We chose this property based on convenience to the WinterPark Ski resort. The house is beautiful and more than accommodated 8 adults and three young children. Two sets of washer/dryers was much needed. Everything about this property exceeded what we were expecting based on the previews. Our host sent messages during the week to ensure we did not need anything or asked if we had any questions. Plow service for the driveway came early and the guy who shoveled the walkway area did a great job. Should we do another WinterPark family get together, without a doubt we would stay here again!

The house was in great shape. The garage was very helpful. Hot tub was great. Worked well for a group. Kitchen was well-outfitted as well! Prompt responses from contacts about any and all questions. Will definitely stay again!

We had such a great stay. We had a few questions and they were always quick to respond. Very polite and the place was clean. It was so beautiful around there and the roads were kept pretty good during the snow. Very clear instructions and they had absolutely everything you need as far as kitchen untensils and anything you need for cooking. They also recommended things to do and restaurants. We will definitely be back.

We absolutely loved our stay at Winter Park! The house was beautiful, and the hosts were very attentive and available.
We had a few issues with one of the showers, and there was no hand soap- but otherwise everything was great!
It accommodated our large group well! I’d definitely recommend:)

Beautiful views all around, easy and quick access to everything this area has to offer. The bedroom setup was perfect for our group of 3 adult couples and 8 kids ranging from 13 to 1. Perfect place and setup if you're planning on hitting up the slopes or just enjoying everything else this area has to offer. Host was very responsive. Check in/out couldn't have been easier.

Had a great experience here. The only issue was the downstairs pullout bed was broken and needs to be fixed, we put some benches under it so the mattress would hold up. Other than that it was a great location, felt very private. The amenities were as expected and the place felt clean! Would definitely come back!

This home was just right with two bunk rooms to keep the girls/boys happy and comfortable! The 3 couples all had their own ensuites so that was perfect. Perched up on the hill overlooking the valley so views were impressive. So much patio space we would love to come back during summer months. Kitchen was amazing to keep everyone happy/fed. Excellent, sparkling hot tub was very enjoyable too. This was a lovely home that all 3 families enjoyed immensely. Thank you!

We had a large group and everyone was very comfortable. We cooked every day and the kitchen was more than adequate. The shuttle to the ski resort was just down the hill. We rented from Kristie's which was right beside the shuttle. It was a perfect location. I don't think we could have stayed in a better place!!

Everyone was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our group comfortable. The scenery surrounding the house is gorgeous and it was nice and clean when we arrived. I rented this home for our whole family to stay at - 6 adults and 4 kids (7 to 13). This was a fantastic place for a family - very large, close to everything we wanted to see, and had everything needed for a 4 nite stay. Needless to say, our kids and grandkids couldn't have been happier with the accommodations plus the hot tub.

We stayed in winter park with a bundle of friends and littles. There were plenty of options for food and activities. We got bike discounts and took advantage of the trails around town. Lots of room to spread out with the spacious deck. Great views of the mtn and sunset. Walkable to hike trails and we were right in town. They had 2 pack n plays along with 1 high chair which made our packing a bit lighter too.

The most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed at, pictures don’t describe how amazing it truly is feels like home spacious and very equipped with everything. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property - STUNNING views, a gorgeous and spacious home, in a great location! We stayed for 4 days and it wasn’t long enough. We had three couples and 5 kids (age 1-6) and the layout of the home was great for our crew. Lots of great “together” space and privacy when needed. The bunk rooms are adorable, and all through the home the decor was comfortable and mountain-esq. We all enjoyed the hot tub and all amenities were what we needed. It was great having garage spaces since it snowed for one day of our trip. The home is private without being secluded, which was nice for us. Ugh, we hated to leave and I can’t wait to go back!

We had the most peaceful vacation. The double-sided fireplace was perfect for hanging out upstairs.
The dining table house group meals and board games all weekend long while others relaxed in the living room. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with amenities. Spending time on the balcony, enjoying the view was our favorite part. We loved walking from the lodge to nearby trails and discovering hidden gems in the surrounding woods. Grocery stores and goods are conveniently available nearby for restocking. Check-out instructions made for a worry-free departure. I can't wait to come back again. Thank you for making this one of the most memorable group vacations.

