We had a great short stay in Winter Park. The condominium is super convenient to everything downtown has to offer, the ski resort and local hiking trails in both Winter Park and Fraser. The condo is super clean, the pool access was awesome and the kitchen is really nice! We had a lovely stay! The management team was very easy to work with and was super responsive, we loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Trailhead Lodges 432.  It was a perfect fit for two adults/two kids. Condo was like new condition with a very well supplied kitchen. We were going to stay at the Zephyr Mountain Lodge at the resort, but did better staying here since its location is adjacent to the park and close to downtown; with shops and restaurants. Great choice for Winter Park and surrounding area.

The property was wonderful. I have used VRBO for numerous vacations. This one was tops. We had originally rented a different unit. About 5 hours prior to check in the property management unit contacted me on the slopes. They apologized for the unit not being ready and offered me another unit if it was acceptable. It was a great upgrade and we were thrilled. Everything was special, but the best thing about this was the communication with the management unit. Everyone was a quick courteous positive response!

This place was very comfortable- especially for someone whose ski dreams were ruined by an ACL tear. The river walk was beautiful, and we loved the sledding hill close by. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in WP! The condo was very clean & spacious. The beds are very comfy which is especially nice after a long day of skiing. The condo is only about 5-10 min drive to the base of WP. The neighborhood is quiet but close to many restaurants & bars.
This place is a gem! I will definitely rebook in the future!

The property was fantastic. Had everything we needed. Plenty of space for 4. Parking was easy and the elevator helped a ton with bringing bags up. Walkable to restaurants and an easy drive to the ski slopes. Would highly recommend!

This place was amazing! The place has a very home feeling, we loved the view to the pool and hot tub. It’s a walkable distance to restaurants. They were very helpful and responsive. This location and property was great. My kids loved it and it was comfortable and clean.

We stayed at Trailhead Lodges 432 this ski season and loved it's easy downtown location along with the details in the condo. It's right on the free shuttle stop, so you can easily get to the resort and there's plenty of parking in the complex. Inside, the layout was nice and open from the living room to the kitchen and we used the deck a lot to watch the stars. The beds were comfy and my daughter loved the fun murphy bed in the living room! We walked to get coffee in the morning and out to dinner twice during our stay. Make sure to text with the staff at Winter Park Lodging Company about where the best food is. There's also a grocery store nearby or a larger one in Fraser for all your shopping needs. All in all, great downtown condo!

Loved the unit and the location. Pools was good but the pictures are old. I'm not sure what's standard for cleaning fees, but I thought they were excessive. I thought the place had A/C when I reserved it because of the forecast it was going to be hot. I don't believe it does have A/C since the thermostats only allowed for heat. The unit did have fans in a closet which helped. Haven't checked the description to confirm A/C, but something to be aware of on a hot summer day. It was a hot weekend and it was hot in the unit until late at night. We couldn't get the TV to work. While there was a DVD player (and movies), it looked like the cable was missing. No big deal. Other than that, enjoyed the experience. Thanks!

Hi Matt. So sorry for the confusion on the A/C. There is no A/C units in any of the properties we manage as it cool down so significantly during evenings and there is such a short window of need up here in the mountains. Thanks for letting us know about the cable missing. We will get that replaced. Please do always reach out to us when things are not working and we'll gladly set it all right best we can!

This property was great. Very cute, lots of items in the kitchen including a great welcome gift. Plenty of room and a short drive to the mountain. Downtown is walking distance with lots of choices right there. The park is just outside of the parking lot- skate park, stage for summer concerts, playground and sledding. Everything was comfortable and clean. We will be back!

The condo was comfortable and well equipped. We had plenty of room for two adults and 4 teenagers. Being our first time to visit Winterpark, we were unfamiliar with the logistics of resort, condo and grocery store/restaurants. However, the location was perfect for us having had our own vehicle to drive to slopes/grocery store. If you fly into Denver, take a shuttle to Winterpark you could get by without a vehicle as the condo is about 200 yards off of the Main Street through town where there are restaurants and a bus stop that will get you around town and to resort.

This place was amazing!! Very spacious and comfortable! The grill on porch was perfect for grilling! Plenty of parking which was free. Just short drive to slopes. We were able to walk into town to have dinner one night. The kitchen was my favorite and had absolutely everything we needed, plenty of cups, wine glasses, pans, mixing bowls, and even a waffle maker! The check in was easy and seamless. We initially thought propane tank for grill was out and called management company who was very responsive, brought us a brand new tank without question within the hour. (Turns put it wasn’t connected and tank that was present was full) Heated floors in bathrooms and plenty of bedding and towels. We would absolutely stay here again!!!

Update: We are sad to report that the HOA has recently restricted the use of propane grills at the building so that grill is no longer available to use.

We loved our stay. It was a great location to the slopes. It was a wonderful space for a family. The pool and hot tub were awesome after a long day skiing.

Wonderful spot. Lots of space for a condo and the perfect location for anything you want to do in the area. Was wonderful to enjoy relaxing afternoons around the pool.  So glad we found this spot!

Our family enjoyed the accommodations! The sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The ammentaties were accessible and we enjoyed the heated pool. Winter Park is a beautiful place to visit and it was made even nicer with the lodging. Thank you.

The booking staff were great. They made every attempt to accommodate us.  Mother nature provided the rest.  Great experience!

Great place for a small group! Excellent location, clean, comfortable, everything very easy. Close to downtown restaurants and bars, 5 min free shuttle to the mountain. Overall, I'd recommend this place.

Great unit with many beautiful amenities! Sleeps 8+ comfortably, with lots of room. Right across from the pool/clubhouse, yet very quiet. We will definitely be back!

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. Everything was clean and neat when we arrived. I had no issues getting in to the condo, and I also was able to check in earlier than 4:00pm. I will be recommending this condo to others and I plan on coming back maybe next year. Thanks for everything!!!

We stayed here while visiting my daughter who lives in the valley. It was so convenient back and forth to her house. The extra bedroom was great for the grand kids to stay with us and they had a blast in the pool. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The elevator helped us out on the long days. The Winter Park Lodging Company team was great with their information. We will stay here again.
