We had an excellent stay at unit 512. The condo was easy to find. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare coffee and basic meals. The bathroom has a large tub, plenty of hot water and wonderful towels. One of the towel bars fell off the wall the first evening. We reported the problem and it was promptly repaired the next day. The bedroom was delightful with a king sized bed and luxurious bedding. We tested out the self inflating queen size bed for guests that never arrived but the blowup bed worked fine. We loved the radiant floor heating. The Wi-Fi worked great. The living room TV was great to watch the Olympics. The instructions for our stay were clear. We visited the clubhouse located close to our condo and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We easily found The Lift bus stop to get us to the mountain. We found good restaurants a short walk away. We would stay again next chance we get.

Trailhead Lodge is located right in the middle of Winter Park. Park and walk. The condo was very cozy with a fireplace, and big enough to spread out. Even better, the staff was very accommodating and responded immediately to any request (in particular Jill was amazing). I had to extend my stay and they dropped off extra toiletries and checked on me that all was going well. The condo had everything you could need - kitchen stocked with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker; washer/dryer and plenty of towels. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!

This is our favorite place to stay in Winter Park. The shuttle to the resort is very close and we can walk to restaurants. It is also close to Hideaway Park, so we can stop on the way home from skiing to sled at the park. This meets all of our needs, plus it is cozy and quiet!

Property really clean and everything you need. Really spacious for a 1 brd. Management company really good communication. Comfty bed, quite, great location. Only complaint would be there is no view from this unit a little dark inside and pool is really small. But for price we'd stay again

Had an amazing stay! Great location, close to the bus line for easy ski access and walkable to many great restaurants. Awesome hot tub too. The TVs were a bit old so I'd suggest bringing an HDMI cable if you want to connect a laptop to stream shows (cable TV and some DVDs are provided though). Definitely would stay here again!

We loved our stay at winter park lodging companies location. It was located directly across from the park. It was so convenient to be able to take our kids right out the door to the park to play and sled with the city provided sleds and not have to load everyone up in the car and drive somewhere. Everyone was wonderful with communication throughout our 2 week stay. We also had special fragrance free cleaning needs requested and arrived to a perfectly clean and fragrance free lodge, saving us issues with allergies. Everything was excellent and we hope to stay here again!

Great condo in a well kept and conveniently located complex - walkable to all of town. Parking is at the front door, the clubhouse with pool and hot tub is 100' away. Place was perfectly clean, had the essentials (foil, coffee filters, seasonings, detergents, paper products). The bed was comfortable with great bedding. Nothing was broken and everything was where it goes. There is some very minor noise as you're in a multi unit building, but nothing that's distracting or out of the ordinary, almost not worth mentioning as another reviewer did. There is working fan for use in the bedroom! Would seek this unit out again. Winter Park Lodging Company was also very communicative, would recommend.

This spot is just right for a couple to enjoy skiing at Winter Park! Warm and cozy with a great full kitchen and larger living room spot. Private washer/dryer kept our gear warm/dry and that was terrific. We used the hot tub and enjoyed soaking. My partner was also able to use the fitness area each morning and not miss a workout.  Lodging folks were responsive and helpful and available all the time. We will be back!

It was lovely. I had an amazing experience snowshoeing on the groomed trail outside of the condominiums all the way into and around the forested area!! Thankful for that! :)

Great communication and prompt service if we needed anything. People outside can be heard inside the bedroom when they stomp up and down the stairs, but that's no fault of the host, just bring earplugs! We loved the movie selection and playing Wii and sitting in the hot tub after skiing. Going to restaurants was easy (Fontenot's was really good) or even walking to Rollin St Bakery for the best breakfast sandwiches.

This is a lovely condo. We were welcomed with little mountain snacks which came in handy while mountain biking. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners seemed to pay attention to small details. The pool and clubhouse were perfect for teens.

This was the perfect place for us! It was very cozy and had everything we needed. The location was exactly where we wanted to be - within walking distance to great restaurants and from the Lift shuttles to the ski area. This was the perfectly appointed condo and was so clean. The communication was superb although we didn't need anything while we were there, I felt that I would be able to contact someone any time. We will definitely be back again!

This was very much a last minute trip but everything worked out perfectly including our stay at this property. Perfectly located, we were able to walk to dinner every night, cook in the morning,, and get to our destinations within minutes. We were cozy, comfortable and felt at home at this property. I am typically about where I lay my head, but I Would definitely stay again!

I recently rented trailhead lodge and we loved it. Its clean and cozy and perfect for a weekend or longer. We were greeted with a welcome note and some snacks which was nice. we did not use the fireplace but Im sure it is great for the winter. There is a kingsize bed and a washer and dryer. There are no ceiling fans (I am a hot sleeper) but they did provide a large box fan which helped tremendously! There is a nice little porch with a sliding glass door and screen to let fresh air in. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to any family or friends. Winter park lodging staff is helpful and friendly, I will be returning again for the third time in the not so distant future :)

MANAGER COMMENT: Glad you were able to cool things down with the fan and windows open. No AC up here, but that fresh mountain air does the trick. Can't wait to see you again...3rd time's a charm.

I recently sent a request for clarification. We truly enjoyed our stay but we did have to call about the dishwasher which had glass stuck in the motor...therefore it did not operate for us. We also had a microwave stop working on the same day. The young repairman was wonderful.....efficient and friendly. The microwave could not be fixed so he provided a small counter top substitution. It wasn’t terrific but it warmed items. I noticed that WE paid a damage deposit. We broke nothing but entered the agreement with two broken items. Is there some way you might refund us with (at least) the damage deposit.

