The condo was absolutely perfect. It was so nice. It was within walking distance of town so you were close to eating places and shopping. It was about 5 miles from the slopes. We had a great time.

Second stay at condo this year. Will definitely apply for a return stay. Condo is fully furnished and has quality kitchen appliances and accessories. As senior citizens, we find the ground floor location convenient with easy access.

We really enjoyed staying in the trailhead complex and this unit did not disappoint. The home had plenty of seating in and outside, the bed was comfortable and we were able to find anything we needed for the minimal cooking in the kitchen we did.

We had a terrific time taking our dog to Winter Park! A really cozy spot to enjoy and the trail system for walks is just out back. Access to hot tub and fitness area was also terrific. Hosts were lovely and easy to contact. Excited to use our discount for the next stay. Thanks WPLC!

Great accommodations for two and our pooch! The space was as described and felt more open than some places we have stayed. The kitchen area was well-equipped to meet all of our needs. I personally appreciated the tea offerings. The gas fireplace was lovely along with the outdoor sitting area. The location was right across the street from the event center and we walked easily around town and down the nearby path. Our only challenge was with the firmness of the bed and our tendency to be picky side sleepers. There is a memory foam pad on top to help soften it. Overall, it was really a nice place in a very convenient location!

Beautiful place in a beautiful town. We didn’t need much of the host but they were proactive in reaching out prior to check in, at check-in and pre checkout.
We are a small family of two, an infant and a dog. There wasn’t any baby stuff offered but we didn’t need them as we usually travel with our own since we live in Colorado.
The location was great! Walking distance to restaurants, shops, trails and a park right across the street.
The pool and hot tub are small but enough for what we used them for. Pool is not super warm but it’s not cold either. The club house offered a lot of other activities as well.
The home its self was cute and cozy, definitely had everything we needed for our stay. Neighbors were great and it was easy to get to. Only downfall for me personally was tub looked dirty and the inner shower lining was cheap and kept sticking to me when I showered. Just personal ‘icks’ but nothing that ruined the trip.
We definitely recommend!! Will come again!

Returned to WP for a few days.. We sold our WP home last year and wanted to come back for Spring Splash and visit with some friends and eat at our favorite restaurants. We wanted to stay downtown where we could walk to everything. Trail Head Lodges ideal. We went through Winter Park Lodging. Property was great. Clean and had all the necessary items to cook. Would definitely recommend.

Could not ask for a better property - I do ski trips every year, and this is one of the better rentals I have stayed in. Extremely clean and well-equipped, easy parking and check in process, nice area, and close to the slopes. Could not ask for more!

Excellent host! The condo has an excellent location and is walking distance to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. The Airbnb itself is well equipped with everything that you need for your stay - plus the hot tub, clubhouse, and pool amenities are an added bonus. Really enjoyed our stay here! The place was immaculate, everything from the furniture to the utensils in the kitchen were in great condition, and the decor was nice and suited to the mountain lifestyle. I also enjoyed the extra little touches like the welcome sign, the dog bones for our dog, and the little snack/goodie pack left on the counter for us. The pool and hot tub were awesome. One of the best parts of the condo was its central location. We were able to walk to several bars and restaurants and shops. Really great stay and would definitely go back!

Our stay was fantastic. Very clean and cozy. Very clean, especially considering dog friendly - very well taken care of. Plenty of space for two adults, a toddler and a small dog. Very straight forward communications/instructions for check in/out. Location is great, right next to the park and shops/dining. Would certainly stay again.

Had a great stay. One block from Main Street and across the street from the main town park. This means a little more noise (whiffle ball games and kids at the pool) but also super convenient and walkable.
Master bed super comfortable. Kitchen nice and outfitted. Overall a great stay for my wife and I.

Everything about this stay was perfect: the location, the communication from start to finish, the actual accommodations, the cleanliness. Our request for an early check-in was granted. The unit was extremely clean and had more than enough stocked for us to stay (spices, dishes, glasses-you name it, it was there). Parking was easy and there was a place for our bikes right on our porch. The instructions for entering and leaving upon departure were easy to understand. I can't think of a thing that could be improved. We will most certainly stay there again when we go to Winter Park. Thank you all.

