We just wrapped up another fantastic stay with Winter Park Lodging Company, and they continue to be our go-to for mountain getaways. We returned to the same unit we've enjoyed previously, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The size and layout are perfect for relaxing, the location is unbeatable, and the high-quality linens always add that extra touch of luxury that makes a difference. What really sets this company apart, however, is their stellar communication. Their text-based system is incredibly convenient, making it easy to get quick answers while you're on the go. We experienced this firsthand when we realized we had left something behind after checkout. The team responded immediately to help us recover it. Brittany, in particular, was an absolute rockstar—her communication was proactive, professional, and so helpful. A few other highlights from our trip: The Transit: Getting around is a breeze; the Winter Park bus system is reliable and very easy to navigate. Reliability: Knowing exactly what to expect from the property and the management team makes for a stress-free vacation. If you're looking for a professional team that genuinely cares about your experience, look no further. We can't wait to come back!

This was our first time using public transportation to the lifts with kids. It was so easy! This location was a 75yd walk to the nearest shuttle stop on the Red Line, plus the other stops were a one block walk. Once in Winter Park, there were wagons everywhere to help our family transport our gear.
The condo itself was awesome. It was very spacious! The checking process was great, just a door code. I appreciated not having to find a lock box at a different place. The condo also was well equipped with basics like zip lock bags, spices, laundry detergent and a nice welcome snack pack. It was a super short walk to the hot tub as well. We loved our stay here!

We have stayed here before and it's just right for our family of 5. Love the location and kids love the heated pool. It's a very quick walk to shops/dining and the sledding hill is right there too. Easy drive to skiing or take the shuttle just across the street. Hoping to come back one of these summer to enjoy!

My family really enjoyed the location and the amenities at this condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool was really fun and so close to the property. We loved walking to the shops in town. Riding our bikes right from our car was fantastic and the little guys could even zip down the trail right behind. We had a blast and will come back!

Perfect place for a family. Everything that you would need is there for you. The decor, the beds, the towels, etc are wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. There is a park, shopping and many restaurants all within walking distance. Cleanliness*****

Very clean and spacious unit right off the park. Also, they were very responsive to a maintenance issue late on Saturday night.. The smoke detector batteries were chirping and they sent an employee to fix the issue very quickly. I was impressed.

Our group truly enjoyed our stay at Trailhead Lodge 22. The facility was clean, we had one problem with the sliding glass door and that was fixed immediately. We needed linen for the rollout queen size blowup mattress and that was delivered immediately. We were close to the park we had so much fun and we would like to come again next year

We visited Winter Park from Australia on a ski holiday and stayed at Trailhead 822 for the first four days of our vacation. The apartment is excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is spacious and well equipped and in a great location to explore the Winter Park township. Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub was great after a day's skiing. We also loved going ten pin bowling, tubing and playing at Hideaway Park just over the road and also exploring the restaurants in town. The only negatives were the oven not working, the lack of a supermarket in town and the bus service to the resort and to Fraser which we found fairly unreliable and often just didn't turn up. We didn't have a car and so relied on the bus to get around. In ski season it can be brutally cold waiting at the bus stops with the kids. If you had a car none of this would be an issue though. On balance, the apartment was brilliant, the location excellent and the communication from Winter Park Lodging Company was also first class. Thoroughly recommend both the apartment and the Lodging Company.

This property was in an ideal location for hiking, biking, and walking to restaurants in town. The location is across from a park ideal for families with young kiddos. The condo was very clean and well stocked. Cleanliness is always at the top of my list in reading reviews and this home was spotless. I recommend this property and will plan on staying again.

Condo was great. The people that we worked with leading up to our visit were on top of everything. We told them our number one, two and three concern was cleanliness - not just the kind where you wipe crumbs off of a counter - we wanted the kind of clean where you felt like you could walk around without shoes and could tell that everything was was wiped cleaned. Everything exceeded our expectations. No negatives. All good.  Would definitely stay there again if we weren't going to stay ski in/ ski out.

My family has always liked staying at the Trailhead Lodge. The condos are well laid out and comfortable for our family of 5. The pool and hot tub are great to have as well. This particular combo was very comfortable. In addition, Winter Park Lodging Company is a great, attentive management company. I appreciate their text messages to check in and to ensure everything is up to par. They were able to accomodate a later check out for my family when I asked and, overall, were very professional and intent on great customer service and making sure I had a fantastic experience. The condo was just perfect for our family! It was spotless and cozy. We cooked a couple nights and went out a couple nights. We absolutely took advantage of the hot tub after a day of skiing. Our only complaint would be that the elevator was out and made bringing up our gear a little cumbersome. MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry for elevator malfunction. The buildiging owners have assured us they are on top of keeping on top of those elevators going forward this season and are currently checking in on each of them for resets/updates. Please do always let us know when those thing happen and we can let them know ASAP.

We spent several weeks in Trailhead 822. The furnishings were tasteful, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well-equipped. We return to Winter Park every summer, and we would be happy to rent this unit again. Also, Winter Park Lodging did an excellent job of overseeing the reservation and helping out with information and questions. Manager Comment: For sure late summer is the best time to be in Winter Park, but come back any time. We would love to host you again.

Nice smelling soap, awesome towels, very clean. Very comfortably accommodated a family of 5. The little ones loved being right next to the sledding park! This building was the closest to the shuttle stop and the hot tub/pool common area. Loved this community and the unit. Would 100% stay here again.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations at the Trailhead Lodges. Our unit was very pleasant, clean and the staff was super responsive to our questions and requests. The location was great too! Thank you for making our "home away from home" for our ski trip comfortable and enjoyable.

Trailhead lodge 822 was a winner for us and would be for any small family or couples. It was within walking distance from all the action in downtown Winter Park. The high definition Smart TV was awesome. The giant center island in the kitchen made a great work space. The condo twinkled with cleanliness upon arrival and the Winter Park Lodging Company team was a delight to work with through and through - highly recommend this condo no matter the season!

When you step into Trailhead 822, you are greeted by wall art, decor, bedding, even shower curtains, of beautiful blues and grays throughout that truly make you feel like you are still on the slopes! The condo is just so homey and inviting. The king bed, queen bed, twin bunk beds, and EZ bed pull-out combination makes it easy to accommodate everyone in your group as well. And you can't beat the location. Hideaway Park is literally right behind you with the new amphitheater and lawn, local trails, and close proximity to downtown restaurants, shops, and bars!

Perfect getaway spot. Trailhead Lodges location is the best in Winter Park!  The amenities there are terrific....heated pool, gym! There is everything you could need in this place and it's super cozy too. We'll be back and will be sure to let our friends in on this gem. Thank you!

What a great spot! Really cutely decorated throughout and location is the BEST. Kids had a blast in the hot tub/pool and sledding just across the way. We will surely be back and will tell our friends. Winter Park Lodging Company was so helpful and really friendly. Thanks again everyone!
