This place was amazing. Our group was in Winter Park to Ski and those of us who don't ski found plenty to do. There are 3 bus stops inside a 3-5min walk that provide service to literally everywhere between Winter Park Resort and Fraser. The group only needed the car for one Snowmobiling service pretty far out of town. We even walked to dinner almost every evening.
This location was gorgeous and had everything you need or want in a hub for the surrounding area. Lockers for snow covered equipment, plenty of storage, 3 large bedrooms and full baths. Huge outdoor patio. Easy check in and clean up to check out.

Had a great time with my family the week before Christmas. Condo was perfect for the six of us. Even had a Christmas tree up for the holidays. Kitchen was great for cooking. Had lots of dishes. Shuttle stop was easy to walk to. Would definitely stay again. Great communication with company managing the rental.

We had 3 generations staying at the condo. Everyone had their own space and it was super convenient to the pool and park across the street for the young grand kids. Very clean and well appointed. Cool at night for sleeping and plenty of space for enjoying family meals. Would definitely stay there again!

We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this airbnb! The unit was super clean, as described, and honestly felt huge when inside. Nice that it backs up to open space too. We loved the location (visited in the summer) and would walk to the nearby playground and bike park. The hosts - Winter Park Lodging Company - were incredibly nice, professional, and accommodating! They even shipped us back some items that we mistakenly left there. All in all, a fantastic rental with a great location!

I would definitely stay here again. The unit was great! The kitchen had all the utensils, pots and pans you may need. Beautiful wrap around patio, with a calming stream nearby. Having the parking pass on a lanyard was a plus.

The condo was exactly as described and was a wonderful place to stay. It has a smart layout that makes it easy to accommodate 3 groups of adults without feeling cramped. The back patio looks out over the Fraser River and is surprising quiet and private for being right in the center of town. The condo is very close to lots of food and to the playground, so great for families with kids. Would definitely stay there again.

This was amazing to have 3 king bedrooms. We were even able watch the moose just strolling by in the back!  A nice little fitness room also in the Clubhouse area. Very clean and organized and we'd love to retun in the summer to enjoy the large patio. We hope the moose are still around then too! Thanks for hosting us

Great location and nice condo. The company was easy to work with. The only hard thing to swallow is a couple hundred dollar cleaning fee when your still asked to take out the trash and run the dishwasher.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Winter Park for a weekend getaway, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The condo we stayed in was immaculate, with a fully stocked kitchen and all the necessary accommodations. The cleanliness was top-notch, making us feel right at home. But what truly took our breath away was the stunning view of the mountains. Waking up to such a picturesque scene was truly unforgettable. Overall, our weekend getaway at Winter Park was fantastic, and I highly recommend the condo for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating retreat.

The only hiccup was a struggle to get into the clubhouse/exercise room with the keycard not working, which seemed to be an issue with Trailhead Lodges, not the rental company.

Loved this layout! Plenty of room for us and amazing to have 3 king bedrooms. Quiet back of the building location and great wetland views for moose viewing!  Kitchen was perfect for a big, family meal. Management was fantastic and easy to communicate with....texting is genius. Excellent spot! We stayed with 5 people and could have accommodated more. There are three bathrooms which is so nice with a group! The views out the huge windows are incredible. The house had games, useful kitchen items, is about 35 steps from the hot tub, has a grill… and probably more cool things I’m forgetting. Skiing was a bud ride away and the bus stop is walkable.
Restaurants we loved: Sushi Nama and take the gondola up to the top of the mountain at winter park resort. (Free for anyone after 4pm).
Ski rentals were easy at Epic mountain sports which is on the main road in front of the unit.
We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here in early February- I think this is our fifth time staying in the complex. We came with another couple and two younger children. Love the location- we can easily walk to downtown for a bite apres ski, and avoid the crush of people at the ski area. Easy parking, great location for a base of operations on a ski trip. The unit was much bigger on the inside than we expected, and the kids loved the little bunk room. 323 had everything that we needed- well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, enough bathrooms for the group. We love Trailhead. We have used Winter Park Lodging Company several times, and are always impressed with how well the units are set up. The team responds quickly to any questions, and are always super friendly- they are our go to!

We had a great stay at Trailhead Lodge! It was very spacious four our group with three bedrooms and 3 baths, and the kitchen was great and well stocked! We really enjoyed the hot tub every night even in the snow. The location to the town was perfect as well, there was a bus stop to head to the ski resort which we took every day, also walking distance to restaurants, breweries, coffee and liquor store. Would definitely come back and stay again! My only feedback and it's very minimal would be more hooks to hang towels from the bathroom and pool! Also there were only 3 hangers in our closet but I'm sure if I asked they would have assisted. So again nothing bad just ideas to make it even better for next guests! We will definitely be coming back again!!

