Sawmill Station 104

Beautiful and cozy condo. Plenty of dishes. Very comfy beds. Easy to walk to the bus to get up to the mountain for skiing. Could walk to restaurants. We enjoyed being able to have our car in a closed garage and really enjoyed having our own hot tub! We were there in January end were pleased to see a lovely Christmas tree adorning the living room. Has a gas fire place for extra ambiance and coziness!

Fantastic location! Very quick 2 minute walk to town and rentals which we loved. Very cozy layout with the fireplace and super clean—mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion in each bathroom. Kitchen was extremely well-stocked. One note—The third bedroom with the full bunk beds is very small and has a door to the outside, which is used to access the hot tub. The tight space and having to walk through the bedroom on your way to the hot tub was inconvenient. Overall though, a good experience!

I would highly recommend staying with Winter Park Lodging Company. They were friendly and proactive. Their rental property was as billed. It was comfortable and convenient for our family. It had a well stocked kitchen with many bonuses we don’t typically get at other rentals including Tide pods for laundry, new kitchen sponges, extensive spice collection, coffee and filters, and more! It was so nice to have a private hot tub.

Went skiing at Winter Park with a group of friends and this place was perfect! Everything was clean and comfortable. Enough space for 7 people and can probably fit more comfortably! Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The bus stop to winter park resort is very walkable as well! The hot tub was amazing and we had no issues with it! Would highly recommend staying here!!

Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Perfect for our ski trip with the shuttle coming a block away and the garage to put our car and gear. Hot tub was wonderful for our sore muscles and we would definitely return! Communication was superb! Thank you!

The condo is fantastic - very spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. When the wifi wasn't working well (an issue with the router), the management responded quickly and sent someone over to work on it right away - even ordering a new router to show up the next morning.

Enjoyed the fact that it was close to the shuttle, across the street from the sled hill and walking distance to restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, and condiments and towels were provided for the hot tub. Very Clean! Note that the garage is very small, and just enough room to lean the skis and boots against the walls, with one car, the upstairs can get a bit hot even when the thermostats are low, and the comforters are also very warm but very nice. Hard to keep that hot air from rising:) We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was conveniently located by the ski resort and food, groceries etc. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were even humidifiers in each of the rooms which really came in handy. We would definitely book it again in the future!

This was in a terrific location for skiing at Winter Park. Very easy to grab the shuttle and quick spin around town but always seating for us even during busy spring break time. The lodging company team was excellent and very professional. We shall return!

This place was plenty big enough for two families. The kids (5 in all) used the bunk room downstairs and the two adult couples each had our own suite. Very nice place and convenient location. Definitely hope to return.

Our family of 7 adults, 3 couples and one single was amazing! This was our first family snow/mountain vacation. As we are from Florida, we did not know what to expect and we couldn't have been happier with our stay! The place was exactly as described! It was very clean and offered everything we needed! We cooked dinner most nights (with groceries we bought nearby) and the kitchen and dining room were perfect for all 7 us! We loved getting into the jacuzzi at night after a day of playing in the snow! The little sledding hill right in front of our house was an added fun spot! We walked to get coffee from a nearby coffee house most mornings and explored some of the little shops on our walk. We skied, snow tubed, and snowmobiled and all were very easy to get to. We did not use the shuttles, but we did see the pick up close to our house. Both the check in and check out were very simple. We are already talking about a return trip!

We enjoyed our stay while skiing for a few days at Winter Park Ski Resort. Property was exactly as described, and the communication was proactive and valuable prior to our stay.
The Lift picked up right outside the apartment (300 ft) and made our trips to the mountain a breeze.

Overall great stay! if possible book direct! didn't think about that when booking up front. but the property was really great. had everything you could've needed for entertainment or cooking in the kitchen. Or for the hot tub. Hot tub was huge and fit 4 people no problem and stayed mega hot, it was really solid. it was perfect! and a good location relative to winter park. only a 5-8 min drive from the house.
only feedback would be to have salt or something for the back porch to make the walk easier to the hot tub and less dangerous as the roof constantly drips and forms ice! and some gnarly dangerous icicles hanging from the roof too.

We loved staying here. It exceeded our expectations. Very clean and well kept. The Christmas tree in the family room was a nice touch, considering we arrived the day after Christmas. The garage was just the right size to barely fit the Ford Expedition we rented. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We wished we tried out the private hot tub, but never did it. We liked the gas log fireplace on a timer so we never had to remember to turn it off. We felt very welcomed.

Just the right spot for our family. Wanted to take the kids prior to college for a mountain getaway. Parents, Grandparents, and 2 older kids and everyone had their own bed! Loved the location close to music and all the fun shops and trails around. Terrific management folks and super clean hot tub. Quite a few stairs but kept us all in hiking condition!

Two adult couples had a great stay here. Location is excellent to be able to walk to Winter Park restaurants, adjacent to Rendezvous Park. Great ski vacation at Sawmill 104. Party was father with 3 adult (20-30 year old) sons, so some space was needed. 3 bedroom plus fold out couch gave everyone their own room. One key for us was private hot tub large enough for the 4 of us. The hot tub with this unit was excellent. Overall the unit was clean and updated. Very pleasant. Location absolutely in the heart of town but still quiet. My highest praise regarding the unit itself is the way it is stocked. Plenty of the little things that are a pain in the butt to buy for a 4 night stay but necessary to be comfortable. The unit included lots of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, washer/dryer soap, spices, coffee filters, towels etc. so that whenever there was a task the supplies were there to complete it. Also highest praise for the responsiveness of the Winter Park Lodging Co team. We had a couple minor glitches (smoke alarm battery, slow draining sink), but each time they responded quickly. The handyman, Robert, is super nice. Thanks and will stay again on next trip to Winter Park.

