Great place to stay for a family ski trip. A short drive to the slopes. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The kids enjoyed the sledding hill across the street. The house was nice. No issues.

The location of the condo was great - it was easy to walk into town to go out to eat, and easy to drive to the mountain or catch the shuttle. The hot tub was spacious and nice and hot. The condo community was nice and quiet and the condo was comfortable and clean!

You can't beat the location - walkable to multiple restaurants, next to the bus stop that will take you to Winter park resort and next to a park with a sledding hill. The property itself was clean and accurately described. It also included a closet full of board games and toys.

I highly recommend staying at this condo! It was close to great coffee shops, restaurants, and trails! The lift stop was super convenient for the skiers in our group!! We didn’t have to get in the car because everything is walkable! The condo was clean and very big for our group to spread out. We will definitely stay there again!

A bit tight for the 7 of us but we knew there were only 2 full baths so we were prepared. Location was very convenient and we could walk to everything needed in town. We love the incredibly clean hot tub! They even checked on it during our stay which my wife loved. We may go bigger next visit but this worked out well for a last minute stay to ski at Winter Park. Hosts were excellent and very organized. Thank you!

A nice little spot right in downtown very close to everything. Clean hot tub that was checked in on during our stay! We made a last min reservation so the management company was very helpful and organized. We hope to return for skiing and love the return guest discount part! Thank you all.

Location was great for our ski trip. Walking distance to pretty much anything in town and the bus stops. We got in earlier then our check in time and they allowed us to leave our luggage at their offices while we explored the town. The rental was clean and communication was quick. I would definitely stay again!

This place was perfect for my family to get away! This condo is well stocked with everything a family could need including sled, snowshoes, kid carrier, baby gate, tons of games, pack n play, high chair, and more. This place was well cleaned and hot tub was excellent for cold nights. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for guests or family to stay. Winter Park shuttle is just down the street and Pepe Osaka's is less than a half mile walk. Excellent cross country ski trails within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying with Winter Park Lodging and this condo is top notch. Thanks!

Our kids loved their bedding, the toys and we even played a game with adults & kids that was so much fun. Brand new hot tub, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen made shopping for the week a breeze. We had a great time in the perfect condo for our family of 5. The kids were crying to leave and begging us to stay in the same spot when we return. Thank you so much for a great place to have our vacation!!

This was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We appreciated so much that you supplied us with lunch baggies and tupperware that we were able to pack our lunches in, the fan that we used for white noise, the gas grill, and endless supply of nice cookware. Everything in the house is marked with clear explanation! The hot tub was a highlight of our trip. The management company was top notch with their communication! So many positives we will be back and don't want to stay anywhere else! I hope the town of Winter Park never gets rid of the overnight parking in Cooper Square as it is so important if you have a 3rd car.

We could not have asked for anything more! The condo was sparkling clean, very well appointed and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The kitchen and grill were great for cooking meals, and we were within walking distance to several great restaurants when we didn’t feel like cooking. We came for mountain biking and that’s exactly what we did—miles and miles of single track trails were just around the corner! Winter Park is a very friendly town full of kind and helpful people, and Winter Park Lodging Company was no exception—communication was great from the time of booking through the end of our stay. Would 100% recommend, and if we get the opportunity to come back, we will definitely want to stay here again!

The condo was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. It had everything we needed, and the best equipped kitchen we've had in a ski condo. The condo was roomy, comfortable, and clean, with a great layout. It had everything we needed, and the best equipped kitchen we've had in a ski condo. I don't often provide reviews but our experience with our stay was outstanding, so I thought I should pass that along to others. The condo has everything anyone could need. It is laid out very well, either for a family or two travelling together, or for a few childhood buddies (my group) who get together every year for a ski trip. The condo was ready to go when we arrived, very clean, everything was in working order, beds were good, plenty of seating area, hot tub was working and clean (and hot), etc. There was all the info to access codes, electronics, etc. provided on the main counter, so we didn't have to hunt around for it. The location is very convenient to get into the main part of town if you don't want to drive, or are just looking for some exercise. We booked through the Winter Park Lodging company. They did an outstanding job for us, from start to stop. I'm going to provide an excellent review on their website as well. Can't go wrong with this condo - very pleased. Thanks. Jeff

We had a wonderful time in the townhouse. It had everything we needed. Having the two bunk beds was fun for the kids. I would have rated this excellent if not for the fact that the hot tub wasn't ready for use on our first night. I understand that it is cleaned and drained between guests. However, it is the main reason we chose this property. We didn't need the 3rd bedroom but paid extra because of the hot tub and we only got to use it one night. We had a great time in Winter Park.

We purchased groceries before we arrived so we could enjoy the atmosphere and environment but what was amazing was that in addition to having everything we need... this facility had more than we expected. There were boardgames, books, movies, a playpens, gate for stairs, fans, and surprisingly they were even stocked with various seasonings and spices. The stay was excellent and we also used the outdoor grill one of the days. Along with a great place to stay, there was a small sledding hill across the street that the little ones played on into the night because they offered free sleds. Again, I can't say how much we enjoyed our stay. The comforts of home away from home... we will definitely plan to use this location again in the future. Awesome!

We just stayed at this lovely property and were wow'd with the new decor. Winter Park Lodging Company let us know that it just got a makeover and they weren't kidding. All new everything which makes it a perfect place to stay in downtown Winter Park. We could walk to the park and grab a coffee from Volarios across the street. Don't pass this place up, it's awesome!

This was our first visit to Winter Park and we definitely hope to return. The property was awesome. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything you would ever need, even down to a closet of board games! Great location, close to everything. The garage was a big plus with the heavy snow we had while we were there. Winter Park Lodging Company called to check on us upon check in and made sure everything was ok. Great communication, very impressed. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

The condo was perfect! Walking distance to everything in Winter Park. Across the street from the outdoor amphitheater and next to some great trails. If you cook while on vacation, the kitchen has everything you need! We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is great for all seasons in Winter Park. It is centrally located withing walking distance to all downtown restaurants. The kitchen is amazingly furnished with all the tools you need for adventurous or everyday cooking. The support staff is very attentive, and the condo is in fantastic shape!

This was my second time staying at Sawmill Station. I love the property and its location. The overall experience was great. However, when we arrived, the gas log fireplace was on and the main floor of the condo was 98 degrees. It took quite a while for the space to cool down. The rest of the stay was good. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well furnished for a rental.

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh my!  So sorry that the fireplace was left on.  That is not how our inspections of the property usually go.  That is a very warm welcome!  Please do call us if something is ever not right.  We will gladly bring supplies to help out.  We hope your next stay is much more uneventful.

We all enjoyed it...grandparents too! Great new large sofa. Our teens enjoyed sprawling out. So great to keep them downstairs too! Hope to be back.

Perfect summer location! We were able to walk to the events at Hideaway Park and the restaurants/shops in downtown Winter Park. Added bonus, a pack n play was provided!