This is a perfect location if you want to be in walking distance to restaurants and bars. The bus stop to the mountain was a quick 4 minute walk. Condo has everything you need and the management company was super helpful when we needed something printed, an Amazon delivery and more TP.

Trailhead Lodges were nicely furnished and very welcoming. We had a one bedroom ground floor which we appreciated not having to climb stairs. The welcome goodies were a nice touch. We felt at home the 4 night's that we were there. It was nice to be within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. The walking trail and park nearby are a nice plus to the area. I would recommend for summer or winter vacation.

This was a totally hassle-free online check-in & check-out. No forms to fill out, no bored counter person asking a hundred inane questions, all done on my phone. I was truly amazed!

One of our favorites! Perfect location in the middle of everything. Very clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including a grill and a variety of spices. Great communication and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back soon!

This was a fabulous place to enjoy a weekend away. We love the location of this condo - it's close to so much in Winter Park but also has a lot of amenities for our family to enjoy. Our boys loved the pool and clubhouse to play pool. The condo was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend. We are also very appreciative to the management company who we had to call with a couple questions - they were easy to get ahold of and very prompt in resolving our inquiry. I highly recommend staying here!

My family of 3 stayed at this condo and loved it. The location could not be better. Easy walking distance to a plethora of dining options, a super fun park, trails and the river. My little one especially enjoyed the pool on site and the adults really enjoyed sitting on the patio. Management did an amazing job communicating all details with us. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at 811 Trailhead in late March. I can not say enough about the Trailhead complex. I have been in the larger multi bedroom units in the past and had no complaints. 811 is no different. Great rental with a full kitchen and huge bed. The living room is big. The pullout couch makes it great for more than 2 if the extras don't mind bunking up together. If there is any kind of negative it is being on the first floor in the morning. If your neighbors above decide to practice river dance or mixed martial arts you know they are there. BUT, that is any multi story complex anywhere. 1st floor for me is a plus because I have ski and board bags. WPLC to the front of the line!

This was our 2nd time staying at this property. It is super-clean, well-stocked and in a great location. Just one block off of Main Street downtown WP. Rental Management had left a large bottle of hand sanitizer for our use and some small snacks, that was a very nice touch. We’ll definitely be back for a 3rd stay here.

We had a wonderful getaway at the Trailhead property! It's very centrally located and a lot of restaurants and amenities were walkable. The large neighborhood park and the playground was a great bonus. The Unit was ready before we got to town and was very clean and also had a note and welcome gift for my husbands birthday which we were celebrating. Space was large enough for our family of four! We enjoyed the trails near by as well. Great location and relaxing getaway in Winter Park!

My wife and I enjoyed another wonderful week at Winter Park. The condo was very comfortable so we felt just like home. The only negative would be the quality of the bed. Apparently the mattress was worn out so the topper didn't really help. Other than that we were very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness.

My wife and I enjoyed another wonderful week at Winter Park. The condo was very comfortable so we felt just like home. The only negative would be the quality of the bed. Everything about our experience was excellent beginning with the reservation process to the check out. Winter Park Lodging Company was terrific. The website was easy to use, the photos were accurate, the communication from the time we booked until we checked out was great. On the day of our arrival, I received a text that the condo was available for early check in. Unfortunately, our flight didn't get in until later that evening. While we were waiting to pick up our rental car, I received a call to just check in and make sure everything was as we expected and to see if we needed anything. The condo itself is beautifully appointed and felt like home. The decor and furnishings are of good quality and the place was spotless. After we had left the condo on the last day, we realized we had left something there. I called the office and they were able to remotely unlock the door so we could run back in and retrieve it. We were very pleased with the whole experience. Thank you to the owners of the condo for making your vacation home a welcoming place. You made a wise choice when you selected Winter Park Lodging Company to be your property management team. We would definitely recommend both!

We had a great time at the Trailhead Lodge. The rooms were cleaned. The kitchen had everything to prepare a meal. The price was a bit too high but overall it was a good experience staying there.

The unit was beautiful and what a great location! It was central to everything and the bus lift to the mountain was just a few steps away. Cozy fireplace, which we used often. Wonderful kitchen and we cooked in everyday. We will most definitely rent again.
