We really enjoyed our stay in unit 514. Being on the main level made it extremely easy to unload and relax. The condo was in walking distance to several restaurants and shops as well as a play park for kids. Being in the back of the building gave beautiful views of nature and was extremely private. We did not use the public hot tub or pool but it seemed very popular with the other guests. Parking was not an issue. The one thing that would be nice is if we didn't have to login to the streaming services with our own logins. With the mountain having little snow and a lot of the runs closed we ended up driving to the mountain and not taking the shuttle. Check-in and out was a breeze. The staff also continuously checked in to make sure our stay was going well. I highly recommend staying at this condo and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, comfortable condo with wrap around porch in the Fraser River! Loved being stairs away from Hideway Park for picnics and events- walking SL distance to everything. Great pool- we’ll be back!

All of the communication was great. We even got to check in early which was very helpful. We had 17 of us and rented 4 places at Trailhead. Everyone was very impressed with their places and the communication. One family took advantage of the late check out option. The condo was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely rent through Winter Park Lodging Co again!

Our trip was amazing. Winter Park Lodging was very easy to work with and checked in often. Our place had everything we needed and was beautiful. Little extras meant a lot like the humidifier for every bedroom and folding chairs for use outside. The beds were comfortable and location with views out back were amazing. We will try to stay here again.

This condo was well stocked with everything we could need, except for food, and there were even a few small snacks to take the edge off there! Comfortable radiant heat. Three bedroom, three bath with a well equipped kitchen and large dining table and large living room with an undisturbed view of the hills and forest made it easy to relax. It couldn't have been more comfortable! I loved how all the cabinets, drawers and light switches were all labeled! The outdoor hot tub and year round pool were in the clubhouse complex just 50 feet across the parking area. Parking was ample for two cars, and the free bus runs regularly about a six minute walk from the door. Almost as close were several restaurants, stores, and a ski rental shop.. Winter Park Lodging let us know by text that the condo was available for check in early. Check in and check out was super easy with the electronic combination lock pad. Trailhead Lodges 514 is definitely one of the most comfortable ski condos I have ever rented!

Plenty of room to eat and socialize. Master bed needs new mattress. Can feel vertical board running through it.living room furniture needs replacing. sofa and chairs way too low. A chair is needed in Master to sit on to dress. Bed too high for this purpose. Too bad no walk-in shower in one bathroom. This was a family reunion had to rent a toilet booster for grandma. Very clean, well stocked with place settings, pans, etc. the first floor location put us close to the water with a few steps down without riding elevator with our fishing gear. The office staff were some of the best I have ever dealt with knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. All in all, a great place.

We had a great stay at Trailhead Lodges 514! The living area was a nice size for us to hang out and watch the Super Bowl! Winter Park Lodging always does a great job having everything clean and ready. The park & sled hill were right across the street and the shuttle stop was just a short walk to the main road. Our only complaint was the shower heads! I had to lay down in the tub to wash my long hair or it would have taken forever! Lol.

The condo is very cozy and spacious at the same time. The location is good and the parking is as specified. The BR layout is perfect. It allowed all of our younger people to have their own bunk room. The long couch was great.

A perfect layout for 2 families with younger kids. We loved the space and room set ups...just right for us! Workout facility in the Clubhouse area was nice to use as well as the pool/hot tub. Location right in downtown was fun and easy. Loved the attention of the management team...super nice folks. We hope to return for next ski season!

Beautiful condo with all of the amenities you will need. Gorgeous view from back patio. Ample living room seating. Great location & free sledding park across the street was a daily favorite of the kids. One maintenance issue which WPLC promptly responded to and were at our door within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay with this company again!

We loved our quick trip to Winter Park and Winter Park Lodging Company had really great communication before and during our trip. We really liked that we could text them with questions and they would answer back quickly with answers and local suggestions. We also loved how close Trailhead Lodges 514 was to places to eat & the big back porch was our favorite feature of the house. The decor was nice too!

Great spot. Just off Lyft bus stop. Second stay in WP. No rental car this trip, would recommend next time. Condo set up great, kitchen utensils, cookware completely adequate. Spacious LV, comfy furniture. King in each BR are comfy, 4 bunks in 3rd, perfect for 2 families with 2 kids each. Would stay again

One of the nicest mountain properties we’ve ever stayed in. The condo is huge and incredibly clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. It was great to be able to walk to town. The kids loved the games and being close to the sledding hill. Super easy to communicate with property managers. Not a single complaint.

