We enjoyed our trip to Winter Park so much! The condo was a perfect location, just the right size for our family of 5. It was very clean and stocked with all the kitchen & bathroom essentials we needed. We are hoping to return next year!

Host was so accommodating, checked in throughout the stay. The condo’s location couldn’t have been better. The bedding was very soft. The condo was fully stocked, they provided paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap. My only complaint was the primary shower did not have a barrier so the shower semi-flooded the bathroom each time. Other than that one minor thing, it was wonderful.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge could not be more convenient to the Winter Park Gondola. The Gondola is literally 25 yards from the Locker Room. The trade off is a living area that barely accommodates 4 adults. Bedrooms are spacious enough and kitchen workable. The condo itself is showing some age. The master bathroom is set up for wheelchair accessibility and the shower is as a result quite large, however the design is poor. Doesn't drain well and mold build up around the base is evident. Shower curtain stained. If owners aren't utilizing for a disabled person, highly recommend starting over again with a standard walk in with a glass door. The bedding was first class! Incredibly comfortable master bed with high quality sheets and duvet. Good assortment of pillows. Winter park Lodging was excellent as a management company. Simple check in process and great communication!!

The wheel chair accessibility of that shower is here to stay as Winter Park Resort is home of the National Sports Center for the Disabled. First time to Winter Park and this is a great location. Can hear some noise if there is an event but not a problem for us. Also loved that the bunk beds were full size for any parents that have to sleep with kids.

The condo we stayed in was super clean, beds were comfy and plenty of good towels and hot tub towels to use. One hot tub was down, the other didn't have the best jets and not the cleanest. The mountain coaster is also shut down this summer 2024. Otherwise the actual condo we stayed in we would definitely recommend, bunk beds were a great addition and with options around town we would stay here again.

The Lodge was nice and the rental company was easy to work with and attentive. We were under the impression there would be a washer/dryer in the unit, but instead there is a single washer/dryer that takes quarters per floor. I think they should make that more clear in the listing.
They note there is no A/C and they do provide 2 box fans. We had to have them running 24/7 with the windows open to be comfortable. The lodge gets very warm even though it is cool outside.
If you are planning to visit in the summer (off-season) just be prepared that most restaurants and shops will not be open or have very limited hours. And what they say online or even posted in their window is not what they follow. This goes for the city of Winter Park also.
This was our biggest complaint, as you are 1.5 hrs from Denver and hardly anything opens before 10 am the sidewalks were rolled up by 5pm. It makes it tough to find a place to eat or even purchase necessities.

We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it. We recently sent some friends who gave an underwhelming opinion of their experience. Thinking they were just being critical, we continued our plan to visit again. Sadly, our friends were not exaggerating. Winter Park/Zephyr wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t good either. Let me share some positives. Our condo was clean, nicely decorated, and the master bedroom mattress was comfortable. The view was great and the kitchen was well-stocked. Location to the lifts was the best aspect. Our family enjoyed the games and the fireplace. Now for the bad. The front desk was unhelpful IF they were even there at all. 1 of the 2 elevators was broken for days. The hot tub nearest our room was closed and the other close tub was warm at best. Parking in the garage was unnecessarily complicated with a key card AND a QR code. Shops and restaurants closed super early. The tvs in the master and living room were different but equally complicated to operate.

We do have control over the TVs and will look into a way to make operating those easier. If you book with us again, we are your point of contact instead of the front desk. The condo at Zephyr was comfortable and the location was excellent. We enjoyed waking to the slopes every morning and being able to step out and take the Gondola. Management was extremely responsive anytime we had a question or needed anything at all. Our stay was awesome and we would definitely recommend Zephyr Lodge and Winter Park Lodging Company.

First trip to Winter Park and it was a great trip. The place had everything we needed and the access could not be better. The restaurants and shops in the village were all very good and I highly recommend them. Standout restaurants were Lime and Peddlar Pizza. We will be back for sure!

Our condo and stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 2211 was perfect. Winter Park Lodging staff were very helpful and even texted us to alert us the condo was ready early just as we were arriving into town after
a long day of travel to the mountains from Florida! The condo was perfectly appointed for a family. The only drawback over the weekend we found was the village restaurants were all very low on staff and it seemed that no one had prepared to staff the facilities at Winter Park for the busy long holiday weekend.

Both the master King Bed and Bunk Beds were very comfortable. Each bed had 4 pillows to choose from, so it was guaranteed to find one you liked. The unit was clean and actually had ice in the freezer from the ice maker. Usually, icemakers are turned off and you have to wait for it to produce. We got in late evening, so that was a plus. The kitchen was well equipped with pans, dishes, silverware & serving utensils. There was also a carousel spice rack full of different spices to choose from. The only "downside" was the living room was a bit on the small side. There were only two of us, so not a big deal, however something to consider if you have a larger group.