The condo was even nicer in person than the photos! It was beautiful and had everything you needed for cooking, sleeping, and bathing. There is a wonderful wraparound deck with a gas grill that overlooks a beautiful unobstructed hillside and running creek. Many restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Lovely park right in front with a great playground for kids. Nice little trail in Confluence Park that runs along the creek which was a great daily walk with our dog.

The perfect location! Easy walk to lots of places to eat and to get on the shuttle to go skiing for the day. The local park was great for my 1yr to sled and play. View out back of the condo is phenomenal, even saw two moose one morning. The staff to help us get checked in and communicate with throughout our stay was amazing, very communicative and helpful. For 3 couples and my 1yr old it was a perfect place to stay!!

This wonderfully situated condo is really only for 3 couples. The bunk bed “nook” is a double-decker coffin. You have to remove the ladder to close the doors, there is no space to standup and there is NO air circulation. With the doors open, you are in the kitchen. A good place to put small children you don’t like. There is no space in any of the bedrooms for the blow-up bed..the only place is the dining room, if you move the table. But for 3 couples,it is very luxurious..a bathroom for each.

Could not have asked for a better experience!!! Our place was beautiful and spacious!!! We needed that with six adults and five children! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, enjoyed our walks and seeing a moose every morning! Kids loved the pool and we used the large grills and fire pit one evening for burgers and s'mores. We were also pleased that we had our own private grill on our very spacious balcony to grill steaks one evening! Yes, get ready, the Bishop crew will definitely be back!! GREAT place to stay!!

Could not have asked for a better experience!!! Our place was beautiful and spacious!!! We needed that with six adults and five children! The grounds are beautiful and well kept, enjoyed our walks and seeing a moose every morning! Kids loved the pool and we used the large grills and fire pit one evening for burgers and s’mores. We were also pleased that we had our own private grill on our very spacious balcony to grill steaks one evening! Yes, get ready, the Bishop crew will definitely be back!! GREAT place to stay!!

We have stayed at these properties for the past two years , location is great and 5 minutes to the slopes. The view from this apartment is 5STARS! View to the WP slopes and the mini mountains behind the apartment which has the Frasier trial was great also. The apartment is well stocked and the management company is goes beyond to help us everytime. Thank you for another great stay.

The view out of the back windows is gorgeous. The updated interior is well done, and overall it is an amazing condo. Also, we noticed how quiet it was during evening and night time hours. One small issue is that the cable tv doesn't seem to work in the master bedroom. The cable guide appears, but we couldn't get it to change channels.

It was my first time in Colorado, and this place blew all my expectations out the water. The unit looks exactly like the listing. The location is unbeatable. Gorgeous scenery. Walking distance to all the near by restaurants and bars. The property manager was very helpful. They answered all of my questions promptly. Highly recommended.

Great condo with a beautiful view. The Village made us feel safe as they enforced the mask mandate and kept everyone at a safe distance. Once again we had a wonder visit to Winter Park. Only drawback was all the construction and hopefully that doesn't over crowd our favorite place to visit for a quick get away.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for families with children. Parks and biking paths are very close by. This unit is on the second floor and the elevator is very slow.
The balcony is very large and has great views from one side. The other side is under construction. The condo is stocked with everything!!! Even games for the kids. I highly recommend this place.

We had an excellent time with great snow. The condo was very nice and had great location backing up to open field and trees. My dog had the greatest time playing in the fresh powder out back. The condo was very well equipped with almost anything you needed. Plenty of pots, pans, glasses, utensils, and silverware. We really liked having a king bed in the two main bedrooms. Beds were comfortable and I was happy to see all the bedrooms had portable fans and humidifiers. We will definitely look at staying here again in our future trips.

Manager Comment: Your dog wasn't the only the one having fun in the powder. Some epic days out there on the mountain. Come back soon to do it all over again.

We enjoyed staying in the Trailhead Lodges. The condo was Beautiful and very comfortable and when we had a problem with the door lock Adam came to our rescue quickly.! We were very disappointed about the road to the condo being closed while we were there. The long dirt road detour was not a good way to get in and out of the condo. Thank goodness we could still walk to the town. Also the new construction outside our window was noisy and dusty..they began work at 6:30 am and worked til 7:00pm. This spoiled the pretty view and sound of the river. We felt we deserved a construction discount after all this.but We plan to be back in The Winter and hopefully the road will be repaired by then. Tell the owners the beds were great! They have a very nice Condo!

We had just found out about it ourselves and with a full house didn't have another condo to move you to. Our group of 7 loved this three bedroom condo. While the kids slept in, we were able to enjoy a great cup of coffee and enjoy the ntural beauty as this condo has views of the mountains! Nextt time we will bring our sbow shoes and go on the many trails. So great that the owner also had many games and a hillarious video of comedian Tim Hawkins best skits. I am VERY picky about cleanliness especially in the shower areas and this condo was spotless! We will return for sure!