Comfortable, spacious unit, convenient location and beautiful decor. Right in town but with a serene forest setting in the back. We stayed here as evacuees from the fires and cannot express enough our appreciation. We were treated wonderfully by the Winter Park Lodging Company's personnel and are so moved by the generosity of the owners. The amenities, bedding and furnishings are first rate. Highly recommend.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was cleaned immaculately, and the space is so so nice, especially for big groups! I highly recommend staying here. The communication with the office is super quick, and the instructions for leaving are super reasonable. LOVED IT.

Everything about our stay was perfect: Pre-check-in communication, the condo itself, parking, pool and hot tub, proximity to shuttle stop and ski resort, the furnished kitchen and pantry, etc. We were two families of four and this was exactly what we needed. Thank you! The thermostat did tend to creep up, and we just couldn't figure out how to keep that from happening. We just cracked a door or window when it got too warm, so no problem. We'll certainly be back.

This is a fabulous location for summer fun..bike trails are close and the wild life is closer...2 moose grazing in the beaver ponds and the next evening a bear ambles by. Plus you are within walking distance of great restaurants and music in the park. Condo is beautifully appointed, but we love eating and reading on the porch. It’s easy to get kids and grandkids to visit with plenty of beds.

We had such a relaxing and comfortable getaway! The accommodations are perfect for a family or large group of friends. The younger kids enjoyed being walking distance from the park and sledding hill. The older kids enjoyed skiing at the resort which was just a five minute drive away. Every age enjoyed relaxing and playing games at the condo, enjoying drinks and snacks on the deck, watching foxes play in the open space off the deck, tubing at the nearby Colorado Adventure Park, and swimming in the pool and hot tub. The kitchen is large and well maintained, having everything you need to prepare home cooked meals. Or food of any kind is just a short walk or drive away at the local restaurants. We will definitely be coming back for another memorable family vacation!!

Jill and Kevin's condo was perfect for our family...we traveled with 3 young kids (ages 3, 5, 7) and three adults. The spacious and well-equipped kitchen and dining area made it easy to choose to eat there which we really appreciated, as crowded restaurants with young kids are tiring! The laundry on-site was also a big perk. We also loved that it was a single-story. A fun freebie was the small hill just in front of the complex with sleds that my kids really enjoyed. A very convenient place to stay. Jill and Kevin were wonderfully responsive to any questions we had regarding the property. We would definitely stay again on our next trip back to Winter Park.

We were very happy with our stay! Kevin and Jill went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed while we were there. The condo is very spacious (we had 7 people in our party) and comfy. The shuttle picks up at the front entrance of the condos and the park/amphitheater is right there! This was a senior ski trip for my son and 4 his friends and one other dad. We had plenty of room for everyone, the boys basically took over the bunk room, and with three full baths it was easy to handle 5 smelly athletes! The beds are all comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, and everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse and hot tub were favorite hang out spots for the boys. The location is fantastic, right off the deck is a view of the mountains and the Fraser River Valley. You forget that out the front door is the town of Winter Park. We easily walked to restaurants and ski shops. It was an easy drive or shuttle to the base of the mountain for skiing. Jill and Kevin Pasqua the owners do a great job. We would highly recommend this their place.

We completely agree that it is super fun to be an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. You can literally park your car upon arrival and not need it again unless venturing beyond the town. The pool and hot tub are one of our favorites too, especially in winter. It feels crazy sitting in the hot tub with snow falling around you. :)

Everything about this condo lived up to the other reviews and the photos! The kitchen was incredibly well equipped with both basic supplies and every cooking utensil or dish you’re likely to need. The open plan living area is welcoming and spacious with lots of seating available. Absolutely loved the under floor heating and the cozy gas fireplace. This was a perfect condo for my husband and I and our two daughters and their families. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. But the best feature, in my opinion, was the view off the deck! You'd never know you were in Winter Park because all you saw was beautiful wilderness! We right away took a short hike and found a beautiful mountain stream for the kids to play in. The grandkids also lived Hideaway Park which was a block away and the rock climbing wall. Jill was great to work with--very responsive and accommodating. I'd definitely choose this unit again if I'm in this area again!

