Beautiful condo, very clean and quiet. Weird to say but I felt like I was at home here. The place was a little on the warm side and there is no AC, but opening up the balcony door and putting a fan to pull in fresh air made it overall very comfortable. Parking was a little bit of a cluster. I was traveling in a sprinter van. The front desk instructed me to park in a dirt lot across from the front desk. However, there is a parking structure with an open upper floor on the backside of the property that is a much closer walk. Overall, very happy with the choose to stay here.

This was our second stay with Winter Park Lodging and we will definitely be back. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and homie. We had great views and a better time on the mountain. Local eating was close and there were other activities when our hiking legs were tired. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. We had all the information we needed and knew we could reach out at any time. Checking in and out was one of the easiest I’ve had with AirBnB properties!

This was exactly as pictured! Great amenities, plenty of blankets and pillows, absolutely beautiful view, and walking distance to everything. The towels were super plush and absorbent, so much so that I am going to be purchasing them for my home. Plenty of storage space for all of our things. Everything was in good shape and looked relatively new still, other than one of their blankets was a bit matted, the others were very nice. The only minor complaint was that the heater had a clicky sound all night. Everything else was very cozy and convenient. The management company was also super responsive and helpful. All in all couldn’t ask for much more. Although restaurants in the area were all pretty horrible though.

This was just right for an early season stay. We were 2 couples so the bedding was great and it was fantastic that we never had to leave the resort as all we needed for the quick trip was right there. Lodging Company was amazing and a big help in getting us organized with gear rentals last minute. A great way/place to enjoy Winter Park!

Excellent job on the remodel, and updated WiFi and Smart TV are appreciated (especially during March Madness). This is a good looking, functional, and comfortable unit. We had yet another fantastic ski trip with WPLC. Usually stay in Riverside building (not a value judgement, we just slightly prefer the ski access) but 1601 is a winner all the way around.

This condo was exactly what I was looking for. It is truly a ski in / ski out rental. All we did is put on our ski boots, take the elevator down to the 2nd floor, grab our skis & poles out of our personal locker, walk right outside by the hot tub, step on to the slopes, put on our skis, and ski down to the gondola. At the end of the day, we would ski to the same point by the hot tub and walk right back in. Very convenient. The condo complex is located in the middle of Winter Park village so easy to get a drink or a meal. The condo itself was cozy and comfortable. We were very happy with our decision to stay here.

Very neat, clean, and nice view of the mountain and gondola. Convenient location to the shops and restaurants in Winter Park village. Easy access to the bike shop and Trestle Bike Park for our days of downhill biking. Close enough for our day trips to RMNP, Grand Lake, Monarch Lake (Bull moose sighting on that hike!).

This place is gorgeous. Just completely lovely with everything you could need at your fingertips and it was all beautiful, with a terrific view. The only slight challenge was finding the keys in the lock box - this could have been explained much more clearly. Yet otherwise, this place was amazing! I would absolutely stay there again! :)

Good location for a mountain biking adventure at Trestle. Note the coin laundry in the description is on the floor, not in the unit. Mtn bike storage was handy in the parking garage.

This place was great. We were just up for a weekend getaway and it was perfect for 4 of us. Check in was simple, parking in underground garage was ample and secure. Right in the middle of the Winter Park resort - there was plenty to do. We ended up going into town for meals, but there’s plenty of options if you want to just stay at the resort. The space was comfortable and had everything you might need. Recommend this property.

Zephyr is a great location and Unit 1601 was very nice. The unit was very clean, and all furniture, electronics and accessories worked perfectly. I was aware of the heat situation, and the unit was comfortable with the thermostat set to 55 degrees and a few windows cracked. We had no issues so we did not need to call for service. We arrived early, and called to learn that our unit was ready early. Thanks for a nice stay!

Close to the lifts however not a true ski in/out since the trail isn’t right next to the building but a short walk. Quiet and good accommodation for the few days we were there to ski. Great communication from the team. Make sure you study up on how to use the Apple TV since no instructions and we had to call service which they came by and took care of it again they are super responsive and customer focused.

This apartment is perfect for a family of four. It is located right on the spot and perfect for almost everything. Ski-in ski-out with a big ski locker and you can literally ski down to the gondola in about 10 seconds. The apartment itself is on the quiet side of the building facing the mountain and is well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. The hot tubs outside the building were great after a day on the slopes and the gas fireplace in the apartment makes sure you are cosy and warm as you watch the snow fall outside the window. The furnishings are tasteful and the place is an amazing winter escape for families looking for a quiet but well located apartment. The communication from WPLC was also first rate and we will definitely book through them again if we return to Winter Park for another race camp. Five stars.

We stayed in 1601 and it was fantastic. Wonderful views, excellent customer service, and loved that the unit had spices and other kitchen items that you don't usually get in a rental. This was our 3rd time at Zephyr and we will definitely be back!