A nice, large home with spectacular views. You do surely want a 4x4 vehicle as it was a bit dicey for us to get there but there was a decent storm on our arrival. The kitchen was perfect for all of our meals and all enjoyed the billiards table. Overall a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay for the holiday. The home is located in a beautiful area with great views. The management company was extremely responsive and very helpful. The bedrooms are all a great size so we fit comfortably. TVs don’t work that great, which was a little hassle for the kids, but not that big of a deal overall. Would love to return!

The property is located in a great setup and wonderful views. Very accessible to winter park ski resort and downtown. The communication from the host was very quick and responsive. The house is a great fit for big parties of 15-16 guest and with 3 private bedrooms and 2 shared rooms. Hot tub was a great experience and well maintained

We were a group of 14 friends and had a great time at the Airbnb. The property is very beautiful and pictures don’t do justice to it. It is big enough to accommodate up to 15 guests. It is close to the town area making grocery stores and other necessities accessible. We had excellent communication with the property managing company. We had a small issue with 1 of the bathrooms and it was resolved within a few hours. We will definitely consider living here for our next vacation too.

We really enjoyed our stay! Loved the hot tub and pool table. It was a big enough house for us all to have our own space. We did have some toilet issues and leaking while we were there but Jill was amazing and had people come out right away and get it fixed and they even comp us money for the inconvenience of not having a bathroom for a couple of days. The communication was amazing! Thanks for having us!

Two minor problems- we couldn't get the front door code to work, but easily came through the garage. We didn't call because it was not an inconvenience. There were two coffee makers, but the Krueger unit didn't have a pot for the option of making more than one cup. The kitchen was very convenient for our large crew. The view was excellent. And the most caring hosts! My family came to celebrate the life of my mother law after she passed. We were welcomed with flowers and a card from the hosts, this was absolutely beautiful! Warmed my families heart.

Beautiful and spacious house where we had a great time as a big group. The house was very well equipped with stuff.
Only suggestion for a missing item would be to put a sack of sand or gravel in the garage. We had a tough time getting our car out of the steep driveway last morning due to fresh snowfall.

Absolutely cannot say enough about this home. Our whole family got together to celebrate my dad’s 50th birthday and Timber Ridge Lodge was the perfect place for the occasion. There was plenty of room and things to do for both the adults and kids. The hot tub was definitely a hit. We were here during the fall, and the view of the leaves changing below from up in the mountains was beautiful. We also cannot thank Winter Park Lodging Company enough for making my father’s birthday so special and for the goodies they provided upon our arrival. Highly recommend this home and management company.

We had a group of 13 and had a wonderful stay. We felt that it was the best home that we had ever rented. We liked the layout of the house -- one bedroom on the main level and all others below. This worked very well with multiple families (with children) staying together. The large windows gave wonderful views and much light throughout the house. The house sits high on a hill and overlooks Winter Park. You don't feel crowded by neighbors. There is a sense of privacy here. There were two sets of washers / dryers -- one on the main level and one below. This was very convenient. There are many closets and storage spaces. And the spacious two-car garage was also very nice. We had a third vehicle (Suburban) that we parked in the driveway as well. I believe that 2 more vehicles would have also fit if needed. If we were to ever purchase a home in Winter Park, I would want it to be a home like this one. Whoever built this home planned it well.

We used this property to house our bridal party on the weekend of our wedding. WE LOVED IT!! There was plenty of space to hang out and relax, the kitchen was big enough to serve all of the meals. We had 16 people staying there and everyone was comfortable. We did have to do laundry often to make sure we had enough towels for all the showers. The trundle beds weren't the most comfortable, but they got the job done. Winter Park Lodging company was so responsive and checked in throughout the weekend to make sure everything was going smoothly. The hot tub and the pool table were loved! We used the master bedroom to do hair and makeup on the morning of the wedding, it was well lit and perfect. There was even more than enough parking for everyone who stayed with us. It was the perfect homebase for our big weekend.

This house is exactly what it shows in the pictures. It is very spacious and allows families to enjoy time together. But also offers private time with several balconies. The only negative would be lots of stairs if you have toddlers. We brought gates so we didn’t have to worry about the kids falling down stairs. I would highly recommend this house if you are in Winter Park.