This was an amazing condo! Clean with plenty of room, perfect for my group of 6. The location was also a plus, within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, and just a 10 min drive to Winterpark ski resort. This is definitely our go to home for family ski trips, we loved it!

This is a perfect location, easy to walk anywhere in downtown Winter Park and well as hiking trails; and the community clubhouse has great facilities. The property is well managed and was very comfortable.

Second year coming to winter park during the summer and we had a great time. The town is incredibly peaceful and tons to do in the area (hikes, summer activities at the ski hill, etc.). The condo was perfect for our family and dog - very nicely furnished, great view of the Fraser “river”, and right next to the park. We were able to walk to most of the local restaurants (or a short drive if need be). We’ll be back!

We picked this location as it was affordable for our two families that were staying. Plenty of space for everyone. Great views and lots of windows. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the pool area in as well. Condo was well-maintained. Only thing that was lacking was doorstop to hold the doors open as we were enjoying the wonderful mountain breezes through out. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare all our own meals. Left very little to be needed.

#323 had everything we needed. kitchen surprisingly well stocked! We cooked some and they had everything! Even cooking spray and some spices. Roomy, GREAT view, clean. Plenty of seating.

It was our first time out west skiing and we had a blast. It was the perfect condo for our two families. The management company was very accommodating in all aspects. We would definitely come back if we get the chance. Skiing, town of Winter Park, James Transportation, Epic Rentals, the Ditch, Hernando's pizza, and much more were all hits for us. This was our second time visiting Trailhead Lodges 323 and it didn't disappoint. The condo is immaculate, beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. We had a great time gathering around the large dining table for dinners and card games. The views off the patio were ideal for sipping morning coffee (so was the gas fireplace!) and the walking trail, which is only steps away from the property, was wonderful for a mini escape into wilderness. We loved that we could see the resort from the patio too, and could get an early glimpse of mountain conditions before hitting the hill! The access to the hot tub and pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day of skiing/riding and when we wanted to have a few libations to unwind there were so many wonderful places in walking distance - we think The Ditch is our new fave. We also walked to Coopers Creek to sample the amazing coffee at Mountain Grind Coffee and to pick out souvenirs for family - so convenient! Thanks so much for hosting us, and accommodating our trip schedule. We plan on returning again next February!

6 of us traveled to Winter Park for 5 days and had a wonderful time. This lodge was great! The kitchen was beautiful and had everything we needed, the balcony and view was fantastic, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The only downside to this lodge were the beds, they were awful. A simple mattress topper would have done wonders. The beds would be the only thing that might keep us from coming back to the same property. Other than that, we had a wonderful time in a great location!

6 of us traveled to Winter Park and loved the lodge! It was very spacious, and having 3 bathrooms was awesome! The kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing, and there was plenty of space. We also loved having the pool and hot tub just a short jump over the parking lot. The only negative of the lodge are the beds. They are horrible! This might be the only thing to keep us returning to this lodge in the future. Other than the beds, we had a wonderful time at Trailhead Lodge 323!

UPDATE, Aug. 2018:  Both Master and second bedrooms have new king mattresses in them.  Come stay and enjoy a great night's sleep with us!

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh no!  Well we will get on finding some sort of option to alleviate the uncomfy mattresses.  Please do always reach out to us whenever you have any kind of issue keeping you from being comfortable.  We will always do what we can to keep you as cozy as possible.

We had a wonderful time meeting up with our son and wife and their dog from Denver. We arrived with doggie treats and note for their dog -Sasha. The condo had wonderful views of mountains and all on one level. There is an elevator which is nice for bringing up suitcases. The management team is great and helpful. The trails are right outside your door and a short walk to many restaurants.

We had a great stay! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only thing I could add would be nice to have another fan. Better yet, ceiling fans. I guess, coming from Dallas where it is so hot, we are use to having the air more all the time. At night the bedrooms were better hot. But over all, we had a great stay!

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...We will suggest the ceiling fans to the owners, but in the mean time, we open the windows in the late afternoon to let the cool mountain air in and then close them in the morning.  This helps keep the homes cool all through out the day.

Not only was the condo clean it had a trendy style unlike some mountain stays and our balcony was nestled into beautiful field of willows. The location is a total plus as well as it's the perfect walking distance from local restaurants and shops. Needless to say, it was perfect!