We travel quite a bit and usually stay in VRBO condos....this one was an exceptional experience. Excellent location in the heart of Winter Park, but do to condo location and design you feel as though it's completely private. Utensils, pots, pans, coffee makers, toasters, etc....were all high quality and in great condition. Layout of the condo is excellent for families with tons of room and privacy and the wrap around porch is awesome for family dinner, morning coffee, etc..... The pictures are very accurate! Our toddler loved on-mountain summer activities (Alpine Slide, bungee trampoline, climbing wall). Rocky Mountain National Park is only 40 mins away and a must. The summer tubing at YMCA of the Rockies was also a hit! The new city park, which is perfect for kids, is literally across the street from the condo and a 1 minute walk (if you walk slow). We were in a jam do to canceled flights and flooding at our house....the owners could not have been more gracious and accommodating. They take pride in their property and are extremely easy to deal with. Our family will stay here again for sure!

The best part about renting our condo is meeting great people like this guest and his family. Hurricane Harvey changed their return plans about 14 times, but they stayed cool and rolled with it. We were thrilled to be able to provide an oasis while they waited it out. Nothing makes us happier than to hear they enjoyed their time so much that they want to come back.

We had a fantastic vacation at Winter Park. The townhouse was very welcoming and comfortable. It was also huge--our family of five had tons of room. The kitchen was updated and modern. We loved the view from the deck and enjoyed coffee and sunshine everyday. So relaxing!! Also--the in-town location is perfect. We walked into town for dinner and shopping. My girlfriends and I rented this lovely condo for a Girl's Weekend. We were comfortable on every level. The living area is spacious with beautiful mountain views. The gurgling stream just off the deck provides a relaxing background. The kitchen provided all we needed for our meals. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. Close to town for shopping or a cup of coffee or gelatto in Cooper's Creek Mall. From the condo we walked to the Frasier River Trail and enjoyed a stroll to Winter Park Ski area. This is our second year renting Kevin & Jill's condo, and once again had a fabulous stay. This condo has everything you could possibly want for a truly incredible vacation. The condo is well appointed with beautiful furnishings and an exceptional fully furnished kitchen. It is very large and spacious, and will handle a large group comfortably. The wrap around deck is by far my favorite part of the condo. Sitting out on the deck, sipping our morning coffee, listening to the rushing creek just yards from the deck, watching the birds flying and singing in the open meadow takes us to such a tranquil place. Any stresses you may have going on in your life will disappear. The condo is located just steps from main street where you can walk to all the restaurants and shopping you can possible want. I highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone who really wants to enjoy Winterpark!

Everything you need for your stay is right here! Just a 5 minute drive south to the base of Winter Park Resort, or 5 mins north to Frasier, you have convenience at your finger tips. We enjoyed a summer visit and appreciated the proximity of this condo to Winter Park Resort, Fraser, Grand Lake, Hot Sulphur Springs, Grandby and Kremmling. Kevin and Jill were very responsive and provided not only a wonderful place to stay, but great ideas for family activities in and around Winter Park. We have been talking about traveling West for several years. We gambled on a location and won. The location was amazing for condominium living. Not knowing, we stayed the week before the Summer frenzie began; that was a like winning the trifecta. If we ever return to Colorado, Winter Park and Trailhead Lodge will be in the plans. 514 was clean, nicely and adequately furnished, semi-isolated (yet close to everything), and has a large interior. The view out the back (minus a few dead pines from the dreaded beetles) is nice; the view from this specific dwelling blocks you from any other buildings. Stay here and go easy on the property, so if we return the condominium will be as nice as it is now.

This property is much larger than what I had imagined from the online photos. There are three FULL bathrooms. The location is ideal within the complex as the windows and porch face nothing but nature. The feeling is very peaceful and we heard no noise from our neighbors. However the location is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was great to have the teens walk to subway or to some shopping after skiing. The kitchen was stocked very well. I will request to stay here again when we return to Winter Park.

The location is perfect - within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Not that you have to leave to eat out. We stayed at this condo over labor day. It was very clean and the floorplan is great if you have kids. The bunk room was down the hall from the master, so the tweens felt like they had their own space. It was very quiet within the condo - I couldn't hear the TV from the master, I slept in and didn't hear all the action in the kitchen. The furniture is nice. The kitchen is really well planned and there was plenty of room at the breakfast bar to hang out and watch up to three cooks in the kitchen at one time. We were surprised that the condo complex was so quiet on Labor Day weekend. The condo complex is right in the middle of town, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, but we felt like we were out in the woods. The deck is simply amazing. You are right up against the national forest (I think, or some other protected land) and we loved sitting out there in the mornings, afternoons and evenings. We liked this place so much we are thinking of renting it again.