This beautiful house sits on top of Winter Park with beautiful views. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised how much bigger the house and rooms were when compared to the photos. Hot tub, pool table, fire pit, outdoor seating on the deck... it was exactly what our 'quaran-team' needed away from the city. Highly recommend. I'd stay here again with a large group.

The house lived up to all of our expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an issue lighting the fire pit and called for help. Someone was there within an hour, was extremely polite , fixed it and got out of our way so we could continue our vacation. I would definitely recommend.

This house worked well for our family. 3 king bedrooms gave adults privacy and 2 bunk bedrooms gave all kids their own beds. Pool table and hot tub were favorites. Two washers and dryers were helpful. The kitchen supplies and overall wear and tear on this house needs attention.

Beautiful home, amazing views. Strongly recommend a suv to get up and down the driveway. Had a water leak from the master bath to lower level but the staff came immediately to remedy. The coffee cups are more like tea cups. Overall the home was perfect for 6 adults cozy but enough space for everyone. Love the heated floors and garage. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation.

Snow/ice removal taken care of, additional glassware provided immediately. It's amazing how available these people are to get a vacation stay off on the right foot. This home was close to shops and downtown Winter Park so we were able to get anywhere in just a few minutes. We rode UTVs, went for walks, rode the alpine slides, ate out, listened to live music and it was all nearby. The views from the home were beautiful and watching the sunset from the balcony was pretty amazing.

We recently stayed in this home for few days. We found out that the ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn't work; the toilet in the master bedroom got stuck every time we flushed and so we had to remove the cover in the water storage tank to reset the float. Also, rooms got stuffy in the night as there was no proper ventilation and with the fan not working we had to keep the sliding door open a bit. The TV in the home had very few channels. For the price we paid we would pick a different home. The only good thing is that the rental company "Winter Park Lodging Company" was great and tried to help us out. We would definitely rent from them again BUT not this home.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh darn!  So sorry it wasn't an ideal spot for you.  We are on getting the ceiling fan and toilet fixed.  We will always bring another fan or something that might help to get you comfortable....just let us know.  We will discuss some additional channel options also with this owner.  Please let us know when you do come back up this way.  We'll be happy to find just the right spot for you.

The lodge was a perfect stay for a large group. The entertainment options and spacing made it easy to be comfortable. Also, the attentiveness of the winter park lodging company was great. The only con would be the long walk to the bus stop, but otherwise this place is perfect!

MANAGER COMMENTS:  So great to hear everyone enjoyed staying there.  The best option for Timber Ridge Lodge guests who wish to ride The Lift into the Resort vs. driving there, is to park at the Cooper Creek free covered garage just at the end of Vasquez Road and hop on the bus from there.  But good on you guys for walking all the way down/up that mighty hill!  You're the real deal.  WPLCo commends you!

The house was wonderful with 5 bedrooms for 3 families. Seeing the snowy peaks orange and pink with the sunrise was a painting. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils. There was a negative. My daughter and her husband rolled into each other every night because their mattress needed to be replaced. It was very old and sagged in the middle. This could be easily fixed to have a perfect house.

The pre-check needs to improve as our refrigerator was broken (water sitting in the freezer drawer = clearly hadnt been inspected recently) so that was inconvenient as they traded it out promptly (much appreciated) there was mouse poop on a throw blanket and a big ball of hair in the master shower - otherwise, all was great - the fire pit and furniture on the patio was wonderful and the views were beautiful.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Dang it!  That's not good!  Our apologies that your check in wasn't up to our normal, high standards.  We do inspect each property within a 24 hour period of each arrival in the hopes of preventing such incidents.  Timing was not on our side!  We have reached out to you to make it right.  We do hope to get to host you again so we can really wow you on your next arrival with our critical eyes.

We were looking for a place to accommodate our family - my husband and me, our adult children and grandkids. The master suite on the main level was perfect to allow us separation from our kids, and the multiple king sized bed suites allowed our married children to have their own spaces as well. We especially appreciated the fire pit on the main deck and the gas grill as we enjoyed family meals and time relaxing together. The kitchen and living areas are spacious, the views are spectacular, and we felt at home while away from home. Suggestions to enhance the property are minor, but would be appreciated: bakeware for cooking meats and additional glassware as well as serving utensils would helpful for those who desire to cook family dinners. Also, dishcloths and cleaning materials would allow for better clean up after meals. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

We loved our stay at this beautiful location. There were a couple issues with the frig that arose during our stay, nothing serious, but the response from the.management company was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this property for multi family use. Great space and accomodaidions. I would also loook at properties managed by the company managing this property. Wow, they were great. So responsive.