Everything was described well and the place was a little warm at night, but we were also made aware of that. The only downfall of a slope side is the early morning noise, but we expected that as well. This has been our favorite place to stay so far and the staff was excellent as well. I would reccomend.

Nice place to relax listening to the breeze push through the trees on the deck. During the summer in Colorado we take advantage of the cooler evenings to freshen up a hot house but this was not an option because there are no screens on the windows. If you leave the windows open without screens you will be sharing the house with mosquitoes, gnats & anything else that flys or even crawls to the lights inside. This would not be to big a deal if any of these condos had AC, but they do not. Not sure if any condos in WP have AC to tell the truth. So if you like a hot west wind from an oscillating Greek god fan you should have a comfortable stay. The flatscreens in all the rooms equipped with Apple TV was great & kept my kids entertained until they fell asleep. If it was my place I would tweak some things, like the kitchen sink position, window screens and lighting over the master tub/shower but @ this point I might just be complaining to much. Bottom line it was good enough to shower and get some sleep slope-side. Would be great for a winter time stay. I will be gunning for my next summer stay in a 2 bed condo across the creek & street from here on out.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  So sorry you ran into issues.  We don't usually hear of any bug troubles so high up on the 6th floor of that building.  Most of our guests are happy to just open the windows and let the bug-less air come on in!  We'll visit with the HOA in getting the screen reset in there.  Hope we can find the right fit for you next visit!

From the minute I made our reservations, until the actual arrival in Winter Park and during our stay, I was impressed and relieved with the attention and care the rental team gave. Zephyr Mtn. Lodge 1601 was just as I saw in the photos, clean and comfortable with all the expected amenities. We would rent the same unit again!

We just go back and all I can say is location, location, location. It was great being right next to the Gondola so we could just walk out, put on our skis and ski down to the lift line. We loved having the ski lockers on the 2nd floor. How wonderful to just put your boots and skis in the locker and walk up to the room for a quick lunch or a short, warm break. And to walk out to the village at the bottom of the mountain was great as well. Super fantastic. Our unit was exactly as described and pictured. Love the cozy fireplace while lying on the couch watching the snow fall. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was super clean. Communication with the management company was all via text which worked out great. They were super communicative before, during and after. Great service! If going back to Winter Park, we would stay there again for sure!

Our family was pleasantly surprised by the newly remodeled 2 bedroom unit. Pros: refreshed unit with modern furnishings, well-equipped kitchen for all in-room dining needs, beds were super comfy with plenty of extra linens, pillows and blankets. Con: very minor, which included small single use shampoo bottle for entire week and 4 large bath towels for the entire week. Overall, our family of 4 had everything we needed to make our ski trip a success.

Great location on the slopes, Starbucks and other cafes/restaurants right outside. Balcony overlooks the mountain- lovely view. Condo is on the smaller side but fit our family of five just fine. Property manager was easy to reach and responsive. Very clean and cozy. Free parking in underground garage (summer) was also super convenient. Recommended.

The condo was perfect! Very comfortable, cozy and with plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was truly ski-in/ski-out. The management company was very helpful and provided great recommendations for ski equipment, transportation and see snowmobiling. We would highly recommend this condo!

Our family of five (kids 12, 14 and 15) was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked and made me feel at home. Comfy beds, very clean, nice bathrooms, clear directions. We loved the close proximity to convenient ski lockers and walking out to hill to ski down to lift as well as being in the village for evening strolls, shopping and dinner. Highly recommend this condo!

We chose this condo due to the location and it did not disappoint. The lodging company was attentive and stay connected as needed. I appreciated the call to make sure we were in our condo easily. Nice view of the lift. Loved the ease of ski in ski out with a locker to put skis away for the day. The hot tub was clean and maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only challenge faced was that the heat rises from the lower floors making the condo toasty; however, the open windows at night cooled ya down nicely. The place was centrally locates at the base near all the action, food, Coffee, beverages, ice skating, shopping, tubing and skiing. We brought grandparents which helped them feel apart of our ski vacation. Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our visit to winter park this year for a week of skiing. 5 of us easily managed in this two bedroom condo. The kitchen had everything we needed, given that we cooked most evenings during our stay. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. It does get a bit toasty due to heat rising from lower floors, but the windows open for mountain air conditioning. The condo is located at the base allowing for shopping, rentals, restaurants, ice skating and tubing. Ski access located on 2 nd floor with your own locker available to put away skis for the day....lifesaver! The base has plenty of activities for skiers and non skiers in your family. No car needed as a shuttle can take you where you’d like to go. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again.

Winter Park Lodging Company staff

This apartment is compact, clean, and efficient. The master bedroom is lovely, and spacious and the king bed is super comfortable. However, the dining area is very tight. Be careful of the adjustable table, it can snag your fingers if you're not careful. If you have a large group, you may not be comfortable here, if you're just a small family, and hopefully a close family, you'll be alright. There are no screens, so prepare for bugs in the summer, but the mountain air is lovely, it can come through just as well through a screen. We were not too fond of the mosquitos. The invest in some screens would go a long way for guests.

