This was an awesome place and within steps of the Gondola which is great for skiing. The kitchen had everything you could ever need with plenty of supplies. The entire unit was very clean. The condo is within steps of many shops and restaurants. It was great accommodations for 5 people !

We have stayed at Zephyr Mountain Lodge several times, always renting through Winter Park Lodging Co (WPLC), and and this was another excellent experience. The unit was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. For the few things we needed during a 9 day stay (extra towels, advice on other activities), WPLC was immediately responsive and sent someone over or pointed us in the right direction. The WPLC employees are always professional, helpful, and make our ski trips very easy and hassle-free. Can't wait to start booking with WPLC for next season!

We loved our stay. The place was roomy where 4 adults could spread out. Very clean bathroom with hotel style bathroom necessities being provided. The linens were higher end even the pillows on the bed.

It was close to the ski rental shop, that also sold lift passes as well as a hop skip and a jump to the Gondola. Location was perfect, cond was very clean and easy to access. One issue was that only 1 of 4 hot tubs was working during our visit.

Came for a ski vacation. Excellent ski-in-out location. Literally steps to the gondola. Condo was well equipped, clean, and exactly has described. Plenty of room for our family of 4 including 2 teenagers. Very easy check in and check out. Excellent communication with all info laid out before we arrived. WP Lodging Co. was great to work with and everything went smoothly. ZML 1606 has been minimally updated but was well stocked. Everything worked well except for the wifi, so we ended up using the building wifi instead.

Winter Park Lodging Company was such a good host! My grand kiddos and I spent a wonderful weekend here. It was so nice to have a day of skiing and then be able to go back to the condo and sit in front of the fireplace while playing board games together. Bonding time and memories that will never be lost! Can't wait to come back next year!

This condo is fantastic for any skiers / riders. It's a short walk to the gondola line and all the amenities of Winter Park. The condo itself was well appointed, clean, and comfortable. This was our first time skiing in Colorado and our rental was perfect! Parking, checkin, accommodations and easy access to ski lifts, restaurants and shopping was excellent. Also took time to soak in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. If you are looking for a great restaurant on-site, try Stoney’s. The service was top notch and food was all homemade and delicious.

Roomy condo, 2 bed and 2 bath with a small balcony to enjoy watching and listening to live music! Parking garage with luggage carts to move our groceries and luggage to this 6th floor condo! Enjoyable evening walks around the village. WPLC was there for us when we had any questions. We had full trust in their staff!!

Zephyr Mountain Lodge is hands down the best place to stay on your vacation to Winter Park! The accessibly and proximity to the ski lifts and restaurants is second to none. And while some of the room furniture may be dated the coziness, fireplace, and small kitchen are the perfect home away from home. Plus for those with kids the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom option is ideal proving plenty of separation and space for all!

Aside from a couple of small manageable cleanliness issues the place was everything we wanted and needed. Size, location, comfie beds, etc! Management company was very attentive and left a nice little note and snacks. Love those extra touches! Would definitely recommend!

We got geared up in the condo (all except skis), took the elevator down to the ski lockers, walked just a bit to put on our skis, then skied down to the gondola line. Getting back to the condo was also easy, especially from Mary Jane. The condo was clean and the welcome basket a very nice addition. We especially appreciated the Christmas tree for our stay the week after Christmas. The kitchen had the normal condo supplies for a condo. We travel with an instant pot and bring our own parchment paper for oven tasks and storage containers for leftovers. The bedrooms were fine, with plenty of options to store our things. We opened up windows to cool off the condo when we came back for lunch breaks, otherwise it got quite warm. 6th floor/top floor was quiet. The unit was next to the elevator, but we never heard any noise from that. Our experience with the staff was always very positive.

WiFi did not work. Master bath was not cleaned well. Dresser in 2nd bedroom had a broken drawer. Other than that, it was fine.

I had an amazing time at this Condo. The location could not have been any better. There are many places to grab some food just outside the building. The slopes were super easy to access as well. Also there is a small game selection which was great!
Next time I’m in Winter Park I will be staying here!

This condo provided everything we needed for a long ski weekend. It was clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our family of 5. One thing I really liked was the room keys were on lanyards (something I've never seen before in any of the condos we've rented). Having the room keys on a lanyard was very convenient and helped us not lose any keys : ) The kids enjoyed the board games in the room! This room is also very close to the elevator which was a bonus. We would stay here again!

This is a solid 4 star property on average. There is quite a bit of variability among units depending on the owners, but all in which I have stayed are more than adequate. Not luxury or 5 star, but great for families and groups looking for convenience. We will return. Manager's Comments...Glad you enjoyed your visit. A nice location right next to the slopes. Overall unit was good but the sofa bed was broken and the platform inflatable bed was not in the unit as indicated. If you have more than one car they only let one into the underground garage creating an extra walk for the other one. Had good snow!

Manager Comments: We are so glad the snow was good for you! Sounds like we really messed up on the bedding. The Queen EZ aerobed is meant to be used instead of the sofa bed but for some reason it was not in the property. Please accept our apology for that. You are welcome to call us anytime something isn't right and we will fix it as quickly as we can!

Great condo and nice to have the bunk bed for our kids who are now getting too old to share a bed or sleep on the sofa. It was nice to have our lift tickets delivered to the condo. Winter Park Lodging is very professional and customer-service savvy.

The location was fabulous. The access to the slopes was very good. The accommodations were generally consistent with what was listed on the website. We went at peak time and we paid peak rate. We expected exceptional and got good. It was a very nice place, but the premium we paid for when we went was probably not worth it. Was disappointed about no washer and dryer in the room. We did have a really good time.