My wife and I took our three small children to Winter Park in late August. We found this place and rented it for the week. It's a great spot especially if you have kids! You are right in town but you step out on the back deck and feel like you are staying out in a cabin far away. On the back deck you couldn't hear any activity from town even when there were events going on. There's pool access, washer dryer and a great park right across the street that we visited numerous times. There's also an amazing park just down the road at the baseball fields that we visited three times. The condo was a great layout and very well kept. It was a wonderful place to stay and Jill was awesome answering all questions and even reserving us a pack n' play with the rental management company so we didn't have to pack ours.

I have been going up to Winterpark for the annual Jazz Festival for 28 years, and this fabulous condo is by far the best accomodations I have stayed in there. Everything we needed for a relaxing, comfortable stay was at our disposal. You can certainly tell that Kevin and Jill take great pride in this home . We sat out on the balcony every morning sipping our coffee, listening to the birds sing, the river rushing by in the distance, and taking in the wonderful view of the mountains. The condo is well appointed, bedding is extremely comfortable, as are all of the furnishings. I highly recommend this condo! to anyone visiting Winter park. We have found our mountain retreat!

The pictures truly don't do this condo, or its location, justice. My brother is wheelchair bound, and the doorways were wide enough that his chair could easily fit through. The owner did state that the condo is accessible, but it was truly a treat to see how spacious everything is. We went skiing everyday of our trip, and prepared a belated family Thanksgiving meal in their gorgeous kitchen. We brought our own roasting pan, but found every other utensil we needed in their well stocked cabinets. We cooked all of our meals at the condo, and loved spending time together. Thank you for so many wonderful new memories! This is a trip we will treasure for years to come.

This is a beautiful, spacious condo in a great location. Owners were fantastic and easy to deal with and their communication was thorough and quick. We had 8 ladies for a weekend getaway and had so much fun. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in, plenty of space for gear, eating and socializing. We walked to a great restaurant our first night and enjoyed hanging out at the condo our second night after a full day of skiing. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful time! Our family as well as another stayed here, for Thanksgiving to take advantage of the ski slopes. The location and condo could have not been any better! Condo was spacious, clean and very accessible. The condo is located right by the shuttle's stops so easy to get around the area without a vehicle. The kids loved the sledding hill, just a few steps from the condo. Also, a big 'thank you' to Jill and Kevin for being so accommodating with our travel itinerary. We will definitely be back!

My wife, two kids and I spent a week at the Condo in August. Exceptional accommodations! Perfect location with walking access to anything you might need. Great view off the private back covered porch. We enjoyed coffee out there every morning on our trip. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend visiting Winter Park during the summer months. Many activities for the kids and adults alike. Mountain biking, rafting, hiking, etc. One week turned out to be too short. We will be back!

My wife and two kids, and our friends and their two kids stayed for five wonderful nights in this fabulous condo. The pictures of the living, dining, and kitchen don't do it justice. It is very spacious, beds are comfortable, and the view is unbelievable. We had a moose within 10 feet of the condo deck, can't beat having your morning coffee and looking up to see a moose coming for a visit. The condo is between a beautiful little park and stream and mountain view. It's a short walk to all the shopping and eating establishments in Winter Park. You could not ask for a better location or a nicer condo in the Winter Park area.