We rented Timber Ridge Lodge for a family vacation, there were 16 of us and it was perfect. The location was close to all of the activities we did and to downtown Winter Park. The property was beautiful. The service was amazing. One of our group put 2 dozen eggshells in the disposal and backed up the sink. Maintenance was out very quickly to fix our mistake. Gorgeous views. Great quality mattresses and linens. Highly recommend this property.

We went with 3 families (7 kids). Each couple had their own room with a king bed and own bathrooms for each family. The whole house was big enough for us all to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was great and equipt with everything we needed for all meals. My group of 17 was looking forward to our trip to Winter Park for months, excited to reunite for the first time since all graduating from UPenn together. When we got to the house, we were absolutely blown away and I have to say that the property really is what made our trip incredible. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and roomy common areas and there was plenty of room for each person to have a bed to sleep in. The views were breathtaking and we quickly felt at home. Not a single person was ready to leave the house on Monday! Thank you for making our trip great. We can't wait to be back.

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Ridge Lodge very much. We had plenty of room for our entire extended family. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of tools for a gourmet meal in the beautiful kitchen. The bedrooms were well appointed and the layout was great with privacy for the adults and lots of plenty play space for the kids. We were amazed with this home! The location is perfectly located. A nice surprise was the trails around the home that went along the creek. Took some beautiful pictures! We had the perfect weekend getaway, the hardest part was having to come home! We wanted to stay forever!

We had a wonderful time at Timber Ridge Lodge. The house was amazing. The only thing that we had a problem with is that the lower level family room where the kids played games - you could hear the noise up in the front living area. It echoed up the staircase. Suggest removing the ping pong table and putting a TV and chairs in that area. All in all we had a great time and would definitely come back to this place. Loved it! Thank you all so much for everything. You guys are the best!

This comfortable rental home has beautiful views from almost every room. With the 3 bedrooms and connecting bathrooms, it is perfect for 3 couples and has 2 additional bedrooms with bunks for lots of teens or kids. Plenty of space for a large active group. We liked the multi-levels, but could be a problem if you have a hard time going up and down stair-steps. The large two car enclosed garage was definitely a bonus. Classy appointments throughout from the kitchen to the outdoor hot tub. Highly Recommend this rental. Note: in snow conditions, 4 wheel drive is encouraged. This was the 4th time we used Winter Park Lodging Company and we will again. They are always 1st class.

Hey, Timber Ridge Lodge is great but someone should take a look at the ice maker in the fridge as is was very slow to give out ice most of the time. That is about it. Really appreciated the help getting the sidewalks and driveway cleared of snow.

Timber Ridge Lodge is an exceptional facility. Our group was comprised of three generations, total of 12 people. Four were four years old and under, other children ranged up to eleven years old. The space on the lower level was perfect for them for both sleep and play. Upstairs, between table and counter, all of us could eat together. And there was room on the main floor for all of us to gather when that was preferable. Everything worked well, and when assistance was needed Winter Park Lodging Company personnel responded immediately. In addition to the space and layout of this property, we also enjoyed the relative seclusion of its location. A couple of warnings -- the driveway can be difficult when slippery, even with 4WD. Unless several exterior lights are on, the house is difficult to spot and enter after dark until one becomes familiar with it. We are Coloradans who spend a fair amount of time in the mountains. We've used the services of Winter Park Lodging Company for an early winter weekend for quite a few years, and obviously have not been disappointed.

Our 2014 Thanksgiving stay at Timber Ridge Lodge was everything we could have imagined, the size of this home--5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 bathrooms, 2 sets of washers and dryers, 2 refrigerators, hot tub, ping pong table and simply fantastic views. Also, the large kitchen, dining room & eating bar worked wonderfully for our large family, all of this and just 5 minutes from the ski area and wonderful shopping and restaurants at the bottom of the hill. We will definitely stay here again.
