5 Stars – Perfect Mountain Getaway!
This condo in Fraser, near Winter Park Resort, was the perfect mountain retreat! The layout was spacious and well thought out, making it comfortable for our group of four. The place was spotless upon arrival, and getting in and out was a breeze.
One of the highlights was the hot tub with a stunning view—perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The location was ideal: close enough to town and the resort for easy access but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great stay in the Winter Park area!

This villa was perfect for our little families get away! Perfect located near the mountain and Fraser (restaurants, grocery store, sledding hill). Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the home. Hot tub unfortunately didn’t work but management was quick to respond and made us whole while we stayed. Unlucky that it didn’t work and was the 1st time they heard about it.
Would absolutely stay again and will be looking at booking for next year!

A great place to stay close to the mountain! The home was large enough for our group of 7 and the blow up air mattress was a great amenity. The hot tub was right outside and we had a lot of fun relaxing at home after long days of skiing!

This place was perfect for our early season ski trip! Just the right bedding for 4 adults and our 2 older kids. A wonderful, very clean kitchen for all our dining and a private hot tub was so appreciated. We felt very much at home!

This was our first Airbnb ever. I loved the place. It was clean, peaceful and I honestly feel that the home exceeded my expectations. There was everything needed to have a comfortable stay from washing machine to a fully stocked kitchen with dishes and cookware. The hot tub was a delight. The view from the back patio was beautiful.

My family of 5 came to enjoy this place in mid April and absolutely loved it! The open living area/kitchen/dining room was so pleasant for great family time and great meals, and all the bedrooms were so cozy and had super comfortable beds! We loved the back patio grill area and used the hot tub a bunch, and even made a snow fort and snowman in the backyard! Love having a wide open backyard with amazing views, the mountains were glowing every night! We would definitely come back to this house, and Winter Park Lodging Company did an amazing job!

This is a great new property secluded just north of Winter Park but right on the WP Lift bus route. Easy to get to town and the resort, with lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay again!

Great home, great location, great hot tub. The sleeping arrangement is a bit odd with the bunk room being particularly cramped; however, the rest of the home, especially the common areas are all wonderful. Kitchen stocked with a full complement of utensils and cookware for every occasion and great table and living room to hang out and converse in.

Unit was nice, clean and had plenty of space for our two boys and one of their friends. Beds were comfy so everyone slept well. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and back patio views. Only cons would be that the master bedroom could use some bedside lamps and the kitchen could use a few large pans.

We loved this home!!! So quiet, and suited to our family needs. We wanted to pick it up and move it back home with us. We loved the hot tub, the living spaces and the kitchen for all of us to be together. The coffee makers were both broken, but easily went to visit the Moon Frog Coffee shop instead. The hot tub roll bar was also broken so we had to team work it off and on but was still wonderful for our kiddos. The artwork in the home is also fantastic! Close to all the things and had great views! We would love to come back and stay again! It was a dream vacay for us.

Very comfortable home. Dining table best thing….great for big card games and family meals!! Hot tub was great after skiing. Queen over queen bunks with a twin pull out In 1 small room…….very tight space for 5 people!

Very nice cabin! The fireplace and hot tub were a great touch. We used both almost daily. The location is close to Safeway and both mountains. We really appreciated the fact that someone came by to clean up the driveway every morning. Looking forward to coming back!

Loved the unit. Well kept, hot tub was wonderful as well as the view. Only negative thing was the couch, It was way too soft for older people to be comfortable sitting in and trying to get out of. We enjoyed the stay.

Check in at this property was extremely easy and communication with the property manager was excellent. Stay for our family was very comfortable and the location was great. It was a short drive to RMNP and there was good fishing nearby. One recommendation would be to add one more sectional to the sitting area as it is difficult to fit everyone comfortably on the sectional currently there. There are also trains that go by at night so we had to shut the windows. This cannot be controlled for but is something to note of you are a light sleeper. Overall wonderful experience and would come back again!

Just stayed for five days this July and loved it. This house is gorgeous. All of the beds are humongous (even the bunk bed!). It's usually difficult to find a home with a big kitchen, many bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements. This house checks all of the boxes, which made it very comfortable and inviting for our group of 6.
Winter Park Lodging Company is very communicative, and gave us everything we needed to have a successful trip. The price was right, and we are all had a positively memorable weekend!

We loved the location of this house in Fraser. It was really close to everything (especially the Rec Center!) but offered a ton of privacy. The inside was nice and new and the hot tub was perfect. Also the mountain views were spectacular. We'll be back and can't wait to check it out this summer!

