much much smaller places in Illinois. Me being a person that does not really love skiing, this trip made me not want to leave. The facilities were incredible, room was great and the workers were amazing. I am so happy we stayed at the ski in/ski out. There were 9 in our group and this made things so easy. Having the locker for equipment was so convenient. Our room had everything we needed. It was clean and organized. I felt like the little extras such as welcome snacks and coffee were so nice. I am going to suggest 1 thing better lighting in the bedrooms. It was very dark even when turning on the lamps. Other than that it was the perfect weekend

Winter Park Lodging Company staff is very caring and friendly! Every detail was personalized and completed with perfection! The unit was quiet, located near the end of the hall away from the elevator and hot tub. Unfortunately, the furniture was too large for the space making moving about difficult with 7 people in the unit. Without a furniture change, we would think twice before renting this unit again. Our return trips to WP will ALWAYS include rentals through Winter Park Lodging Company!!

Condo was beautiful and just right for our visit. The team that worked with us before, during, and after was over-the-top in service and in helping us on our trip. For the condo, the only attention I would give would be on the bedding; some items were on the closet floor and looked like it had been thrown into the closet. It could've simply fallen, but this would be something to watch out for.

We loved staying in this unit. The only thing I’d change is the glass coffee table and nightstands. We had small kids that nearly bumped their heads on the corners. Other than that, this unit had everything we needed. Thank you!

Winter Park Lodging Company office was very helpful and friendly. Desk people at building were nasty; but they were the competition. I am 91 years old so did not ski and neither did my wife; but our daughter and two teen age grand daughters from England skied, ice skated and tubed. They have returned to England safely; and we are back in NC. Very nice vacation. Thank you.

We come up a lot so we knew the view and location would be great but this particular condo was really nice compared to some other ones we have stayed in!  Modern furniture and decor.  Had everything we needed.

Very nice stay for our family of six. The bunk and queen beds in one of the bedrooms was nice for our 3 sons, and our daughter used the air mattress bed in the loving room. Furniture and wood floors were very nice and condo was well stocked for all of our needs. The only suggestion we had was maybe upgrading the mattresses since several members of our family mentioned lack of comfort (the master bed also squeaked loudly when turning over at night, bad boxspring?). The kitchen faucet kept falling off when using so needs repair/replacement. We really like the location and the convenience to the slopes, and the hot tubs are great.

Our family of 4 stayed in the Riverside building at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. The condo was great! Easy access to the Zephyr lift with ski locker on main floor. Our condo was recently remodeled so everything looked fresh & new. The beds were great! Sufficiently stocked kitchen. We did not fix meals there, except for breakfast, so if you are going to cook, you need to bring or purchase all ingredients. May need a few extra pots/pans, etc. But basics are there. Otherwise, everything included to last at least 4 days.