Love the ski in, ski out set up. The condo was clean and nicely decorated with all needed amenities. The only downfall was that we wished that some of the master suite space had been in the living/dining area as it was a bit small.

Upon arrival, our family was pleased to see that the unit at Zephyr Mountain Lodge was as good as the pictures showed it on the site. The unit was easy to get into upon arrival with the key card access in the unit's mailbox. Checkout was also easy just needing to start the dishwasher and leave the keys in the unit. The special touches to finish off the exceptional service were the welcome note on company notepad and a box of chocolates on the counter. Manager's Comments...So glad we were able to change your dates and everything worked out.You can't beat the mountains in the summertime! We would love to host you and your family again soon!

Stayed here with 3 people 2016 Snow Season. Condo has a good layout and the amenities are awesome (you're right in the village, free shuttle to and from town, hot tubs). Kitchen is great, has everything you need, and all the furniture was comfortable. Ample storage for your gear and you get keys for the ski lockers downstairs if you choose to use them. Has your typical old-timey skis/poles/travel posters and outdoorsy pictures decor. You are looking at the mountain slope and you are right against the mountain so you won't wake up and be able to take in the entirety of the mountains so if you're looking for an expansive view, this is not it. Customer service was good - I left my Chromecast plugged in to the TV when I left, and I was able to get it back, although it took a couple separate phone calls to get someone to actually go up and unplug it and get it into their lost-and-found system so I could get it shipped back to me. I would highly recommend this place, especially during Ski Season for its convenience and amenities.

Our stay at #1601 ZML was fantastic! The condo was very clean and the "moose decor" was a perfect fit! All of the necessary kitchen pots, pans, and miscellaneous utensils were provided so that we could cook for our family. Best of all is the ski in/ski-out facility so that we could take a break and warm up at lunch before heading back out to the slopes for the afternoon. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Thanks for a great stay in the Slopeside building. Kudos to the staff for being super attentive pre- and post-stay. I received multiple communications before making sure I knew how to check in and that everything went smoothly, and was contacted during and after my stay to check in and make sure everything went well. Also, I forgot something in the unit and Winter Park Lodging Company was kind enough to get it sent back to me (at my cost of course, it was my fault). This was done via excellent integration with chargerback software. Would stay again! Manager Comments: Well thanks Charles! We are so happy we could be of help. The Zephyr Mountain Lodge was a great place to stay! The parking garage made it nice not to have to scrape ice or snow off your car and it was very convenient to jump on the elevator and head to your room. The lodge was really close to the Zephyr lift and you could be on the mountain within a couple minutes. The lodge was also very close to several restaurants in the Winter Park Resort. The staff at Winter Park Resort was amazing with following up to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Winter Park.

We had a great stay in Zephyr mountain lodge #1601. The condo was well comfortable. We appreciated the kitchen being well stocked with utensils and spices. The only complaint is the same as every other complaint. The condo gets quite warm in the evenings and we had to open the windows. More fans or ceiling fans to create air flow would make the condo perfect.

We had a great trip to winter park. We stayed 4 nights. The condo was positioned perfectly for skiing. The setup with a bunk bed and full in one room and a queen in the other allowed all 5 of us to have a bed. The condo had everything we needed. The only slightly bad thing was even without turning on the heat it was burning up in the condo. We simply opened the windows and the balcony door and that took care of the heat issue. I loved the app that walked us through everything we needed from check in to check out. Message from management: We have received your feedback about the heating in the Zephyr 1601 and have informed the building owners. They are in the process of checking into specific valves to see if certain properties might be overheating and why. We thank you for letting us know so we can get that fixed asap. Happy New Year!

We kept the door open at night so we could sleep. We kept the heater off at all times. Room was great otherwise. Clean and great location. Nice to have the parking below!

Rented this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in Zephyr Slopeside for several days. The management company was wonderful to work with and followed through on every detail. The added $75 card that could be used or was honored at several of the businesses was great in concept but confusing to some merchants. Recommend having three separate cards at $25 each and use at your discretion. Excellent idea and we enjoyed three different restaurants. The condo was very clean and convenient. I would recommend to friends or if in that specific area I would rent again. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. Loved the underground parking. Services on the property were nice, Starbucks, restaurants, outdoor seating, etc.

This is one of the nicest Zephyr properties I've stayed in. The owner has done some nice upgrades. I usually stay here because of the convenience of having a full kitchen. Plus you can't beat the location. I'll be back again soon.

Winter Park Lodging Company is the only company we stay with every time we visit Winter Park. THeir level of service is incredible and every member of staff we've ever had contact with has been friendly and helpful. This apartment was clean and nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay.
