The heart of this home is the open great room, where sunlight pours in all afternoon and the fireplace takes over come evening. Gather everyone around for a movie or settle in with a book while dinner comes together in the chef's kitchen, complete with high-end appliances, a generous quartz island and seating that keeps the cook in the conversation. When the weather turns fine, and in Winter Park it usually does, head up to the rooftop terrace. Morning coffee, afternoon sprawl, sunset drinks under a sky full of stars: this is the spot your group will fight over. There's a private patio and grill down below, too.
Ready to rest easy? Three bedrooms plus a den spread the group out comfortably. The Primary Bedroom offers a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom sits just down the hall with access to a shared bath, and the kiddos will make a beeline for the bunk room. The den rounds things out with a pull-out for anyone who joins last minute. Every bed is dressed in hotel-style luxury linens for a truly restful night after a big day outdoors.
Location is where Solstice Abode really shines. Walk two minutes to downtown shops, breweries and restaurants, four minutes to the concerts and festivals at Hideaway Park, and three minutes to the free shuttle stop that runs to Winter Park Resort. Keep your car tucked away in the private garage all week, or drive up to the Resort in three minutes flat when you're chasing first chair. However you spend your days, Solstice Abode is a wonderful place to come home to!