We really enjoyed our stay in this 1 bedroom unit. It is very spacious and super clean. We utilized the large kitchen, comfortable living room, and large bathroom. Our family of 4 enjoyed that it was convenient to walk right out to the car, over to the pool/hot tub, or over to the sledding hill. It was just a short walk to be on the main drag of Winter Park. Trailhead is the best complex... we love it so much, we bought a place there during our trip.

We had a great stay here. The pictures and descriptions of the home were exactly what we got. The check in was easy and they even called to let us know we could check in early. The home was very clean and cozy. We went snowboarding, dog sledding, and tubing and it took us less than 10 minutes to drive to each... so the location was perfect. It snowed most of the time we were there and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool! Our stay was great and would stay here again!

The place was perfect, very clean, and service provided by the Winter Park Lodging Company was top notch. A few suggestions: more bedding for the inflatable bed would be nice. Only one extra pillow and blanket (in addition to sheets) was in the unit. We also tried to use the Wi game counsel although short on batteries. Thank you

Very quiet and peaceful! Dishes and everything you need already there.  Perfect for the occasion. Very pleased with the area.

Fiancee and I enjoyed the property and proximity to everything in town. The pool was quite nice...just the right temp in September! Thanks to the maintenance crew for helping us figure out the best way to access the clubhouse. Really nice guys!

I stayed in Winter Park for a family reunion. The unit was impeccably clean, well appointed, and located perfectly to enjoy all that the town has to offer. Between the extended family, we rented four units in the same complex, but all of them from different hosts. My experience was far and away the smoothest of the bunch. I would recommend this host without reservation.

This was the perfect location for the Winter Park Blues festival. Walking distance plus you can hear music from our room. The condo was in perfect condition and we loved how it was decorated. We will definitely be coming back for future vacations.

Very upscale unit. In a great location. We walked to shopping and restaurants. Super easy access - you can park right in front of the door and unpack! Super clean too.

Booking process with Meg and Crystal was excellent, they were patient and knowledgeable! We had to call for maintenance to cut heat OFF and Mike was very efficient and timely. Unit super clean and updated. Easy accessibility. Kitchen and bath fully stocked, Wii and dvd player added bonus! The reasons not rated excellent is there were no luggage racks, closet space (except in front hallway) and no bedroom clocks and one lamp not operable. Loved unit but not crazy about first floor and privacy. Since no A/C available, ceiling fans would be beneficial for air circulation (no vents in bedroom).

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Thanks for that fantastic feedback.  These are all things we don't experience, since we don't spend time in the home.  We will reach out to the owner to supply the ceiling fans, clocks and luggage racks, all easy items to add that will make your next visit much better.

We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park and the condo was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed the location as you could walk anywhere in town with quick access to many restaurants. The condo had all the basic supplies needed to cook a few meals. We did find the noise from the adjacent pool loud on one evening until about 10:40 pm, but it was the noise from the many trains that pass through in the night that would stop me from renting at this particular location in town again.

Manager's Comments...I'm glad for your feedback, but sad to hear about the pool party. Quiet hours for the pool and hot tub are 10:00pm through 7:00am, so please give us a call if you are disturbed again during that time. We are always up for sending someone to chat with the late night "swim team". Now the trains...I wish we could somehow silence them, but in our small valley, it is hard to totally escape the lonesome whistles. We are happy to help you find a different location for your next visit where the train noise is more muffled.

Trailhead Lodges 512 was a nice spot for our weekend in Winter Park. We walked everywhere. The layout of the condo is very nice. We will definitely stay at Trailhead again.

We enjoyed staying in this unit. The bedroom, kitchen and living area were all very large and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the kids loves playing the Wii. The pool was also just steps away and it was a very short walk to the bus stop. The only negative is that it's near the stairs and there is a good amount of noise in the morning (think clunky ski boots on metal steps).

This condo was gorgeous and exactly as pictured, everything is up to date, and very clean. I loved the open kitchen that was stocked with ample supple of dishes, cookware, and utensils. The location was steps from restaurants and shopping in Winter Park.

DO NOT REALLY HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT OUR STAY. AWSOME PROPERTY, IN THE CENTER OF ALL THE ACTION IN TOWN. OTHER THAN THE CONSTRUCTION FROM ADDING TO THE PROPERTY THIS WAS A PERFECT STAY!

This condo was great for our family of four. The unit was spacious and well kept, with cozy furniture and an open layout. The king size bed was very comfortable, and surprisingly so was the pull-out couch. The clubhouse, pool and hot tub were enjoyed by the kids. Although the unit is on the first floor, I never heard neighbor noise from upstairs. The only complaint might be that the bedroom is located by the stairwell, and it can be noisy when people go up and down the metal stairs, particularly in ski boots! This may not be the best unit if you want to sleep late during ski season, but for us it was a great stay.

Our experience with Winter Park Lodging Company and staying in Winter Park was excellent. The reservation process was well handled and everyone was a joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect unit for us and the lift ticket delivery and boot fitting at the condo made everything so easy, we couldn't believe it. If time and money permits, we will be doing this vacation every year!

comfortable, soft cozy couches, big screen TV, lovely big comfy bed, great showers, kitchen with all the details, we had everything we needed a few more hangers were needed but that was minor also we had trouble with the DVD player, quick response brought anew cord but apparently that is not working, minor to us but since you asked We loved the area, the town and the surrounding road trips thank you!