If your looking for a homey warm experience than this place be it for visiting colorado, fraser or winter park. First time ever renting a home, very great experience. Me and my family made ourselves at home and took care of it like it was ours. I very much reccomend this place. Clean was beat thing ever. The views to this place was amazing breathtaking. This was such a phenomenal place to stay for the weekend!!! Great communication from the property management. Both the day of arrival as well as day of departure.
The app you download for this property is extremely user friendly and has everything you would ever need/have questions about.
The hot tub right out the backside patio was definitely our favorite feature. Surrounded by nature you feel completely secluded..
The townhome is beautifully built with lots of touches to make you feel at home. Very spacious and the beds were huge & comfortable. Fantastic drive up and down the mountain and only about an hour and 30 minutes from Denver- give or take depending on traffic and weather!
Can’t wait to come back in the winter and book again!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was great to get away from Denver for a few days. The unit was nice, and was adept. We enjoyed watching the trains pass by up on the hill. We were originally concerned about train noise, but it wasn’t a concern.  Our time in WP was full of fun, we saw a concert with Bucstien playing for 2-1/2 hours, and a great fireworks show. We also went to the ice cream social, took a few hikes, and ate lunch in town. WP was a great time!

Property is recently constructed with single car garage. Many windows provide great light. Radiant heating and excellent humidifiers minimized the effect of the dryness. Many useful kitchen accessories were available, and appliances appear to be new. Large functional kitchen/dining table. We enjoyed our stay. The rental property was stocked with essential items. The view was beautiful & we even got to see an elk out the back door. Only 2 issues we really had would be the beds are way too firm & the bunk room could use a fan to circulate the air. We would highly recommended the property as rental option for anyone’s visit. As always we loved visiting for a little get away from Texas.

This property is a great location - secluded for our privacy but close enough to the town for all of the activities we enjoyed during our week in the area. There was lots of OPEN space downstairs with incredible views of the mountains. We were fortunate to have lots of snow two different days of our stay which made this place amazing. Huge windows upstairs and downstairs allowed us the opportunity to enjoy the snow covered views. Highly recommend it!

Great location. Clean unit. Hot tub was awesome after a day on the mountain. Only improvement would be better grill utensils (long handled spatula, tongs and grill brush) to keep from burning your hands while cooking and cleaning the grill. I would stay here again and will recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at 8 different places in WP and this was one of our favorites. Great views downstairs and upstairs. Second bedroom as nice as master. Didn’t use third bedroom but queen size bunk beds would be fun for children. Like washer/dryer upstairs. Highly recommend. 👍 Winter Park Lodging Co. are fantastic as property managers.

Not only is the home new and beautiful, but the views are amazing and the amenities extremely convenient. There's nothing quite like a hot tub (with the changing lights that the kids loved) after a cool day on the mountain. Thank you! MANAGER COMMENTS: Right? The place was very clean and comfortable! We wish there could have been a small fire pit just to sit out at night. The new construction really wasn’t an issue as much as the train when it decided to blow its horn in the middle of the night!. Overall, it was a nice place!

MANAGER COMMENTS: Oooh!  A fire pit sounds like a terrific idea.  We'll try and pitch that idea.  And ah the train.....the whole Grand Park neighborhood is in a "quiet zone" so that must have been an isolated incident.  It is not typical for the horns to blow though this neighborhood.  We will continue to monitor to ensure as peaceful stay as possible.

The only suggestion I would make is for a ceiling fan in the bedroom with bunk beds. There was no air moving and it was to hot for our kids to sleep in that room. I couldn't even sleep in that room. Everything else was perfect !

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Thanks for that feedback.  While our summers don't hit the temps of Denver, they are still fairly hot and with no AC, a ceiling fan would be a big benefit.  We will suggest this to the owner, so your next visit will have "cooler" kiddos.

Great size, excellent layout, brand new finishes. We loved the tech friendly features and it has great proximity to everything in the Winter Park area. On the list to stay again!

We loved the accommodations. Winter Park Lodging Company was completely responsive to all of our needs. The property was beautifully decorated and in a great location. We stayed for 5 nights and after a long day of skiing it was great to jump into the jacuzzi and relax and view the great view of the mountains. I would highly recommend the property to family and friends and look forward to coming back next year!

So so so happy with our stay at this beautiful home. It was perfectly accommodating for our group of 8 and we felt right at home walking into the beautiful entry way. Everything was kept very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this property and the winter park lodging company - best customer service I have ever received booking a trip, thank you!
