Perched along the banks of the Fraser River in ROAM, Winter Park's newest neighborhood, Starview Chalet is a mountain modern home built for groups who want it all. Four levels, four bedrooms, and a rooftop deck that turns every clear night into an event. If your crew has been looking for one house that does big gatherings and quiet mornings equally well, this is it.

Come in on the ground level, where a heated two-car garage keeps the vehicles clear of snow and the ski hangers and boot dryers keep your gear ready for tomorrow. Just inside you'll find the bunk room, a kid's paradise with room for the whole younger half of the group, plus a full bathroom right next door. Head up to the main level and the home really opens up: an airy great room with windows framing the mountains, a gourmet kitchen decked out with high-end appliances and island seating, and a deck off the back with a gas grill and plenty of comfortable seats. You'll hear the river from out here.

Ready to rest easy? The third level holds all three of the grown-up bedrooms. The Primary Suite features a King bed, a spacious walk-in closet, an attached ensuite bathroom and river views to wake up to. Two more bedrooms sit just down the hall, sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom, and every bed in the house is dressed in hotel-style luxury linens over plush mattresses. Radiant heat throughout means warm floors underfoot all winter long.

Then there's the fourth floor, and this is the one your group will talk about all year. The rooftop deck is home to a private hot tub, a gas fire pit, and lounge seating arranged for exactly one purpose: soaking under the stars with the whole Fraser Valley spread out below you. Add in the sauna for working out the day's turns, direct access to the Fraser River and the Fraser River Trail right outside, and a two-minute drive to downtown, and Starview Chalet makes an unforgettable basecamp in every season!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, King Bedroom, Queen Bedroom, and a Bunk Suite with two Twin/Twin bunk beds plus two Twin trundle beds. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round. This home spans four levels with stairs between each, so it may not suit guests with limited mobility.