The check in process was easy and done via text. The property was ready on time and clean with everything we needed. The shuttle to the mountain wasn’t very punctual, but it did run generally to schedule and was a big benefit as parking looked difficult. The snow was great so great skiing. The NYE firework show was grand - well enjoyed.

Great unit! We loved the complex (Sawmill Station). The garage and driveway area are EXTREMELY tight, but everything else was wonderful. We'd love to stay again at Christmas and at next year's jazz festival. We don't want to stay anywhere else! Thanks.

Property was very nice and clean. Communication was timely and concise. Only challenge we encountered was the driveway was super slippery. Snow had accumulated and it wasn’t shoveled, so with the warm afternoon temperatures the snowpack turned into an uneven ice rink. No one fell so it all ended okay.

Personal hot tub wonderful after a day enjoying winter sports outdoors! Kitchen very well stocked. No need to bring any extras along. Lots of stairs but it provided a lot of privacy across rooms. Communication wonderful with any questions during stay. So nice to be able to text or call and get an answer immediately! Heated garage with extra parking spot convenient. Amazing location, property, and hosts. Communication was very prompt and property was exactly as described. Many nice touches like a very well equipped kitchen, trail maps, restaurant guides, snacks, plenty of towels, and cleaning supplies. The location is perfect for families with small children with a great sledding hill nearby and the bus line from the resort drops you virtually at the doorstep.

My only wish was the hot tub was be accessible from main living space, going through the kids bedroom wasn’t ideal.
We enjoyed the fireworks outside our balcony on NYE and it’s a perfect distance to several awesome restaurants. There is a tubing hill in the Park next to the condos, which our kids loved! It’s a great spot for families. Recommend and plan to return!

Thanks Stacy. The home design did require the hot tub outside of that lower bedroom. It would be great if the balconies were stout enough to hold them but they were not designed with that in mind. Sorry the kids were disturbed. We do hope you'll look us up for next stay. We can find the best layout for your needs.

Had a great time in this town home. The hot tub was perfect and we all enjoyed being so very close to the music venue we had planned the trip around. We would surely stay again.

This is a great place to be close to all of the restaurants and shops. We had out of town family and it was very convenient to rent from Christy Sports and switch out demo skis at the end of the day. My son-in-law bought boots and had little minor adjustments done. We walked to and from dinner and didn't have to worry about drinking. The condo was fabulous. It's hard to find condos that have two queen beds and enough bathrooms for everyone to be in them at once, which this condo did have! We normally stay closer to the ski hill, but this condo gave us a different perspective and we loved it!

We had 7 people in our group, all coming in to Denver from out of town. The winter park lodging company worked with us for an early check in to accommodate our strange needs. The property slept 7 comfortably and had plenty of space for waxing skis, playing cards, having some drinks and hot tubbing. The place was very clean and in the perfect location for getting around!

Winter Park Lodging Company staff

This place is located right in downtown Winter Park, which made it a nice go between from the mountains to the rest of what town has to offer. The bedrooms are a good size, but overall the living space was a bit tight for our party of 8; next time we all return as an extended family we will probably go with a bigger unit. Overall though, we enjoyed our stay and the staff at the Winter Park Lodging Company were very helpful and thorough with reservations and check in.

Also, if we have any problems, the business is quick to respond and get back to you. Sawmill Station was great because it had lots of room for our family and extra space for visitors. The child booster seat, gate and pack and play were convenient for our 2-year-old to use. We also liked having a playground so near by!

Great location for family with young kids. Lots to walk to. The condo accommodated my wife and I, my parents, my adult sister and 8yo and 2yo very comfortably all were happy.

I spent the week in SawMill and we LOVED it ! It is so close to the mountain and in town. The lodge itself was very clean and spacious and we felt very tucked away. We will definitely be back!

Nice condo with plenty of space. Lower level bunks were both doubles, great for the two teenage boys. Other beds were very comfortable (new?) as well. Quiet, convenient. Nice hot tub. Well appointed kitchen, nice laundry.

This place was great. Very convenient, clean, well kept. We love the fireplace and hot tub. Well stocked kitchen (only missing sharp knives). The only thing I would change is to add some instructions on how to use the tv, dvd et cetera. That was a little hard to figure out. I would definitely choose this place again.

We had a lovely time during our stay here. The unit is ideally located a few feet from Hideaway Park where a band plays every Thursday evening. No need to pack a lawn chair; they have them there to borrow. There is a skateboard park (bring your own skateboard). Right behind the units is trails you can hike. Within walking distance is many restaurants, a cute shopping center (where a band was playing on Friday night), and places to rent bikes. For a longer walk or short driving distance, there is a theater that also has a shuffle board table, a couple of pool tables, and a bowling alley. The theater is smaller, but has the best seats of any theater I've ever visited. The grocery store is located a few short minutes away in Fraser. We also enjoyed white water rafting and golfing. We golfed at Pole Creek Golf Course about 15 minutes from Winter Park. You can rent clubs, and the views are spectacular. A little pricey, but lots of fun with some challenging holes. The unit itself is very accommodating with plenty of room. The family enjoyed the hot tub. Even in the summer the evenings get plenty cool. We grilled out most evenings. The only thing we wished for while there were ceiling fans. The nights get cool enough to open windows, but the noise will keep you awake. Without the windows open it got a little stuffy at night. Overall though highly recommend this unit for utility, location and friendliness of staff.

The staff was great. The condo was clean, spacious, and fabulous. An added and unexpected plus was the fireworks visible from our front balcony. The hot tub was delightful. All the instructions were easy to understand -- regarding checking in and checking out. No complaints at all. Thank you.