We loved staying in this condo at Winter Park. It was so clean, well stocked with games for the kids, an enormous shower in the primary suite, and a fantastic view of the mountain so we could watch people ski. We ate lunch at the condo every day with my in-laws who stayed in a nearby condo. The primary bed was absolute heaven. The second bedroom’s double-sized bunk beds contented our teens. For being so close to the slopes it was surprisingly quiet. The ski locker on the main floor was also fantastic. We can’t wait to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rental company was very accommodating and helped me plan for a very late check-in (after midnight). The unit was clean and well furnished, and had easy access to the locker room and slopes (gondola). There are a number of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. If you are just renting this unit for a few days you don’t need to worry about planning meals or buying groceries. There is a Starbucks right downstairs, as well as small a convenience store. Overall a great trip and we will rent this unit again.

Everything worked perfectly. The location of the unit is fantastic to get to the base of the hill. Second floor allowed use of elevators or stairs to exit. Simple walk of about 25-50 yds to the Base of the hill lifts. Turn other way its at the start of the shops. Inside of condo was very nicely decorated. Beds were great and comfortable. View of the ski hill is excellent and can see both gondola and next two lift lines. Deck is nice area to hang out and watch the action. Condo actually had a few basic supplies which was nice. Several calls from Rental company before and after making sure things went well - very nice touch! We have stayed at WinterPark for 10 yrs of winter race camps - this was our favorite Condo/location for simplicity of accessing the hill, shops, and parking.

Everything worked perfectly. The location of the unit is fantastic to get to the base of the hill. Second floor allowed use of elevators or stairs to exit. Simple walk of about 25-50 yds to the Base of the hill lifts. Turn other way its at the start of the shops. Inside of condo was very nicely decorated. Beds were great and comfortable. View of the ski hill is excellent and can see both gondola and next two lift lines. Deck is nice area to hang out and watch the action. Condo actually had a few basic supplies which was nice. Several calls from Rental company before and after making sure things went well - very nice touch! We have stayed at WinterPark for 10 yrs of winter race camps - this was our favorite Condo/location for simplicity of accessing the hill, shops, and parking.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Location could not be better (steps from the gondola). The unit was clean, kitchen was very usable, bedrooms were good sized, and the balcony was great for morning coffee and mountain views. Would love to stay there again.

The condo was cozy, community was perfect, communication with property owners was excellent, and it was by far my best experience with VRBO. I always choose to stay VRBO, over hotels, and we were completely satisfied with the overall experience! I will be returning!

Loved that the kids had their own bunk room and bathroom. It was cool to overlook the village. The 2nd floor was nice because we didn’t have to wait long for the elevator. So close to several restaurants and bars. Wish the bedrooms had dressers and more hangers.

Condo is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the mountain. My daughter was attending ski camp and she was able to get to and from practice easily. If I had any questions regarding our stay, management was prompt with a helpful response. Would recommend this unit and property.

Two of us stayed for 1 week in late June for summer activities. I also worked for 3 days remotely. The entire area was just reopening from the 2020 quarantine. The Property was in excellent condition and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well provisioned with cookware, utensils, and a huge spice rack. The master shower was a bit odd because it was a walk in shower with only a curtain to block water from getting out all over the bathroom floor. We had to use towels to dam the water from escaping the shower. Not a big deal though. The master bed was very comfortable. Nice TVs throughout. The 2nd floor location was prime near the elevator right down to the parking garage or to the lobby where you exited right into the village. The views of the slopes, the gondola, and the bike trails were fantastic. The WiFi was strong but the overall internet was weak as I dropped connections to work regularly. Something to consider if internet is important. We would stay there again

MANAGER COMMENT: Thanks for the heads up on the shower. We haven't showered there, so didn't know that was happening. The wifi is building wide, so a little slower with a full house. We'd love to see you for another stay. 

UPDATE 1/17/2021:  This shower is designed as zero entry/wheel chair accessible so that is why it doesn't have the door/just the curtain in there to make it easier to enter. Some Zephyr building-wide updates are getting done on 1/20/21.  Stay tuned!

Thanks for that feedback on the shower. We've never stayed in the property, so didn't realize the curtain was an issue. We will look into some solutions with the owner to make it a dryer situation. We look forward to hosting you again.

Clean, comfortable, warm, easy access. The dedicated lockers on the ground level were a nice perk! Very easy location with relaxing views after an outstanding day of skiing. We took the free bus service to get groceries and had slow cooker meals ready each night. Really enjoyed it!

We left a note regarding two minor maintenance issues: 1) toaster is toast....it burns bread & pop tarts and 2) the drain in the tub shower is very slow. Thanks for a great place to stay and the ease of booking.

We had a wonderful time. Meg from the reservation team was very nice and great to work with. She made the reservation process painless. The rooms and kitchen were nicely furnished. The bed in the master bedroom, however, was small and uncomfortable. But Overall, great stay!

2211 was nicely stocked with all the necessities. It was clean and comfortable. we needed a humidifier and one was promptly delivered the next day. A very enjoyable stay. Manager's Comments...Great to hear you had everything you needed or was quickly delivered. Always give us a call if a standard item has gone missing from the property. We are happy to deliver.

Everything was fantastic. First off the customer service provided by Winter Park Lodging Company was phenomenal. If you ever need to rent you HAVE TO use them. The unit itself was terrific.