The Rocky Mountains never look better after a long day than when you're at this elegant condo. The rooms are spacious, the decor is elegant, and the amenities are fabulous. The proximity to the river and the pool are a delight for water fans, while the WiFi and spacious dining and living rooms enable you to get comfortable and/or work. It is close to the base of Winter Park, but well worth the few minutes it takes to drive there. The extra air beds make it easy to sleep extra guests, and the bathrooms are refreshingly bright. Being on the first floor is a plus when you're arriving after a long drive.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this condo while vacationing in Grand County and could not have been happier! Spacious, comfortable and conveniently-located, Jill and Kevin's condo was a perfect home-away-from-home for our family get-together. Our group consisted of grandparents, parents and children and all of us thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful property. The clubhouse is less than a minute walk from the front door and the kids and adults enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub on a number of occasions throughout our week-long stay. We found the other guests and owners at the property to be extremely polite and conversational as well, often, providing special tips and insights on things to do and see nearby. If you enjoy trout fishing, check out Meadow Creek Reservoir in the Arapaho National Recreation Area a short drive away. A few of us were fortunate enough to take in a beautiful and serene morning lakeside while filling out on rainbows which we grilled later that evening poolside with the rest of the family! We also spent an evening listening to some wonderful music at Hideaway Park across from the lodge as part of High-Note Thursday/Odell Brewing Co. Summer Concert Series. A big and sincere thank you to Jill and Kevin for providing our family with such a wonderful place to stay while vacationing in CO! We look forward to a return visit in the future and would highly recommend this property to others without hesitation!

This was a great location for a WP spring break ski trip with several small children. The condo is very pretty and clean; the layout is modern and functional and it worked quite well for two families. The proximity to the ski bus pickup spot couldn't be better - right across the small parking lot. The short distance was a major plus when hauling kids' ski gear! The kids loved the free sledding at the city park a few hundred feet away from the condo. The sledding "hills" are small but perfect for the < 10 crowd. The river is right behind the back porch and I'd bet it is awesome in the summer.

A group of two grandparents, two adults, and two kids stayed at this very nice condo on a ski trip. We usually go for "platinum-level" accommodations in central reservations jargon, and this met our expectations. The condo was spacious and clean, and the furnishings were of good quality. All the necessities were provided in sufficient quantity, like laundry detergent, dish detergent, and toilet paper. The bus stop to the ski area was a short walk out the parking lot to the right about half a block, and a city park with a small sledding hill--and free sleds to use--was right across the street. Communication with the owners was prompt and professional, and the deposit was returned in a timely manner.

Great Condo that had magnificant views of the mountains, streams, and wildlife. While located in the heart of Winter Park, it was a serene setting for kicking off the ski books and relaxing or snowshoeing across the wilderness off the lania. The owners were great to work with to make sure that stay was all that we expected.

We live in Steamboat Springs and travel to Winter Park several times every year for our kids ski competitions. This is the best condo we have ever rented in Winter Park. We wish we would have found this 4 years ago. We now will not have to search any longer for a place to stay. We will just call Jill and book with her, she is super friendly and takes great care of her unit. (cleanest we have had in Winter Park) If you have a large family this is the only place to stay. This is the best of both worlds. Easy access from car to front door with our "stuff", yet eight steps from the back patio to a nature wonderland. The corner location made us feel away from it all. In between is a spacious, homey, living space with great decor and all the comforts of home. The pictures were very accurate & helpful, but being there was the REAL delight. That deck is awsome even in winter. The beavers entertained us one evening also. We highly recommend this condo. The owners are most gracious to work with. Go for it! Evelyn & Anne

This home was perfect for our family (2 adults and 3 children). It is beautiful and had everything we needed for the weekend. I was hoping to eat dinner out, but everyone wanted to stay at the condo :) The kids enjoyed the pool and my husband and I especially enjoyed the scenery out back (fall in CO is amazing). This is the best condo rental in WP: walk to Frazier River walks and restaurants; sit on a BIG deck and watch the beaver ponds..herons fishing; swallows eating the few bugs; eagles wheeling over the mountains; fabulous. The hosts have everything there to enjoy your stay. We'll be back!

We rented this condo for a winter vacation with another family. There are two nice bedrooms, each with a full bath and then a bunk room with another full bath. The kids crashed I'm the bunk room that is away from the main living area, so we could stay up and talk. The upgrades on the unit are nice with a great fully equipped kitchen and a really nice entertainment center set up. The view out the back is great and the location in Winter Park is ideal with an easy walk to the sledding hill and playground. There is a free shuttle to the mountian as well that runs every 30 minutes. Enjoy!

Spent a week in June. This is a very nice place. We were comfortable and felt spoiled. A luxurious accomodation. Sit on the deck and you feel like you're in the middle of the forest with no one within 10 miles. Then go out the other side of the building and you're a block from everything! We felt like it was priviledge to stay here and would love to go back.

We stayed here in early January. The unit was well furnished and in excellent condition. The location was very convenient for town and the free shuttle. A nice public park is also nearby. The owners were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
