Perfect location!!! My husband rides Trestle so location is everything and the unit was right next door to the cycle shop and the Gondola was super close! Parking was perfect and easily accessible! Laundry room was on the same floor which was perfect since we stayed 5 nights! It was right in front of the Starbucks!! You have a pizza and Mexican restaurant right in front (bar as well) ! The unit was absolutely perfect! Bedroom and bathroom on opposite sides which I loved, kitchen had everything and more…. The bed… oh wow, I haven’t slept that great in a while! They have a cute little set up on the balcony which you are able to see the sunrise! Def will be out go to condo when we come back in a few months!

Nicely updated! No icky carpet and new kitchen/bathrooms and hard floors throughout. Not tons of space in these condos but they are the closest you can get for skiing at Winter Park so a decent trade off. Parking is an extra fee for your vehicle but also worth it as it stays nice and warm/dry. Thank you!

This was a great ski condo. It was well equipped, well maintained, good location (if a little far from the ski school). For instance the non stick pans actually were pretty fresh and nonstick unlike the usual scraped and scarred equipment at these places. Even though it was a holiday weekend the shared hot tubs had plenty of space. The inflatable queen bed came in handy. If I had to nitpick I’d say that having more bowls would help and also from the notes on the listing i thought there was washer and dryer in the unit but there isn’t.

We stayed at the condo for several days for my son to train and compete for a ski competition. It is nicely remodeled and very comfortable. Full kitchen with all the supplies to cook. Best location in the village, steps from restaurants and shops. Ski- in ski-out from ski locker room. Highly recommend!

We didn’t use any of the kitchen equipment or utensils as we found ourselves enjoying the amazing food spots just steps away, but it looked very well stocked for a plethora of cooking needs! Plenty of towels and even towels for the hot tub (which there are two of and felt amazing after a day of chasing our littles around the mountain). Our favorite part was the short walking distance to all of the winter park resort activities and restaurants! We didn’t even need to get the car back out of the parking garage until our stay was over.

Our stay at Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1318 was great. The location couldn't be more perfect for skiing. You are able to ski right up to the door at the end of the day! The 2 unit bedroom was perfect for our family of 3, plenty of space for what we needed. So close to everything in the village - shops, food & skiing. We would definitely stay again!

This condo exceeded our expectations. The location was in the center of Winter Park with quick access to everything. The unit was nicely updated, bed were comfortable & it had everything we needed. We thoroughly appreciated the wood floor throughout the unit. We traveled with a 3 year old so wood flooring was a must. The communication from the property was responsive and we were even able to check in early. Highly recommended!

Would definitely consider again. This was a summer trip, the location was super convenient to the Alpine slide and other activities. The room was well stocked, spacious, and clean. It does not have ac but we opened windows and used fans and it was comfortable. The room is right above the front entrance awning, we sat outside and watched the sunset on the mountains each night. No pool but there is a jacuzzi, and bigger hot tub. Overall it was Really great unit!

Condo was in a great location, clean, updated, and comfortable. Property manager was very responsive. There were only 2 towels in the master for a 4 night stay and they brought them right up. We also got locked out one night and they were able to get a maintenance person to let us in quickly! Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our experience at the Winter Park ski resort largely due to our wonderful accommodations! This condo worked well for our 3 generation group with room to gather and space to be separate (like during nap time). It was very conveniently located to the gondola, the hot tubs, the ski lockers, and the village. As visitors from Ohio, it was SO nice to find that our hosts provided things like dish soap, trash bags, coffee (with all the necessary fixings), and MANY other conveniences.

My friend and I shared this lovely condo for a long weekend and loved the location and convenience of each having our own bed and bathroom. Just around the corner to the new gondola and walking distance to many restaurants and shops right at the base. The outdoor hot tubs (2) were perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

We were happy with every single aspect of this rental from proximity to rentals, ski school, lifts, and shops and restaurants to the layout and cleanliness of the unit. We will definitely rent this unit again. Additionally, we were so impressed with the rental company. Through the app I had all the information I needed at my fingertips. Check in was layed out step by step and was very clear and easy. The welcome gift package was a wonderful surprise-- kids especially loved it! Great all around!

This condo was efficient for 5 adults, though the kitchen and family areas were not overly large. One couple slept on the airbed which required rearranging the family room furniture. This condo was efficient for 5 adults, though the kitchen and family areas were not overly large. One couple slept on the airbed which required rearranging the family room furniture. However, the bed was easy to set up and put away and was very comfortable. So if you are flexible, it won't be a problem! Very spacious Master bedroom!  We enjoyed being here for a relative's wedding weekend.  Was a beautiful spot and really convenient for us. Check in process was very easy. Thank you!

Had a very nice stay. Everything worked out well. One issue: not all of the folks who answered the phone were knowledgeable about parking options. I imagine most people coming to stay at the Zephyr are driving one car, but we had two families in two cars. We ended up parking in the garage adjacent to the village area, and you could pay for multiple nights. MANAGER COMMENTS: Glad you enjoyed your stay overall. So sorry there was confusion as to where to park additional vehicles. We'll have to go over with all our staff to make sure we all have the correct info for other parking options at the base. We hope to host you when you're back this way.

I booked the room for my sisters wedding. The room was excellent the service was above and beyond! I had questions ranging from where to get a spray tan to finding items in the room. Our stay was very nice! If the review was based strictly on the décor and location of the unit I would give it an excellent rating. We did have a couple of issues during our stay that put a damper on our vacation. First off, the day we arrived the fire department was there as someone was stuck on one of the elevators leaving only one elevator operational. Then the next morning our toilet was clogged and we had to call to have a plumber come up. The next day I tried to do a load of laundry and the coin dispenser would not push in so I had to call maintenance. None of these were a big deal but something you don't want to be bothered with on vacation.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Glad to hear you enjoyed the property itself, but disappointed the other issues clouded your visit.  We've contacted the building management and the elevators are back in action as is the laundry room.  We hope you'll give us another try.  We would love the chance to 'WOW' you on another stay.

This room was great. 2 bedroom with a king bed in each room. Upgraded kitchen. Had great view. Nice room. It was just a bit hot, no AC. The lighting is a bit dim, but overall, I will try for this room again next year. Great location relative to the mountain. We had a kids-free weekend getaway with another couple and this condo was perfect. Both couples had a fabulous, comfy king bed and our own bathroom. So easy to get our bikes out on the hill. We enjoyed being able to walk to the restaurants and shops. Great dinner and wine at Vertical in the village. Thinking about bringing the kids back to ski, but we will need a bigger place for that crew.

Fun little trip up with the girls, enjoyed drinks on the deck and comfy living room. Perfect size for us, got to walk around and enjoy the shared hot tubs

Very nice and clean. Great spot to be at, so close to The Village with places to eat and hang out. Friends and I had comfy beds and cozied up to the fireplace to hang and relax.
