Our stay here was fantastic. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the gondola and right in the heart of the village, making everything easily accessible. The place itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent stay. The room was comfortable, well equipped and well situated. This is the third year we have stayed Slopeside on the second floor. It is the perfect location for a skiing adventure. The second floor suites are steps to the ski locker, steps to the hot tubs and steps to the slopes. And when I say steps, I mean less than 100 ft. It is perfect. The Winter Park Lodging company was friendly and responsive. They answered our inquiries quickly and responded to our requests in a timely manner. We will be back again next year.

The condominium we rented was excellent. The Winter Park lodging Company kept in contact with me throughout our visit via text message to try and make our visit more pleasurable. when my wife got sick with Covid over the summer, they allowed us to reschedule dates based on an availability. They also allow us a late check out. I highly recommend Winter Park lodging Company!

Me and my wife just returned from the Labor Day weekend staying in unit 1218 in the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. We were very pleased with the quality and the cleanliness of this condo. The staff was very informative and helpful. The slope side location would be great in the winter time as we stayed for Labor Day weekend we didn’t get to experience the skiing part of it, but it’s very close to the gondola. I’m not even gonna mention the minor details that could be improved but because the whole package was awesome I highly recommend Zephyr Mountain Lodge 1218. Not only excellent but five star we will be returning Winter Park.

Overall the experience was excellent. After checking in we went to get our rental skis and immediately locked ourselves out of the room. The PM sent someone over to get us new keys right away. Location is perfect to just walk to gondola to start the day. Bed/kitchen/etc all worked great. Our only minor issue was the "sleeps 4". I assumed it was a foldout couch but it was actually an air matress that seemed to have a hole bc it wouldn't hold air. My teenage son had to sleep on the couch so it wasn't that big of a deal. I would definitely rent from them again.

Great place to stay. Quiet. Close to many great hikes and downhill mountain biking. Hot tubs were great. Took short ride to Hot Sulfur Springs to soak in pools. 4 great hikes within miles of resort.

The setting and condo was very welcoming and peaceful. Our only trouble was with the WiFi- I am not a fan of being on an unsecured network and not having access to using the smart TV for streaming but I relayed the issue and it was resolved in about 24 hrs. I really appreciate Nicky and all of her hard work. The summer time is a much slower pace in Winter Park and that is what we were looking for, restaurants and shops aren’t open as late so double check before heading out. All in all it was a great week.

This is our first time to Winter Park. We always rent condos when we ski at Beaver Creek, Vail, Steamboat, Snowmass, Breckenridge and Park City. Parking for one car is always included. This is the only place that has ever charged us extra to park a car. And $20/night was a bit steep for a place like Winter Park. The unit was very clean, easy to get to, and very convenient. It can be called ski in/out, but the ski out means putting on your skis, going four seconds to take them back off to get on the gondola, and the ski in is a very flat run at the base of Mary Jane, so lots of poling is necessary - not much fun. The kitchen has everything needed, nicely appointed, a nice gas fireplace, comfy king sized bed, comfy bedding and thick towels. My only large complaint, other than the un-necessary parking fee, is there is no storage. I am a neat freak and the first thing I do on a vacation is to unpack and put everything neatly away. There is no place to unpack in this unit. We had to live out of our suitcases, which I hate! AND since the lighting is so poor in the bedroom, we had to use our phone flashlights to find anything inside our suitcases. The bedroom does have 4 wall hooks and a suitcase caddy. There is no dresser, and two small closets. Once closet is totally filled with stuff and not usable, the other closet provided 5 hangers, but there is no floor space or shelf space, as these areas are also filled with stuff, including a Christmas tree!

The parking is not handled by our company, but by the property managers at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge. We will definitely pass on this feedback to them. If you decide to come back and stay at the base area, let us know if you don't want to pay any parking fees and we can share with you other options. They won't be as convenient, but they are free. We are glad you found the kitchen well stocked, the King sized bed comfy and enjoyed the gas fireplace. We will make sure to remedy the no storage and poor lighting issues. We hope you'll stay with us again!

This place is perfect is you want to be next to the slopes. It's just a few steps to the gondola and a short walk to kids' ski school. It couldn't be more convenient for skiing and walking to restaurants. The unit itself was great. Very clean and exactly as the pictures show. The management company did a good job communicating the parking, which would've been confusing if not for their instructions. Great stay!

Everything about the property was perfect - location, amenities, friendliness of staff. Our only *complaint* is that the condo was soooo hot - but easily remedied with keeping windows open at night! Otherwise super comfortable! Everything we needed for meals in. Kids could come and go for snacks throughout the day. We are already planning out next trip!

Hi there - our stay was great, we loved the condo, great location & amenities. The only downside was that the condo did get a little warm at times and we wish there was more shelving/storage for clothes, there really wasn’t anywhere to store clothes except for the hangers in the closet. But overall great place & would highly recommend!!

The room was perfect for what we needed. It was very nice & newly updated. The Lodge and entire Village itself were great, and we can't wait to go back. The staff were very friendly. The only complaint I had with the place. There was lots of construction going on through out the resort. Apparently it was behind schedule from what I understood from the staff. You would think by mid December and ski season they would have had that stuff done. It made it a bit troublesome to get around some areas around the slopes. The main reason we stayed Slope side was to be able to have minimal walk to the slopes. The ski rental place in our building was shut down due to construction and we had to go around construction to the opposite site of the resort to get our skis, and to get to the slopes. Now I can see that once construction is complete, it will make the entire resort and experience really nice and updated and probably a lot more convenient. So while it was kind of a pain to deal with this trip, I do look forward to come back in the future, and experiencing everything with the new updates. MANAGER COMMENTS: Thank you so much for your understanding Cody. It's been tough with these growing pains as the gondola construction was a BIG project and the window to get it done fairly small. We appreciate your patience and hope to impress you with how quickly you'll zip up the hill on your next stay out this way!