Gorgeous hardwood floors and unique stone around the fireplace, above the kitchen cabinets and master bedroom. The sheets were like a little slice of heaven to sleep on. I also thoroughly enjoyed how each bedroom had their own spacious bathroom The wrap around deck overlooking the Fraser River is priceless! The sound of the soothing river and incredible views of the ski resort made it extremely relaxing and I almost forgot where I was! Even though we didn't have pets, this is the perfect property to take your woofers to with hiking and biking trails right outside your back door. Love how there is a crate, pack and play and EZ bed already in the property for your convenience! Speaking of convenience, this location is spot on. You are about a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Winter Park. You are also directly behind Hideaway Park-perfect to listen to live music in the brand new amphitheater, kids park + skateboard, or just to relax and soak up the summertime sun! We absolutely loved our stay at the condo. We couldn't get over the views from the living room - both the woods in back and a great view of the mountain. It was spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Love it!

You can't beat the combination of convenience and isolation. It feels like you are the only ones in the forest while you are just a short walk to shops and restaurants. Come back again soon to soak up the views.

The views make you feel like you are out in nature, but out the front door you are just minutes away from downtown.

We recently stayed in this condo and could not have been happier. The place was extremely clean and everything was nice and new. The condo slept our family of 5 with our yellow lab and was perfect. We easily could have had another family stay with us. It was super spacious and the location was great. We walked all over town, our children rode bikes at the park right next to the condo and we went on a few really good hikes which the trails were right behind the condo. If you are looking for a great place in a great location and to stay in an extremely beautiful and clean property this is the place.

The condo is beautiful. The view from the master bedroom and living room are breathtaking. We enjoyed the wrap-around porch. The condo doesn't have air conditioning, so we slept with the windows open and enjoyed listening to the rushing river into the night. Very soothing. The kitchen is well equipped. I made dinner a couple of nights and found everything I needed. Loved the ambience of the place with the lights dimmed. The only downside, the condo needs a music system that allows guests to plug in iPods or other music players. There is also very limited cable, so bring movies for kids on quiet nights.

No problem with the Winter Park Lodging Company. Great job. Kudos to Meg for assisting me while I was in a hectic state of mind during conferences and family planning issues. 323 Trailhead was great, lived up to the pictures and had a great comfortable feeling. Trailhead Lodges common areas and grounds could use some TLC. Construction issues is a given but poor parking lot, fences and wooded areas need a cleanup. Please pass to lodges management. Would recommend to co-workers here in Denver with that caveat. Thanks again top Meg. Mitch

Hello, Our vacation at the Trailhead Lodges 323 was unforgettable. We arrived in the midst of a freak spring snowstorm, and felt so cozy by the fireplace. The radiant heat in the floor of the kitchen area was a special treat for us all. We had 6 people, and everyone slept soundly and comfortably in the beds that were covered with fluffy pillows and soft blankets. The kids especially liked the long living room sofa where they could stretch out and play their electronic devices while the adults made meals. And the kitchen... WOW! Not only was it well stocked with supplies, but the the big island, nice appliances, ample marble counter space, and bright lighting made the meal preparation fun. We had plenty of elbow room for several people to be working in there at one time. We made our meals barefoot so we could enjoy the warm floor tiles. The kids loved scooting up to the breakfast bar. I especially liked setting the big wooden table for dinner. We had so much space to put numerous dishes on the table so the kids could serve themselves. Everyone loved the hot tub and the warm pool, even while surrounded by 3 feet of snow. We had a good workout in the gym area. Our view from the wraparound balcony looked out onto the river bed and mountains. There was no indication from inside the condo that we were actually smack dab in downtown! It was such a treat for all of us. Thank you for the luxurious accommodations and homey touches. We will definitely be back, perhaps during the warmer summer or autumn months before the snow.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time at Trailhead Lodges, the unit was very well appointed and in great shape. Still some construction going on but not a big issue. Staff was very attentive, followed up on several occasions to make sure everything was going OK.

My husband and I treated our staff to a ski trip in WinterPark and luckily stumbled across a listing for Trailhead Lodges 323. The new construction and quality of materials used is awesome. I loved the way it was decorated and it slept all 9 of us comfortably (3 bathrooms was sooooooo appreciated)! The staff made the reservation and checking in and out process as easy as could be! Who doesn't love keypad locks...especially with a group of adults! And the price was 1/2 of what a house was to rent on vrbo or airbnb, and much nicer and in a downtown location, just a block from bars, restaurants, and the LIFT bus to take us to the mountain! And did I mention the great view from our wrap around balcony and the miles of hiking trails right behind the building! Our pup loved the furnished dog bed and kennel, too. No details left undone. We definitely plan to come back!

We had 1 woman, 5 men and 1 Rottweiler. Plenty of room, great accommodations and perfect access to the mountain. We loved the wrap around deck and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The lockers were great for storing skis and snowboards. We did a lot of cooking as the kitchen was open and inviting. We drank wine and beer and made great memories! My dog felt right at home too as it was very dog-friendly. 5 stars!!
