Willows at Grand Park 210

We had a great stay. Well equipped kitchen (above and beyond any other rental we’ve stayed in), which was key for us as we prepped and ate all of our meals at the house. Plenty of space for us to play games, watch movies and sports together up or downstairs in the living spaces on each floor. Beds were comfortable and the space was nice and clean. Plenty of dish and laundry detergent and the place just felt inviting and homey. Will definitely keep this place in the list for next year. Loved the proximity to WP base, rec center and trails to walk our pup.

We have rented from Winter Park Lodging Company for 15+ years, have only experienced excellent service and clean properties. The communication is top notch, the staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly satisfied with our latest choice, Willows at Grand Park 210. The bedroom situation was perfect for our party of ten, dining area worked well for Thanksgiving dinner and game nights. They even had a Christmas tree set up which was an unexpected bonus!❤️ A great place to make fun memories!

This townhome was very spacious and so close to Winter Park, so lots to do! The hot tub was awesome after a long day and the kitchen was large and equipped. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

We stayed for a ski trip with two parents and 5 kids age 18-23. Perfect space, location, and really nice facilities. Walk 3-4 houses down the road to catch the hourly ski bus to Winter Park. A quick 15 minutes and you’re at the base with no parking fees or hassles. Well equipped kitchen. 5 minute drive to Safeway grocery - well stocked store and many more ski buses come here - good for late day pickups if you miss the bus to the house. We will stay here again.

Our family of 12 went up for a couple of nights and loved it here. The place is beautiful, clean and updated. It is well taken care of and spacious. The room with the Queen bed was a little uncomfortable and squeaky but not a deal breaker. Hot tub and so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Very clean and tidy spot! Loved the valley views from the hot tub and having a garage was fantastic. 2nd living area was also marvelous for us with a darling kids table as well. Very happy dog that was excited to not have to miss out on this trip. We really enjoyed the home and working with Winter Park Lodging Co. We'll be reaching out for our next visit that way!

Five of us from the same family, ages ranging from 17 to 75 stayed here and it was perfect for our group. A kitchen, dining table, hot tub, garage, four bedroom, 3 1/2 bath tucked in a charming neighborhood close to both Fraser and Winter Park was just what we were hoping for during our getaway. The cleanliness was a plus.

We loved this spot, which we rented for my father's 70th birthday. It was close to town, beautifully decorated, clean, and had thoughtful touches like kid's books and some toys for our little ones. We loved our stay!

My family, 9 total aging from 6 months to Grandma had a fantastic time at this property in Fraser. The views were fantastic, plenty of space and room to move, beds were amazing, large kitchen and dining space for prepping, eating and game night. And we loved the hot tub and hiking trails just outside the back door. We will definitely be back! Oh and our 11 yo King Charles Cavalier enjoyed himself as well!

Loved the hot tub! Was great every night and never had any problems. The location is perfect! Like 2-3 minutes from the lifts. I’ve always done ski in ski out but this was honestly great as well. The house was clean and we had no complaints.

Perfect house to gather family and friends. Easy walk to bus for skiing. Having a second family room was nice to spread out. The kitchen is well stocked!! Very comfortable beds. Very quiet neighborhood. We have stayed in Winter park/Fraser many times and this house has been our favorite. Close to Recreation Center and Vicious Cycle brewing.

Our stay was awesome! The house was perfect - very clean and comfortable. We had a great time hanging out in the open living area/kitchen and going in the hot tub! There is an amazing, free bus system that took us to/from skiing as well as to/from dinner at night. We will definitely be staying here again!

The management had a Christmas tree by the fireplace and a wreath on the door! We were seven adults, four young children and one mid-sized dog. We had a great time and appreciated the well equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Terrific holiday!

We greatly enjoyed staying here! Check in was very simple and the management company kept excellent communication leading up to our stay. The house was very clean and nice. The house was well stocked! The kitchen had all the necessary cooking equipment plus tupperware for storing left overs, and there were toys in the living room for my nephew to play with! We also appreciated that not much cleaning was required with check out. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great location for our party of 8-10 adults, ages 25-65, during last week of December. Bedrooms gave lots of privacy to all of our couples… and the hot tub access was perfect… used it every day. Great access to both downhill and x-country skiing (Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA - 15 min drive - was fantastic). COVID reduced all bus access to the mountain, but we adapted easily. We found that driving to the resort and parking at the Village Cabriolet worked best for our group… shortest walk and least waiting at end of day. Pay for parking with phone app keeps you from waiting at ticket machines. Great access to local supermarket! Really helpful as we are every meal at house! Everyone went home with smiles. Thanks for the really nice accommodations.

Our stay in the Winter Park area could not have been better. We had 3 generations including 3 teenagers and a 6 month old puppy. Location was great. Condo was spectacular. We loved having a double driveway that enabled us to park both our vehicles. We will definitely be coming back.

Normally you look at the pics and you know it probably doesn’t look that good. Not the case this time. Beautiful property within walking distance of Fraser and Winter Park. Mgt company does a great job reaching out to make sure we have everything we need. Bus stop is just up the road for easy access to skiing.

This is a beautiful spacious property in a great location. It is walking distance to Fraser and Winter Park. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. Would definitely come back to this property.

Great house, very clean, we loved been able to play with snow outside and also is very close to winter park resort. I hope sometime soon to make other vacation plans and return. We felt like we were at home. I just recommend if customers arrive at night leave the light outside on, so they can be able to see the 210 number, to us being there for the first time arriving late, first time snow experience, was a little bit confusing. Excellent condition! Very clean, easy to find, spacious and centrally located property. No fuss getting in, no fuss getting out. Management company had maintenance over immediately for very minor issues with a few windows that wouldn't open or close properly and a tack strip in the floor that poked toes. They were always available for any need. Property looks exactly like photos online. The views are amazing. TV and wi-fi worked great with many different users going at once. Master was large with lots of space to move around. 2nd master was almost as big. 3rd bedroom was tight. No dresser, but no room for one. Bunk room was a little tight with suitcases because only one dresser. Large closets in all bedrooms made up for space. Very comfortable property. Walking trails and biking trails all around. Only minutes to grocery store and gas station. We had 4 vehicles parked around the unit, made it a little tight, but is doable. Will definitely be back to either this location or others like it.

Beautifully furnished , warm, modern home. Great spot in Fraser just between Winter park and Devils Thumb Ranch. Felt secluded but just 5 minutes from Safeway, restaurants and tubing hills.The home was perfect for families with kids table, movie room and bunk room. All bedrooms on one floor which was great for our stay with small kids. Great home!

Very nice, new property. We enjoyed staying here with BOTH sets of grandparents and our 3 kids. It was a very special trip for us and suit our needs perfectly. We all enjoyed being in the heart of everything and taking advantage of a slower season to visit. Thanks for all your help in getting arranged and finding a great spot for us!

We stayed in this terrific new property with 3 families. Very bright and cheery! Loved having all the bedrooms upstairs and all the living space very open on the bottom level. The kids table was the best...worked great for our little folks! Having garage was great but we could still park all 3 of our vehicles right there. Location is great and easy to get to Winter Park and even Grand Lake. Thank so much and we'll be back.
