Property was exactly as listed and management company cooperated with us to get our check in done a little early. This home is well equipped and the location is wonderful with a very quiet back deck with trees/privacy. Mgmt company regularly checked in with us as well which was very nice--definitely recommend!

We wanted to be a bit away from too much noise/business and thought this would be just right.....and it sure was! In a short 10 min ride we were at the resort and it checked all our boxes for private amenities to use. Super clean and well-cared for! The hosts were very easy to contact and checked in with us. Thank you for the most wonderful week in Winter Park - this is a very well laid out floor plan for our teens/adult children and their friends to hang out in comfortable spaces. The hot tub is perfect way to end the day. A well stocked kitchen for a high protien breakfast and comfort dinners. We enjoyed all of the birds and chipmunks through the gorgeous windows! We will be back!

Super clean, lovely condo! Tucked right up in the woods it truly feels like the luxury cabin in the woods folks always want. Just the perfect size for 8 people and loved being able to keep two vehicles warm in the garage too. A very helpful team you can contact anytime. We had a terrific stay and highly recommend!

Our stay was short, but the amenities were plentiful! We had two young children and a baby with us, and it was nice to have two spaces to spread out, with the family room in the basement and also on the main floor. The kids enjoys some of the games on hand and the hot tub was great for the cool evenings! Thank you for your hospitality!

We have rented from Winter Park Lodging for many years. Very dependable service. Stayed this year at Rendezvous Wildflower. Lovely, cozy accommodations for our family of six. Two family rooms a big plus. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen well equipped for our cooking needs. Location is awesome. Four minute walk to trailhead with a great complex of hiking/biking trails. Beautiful views off the covered back deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Would highly recommend.

We've stayed in dozens of rental properties all over Colorado and this is one of our favorites ever! Super-fast wifi, comfy beds, nicer furnishings, extra blankets, towels, humidifiers, space heaters--they have thought of everything. The big garage was wonderful to unpack gear in and still have room for our SUV each night. The views are gorgeous--especially from the large hot tub. Truly, a 5-star place and a 5-star property management team.

We had a great experience working with this rental company, Winter Park Lodging Company. All aspects of the interaction were excellent and professional. From the first phone calls with preliminary questions to the wonderfully easy sign up for the rental agreement itself everything was smooth and easy. Every year we go to Winter Park for an invest in kids fund raiser. Last couple of years we have booked a condo through Winter Park Lodging Co. The units have been clean and comfortable. If I have a problem, the hot tub water was very low, they take care of it as quick as possible. The service person was friendly and not only filled the tub but cleaned all the filters and checked the pH a couple of times to make sure it was ready to use.

We have been taking an annual family ski trip for 23 years. Most of those years has been renting homes by owners. We've experienced some beautiful properties, and on rare occasion, some duds. This Wildfower property was beautiful. A newer home, so things were in great condition. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Don't know if it was by design, or left by previous renter, but there was instant pancake mix in the pantry. We arrived close to midnight, so this was a bonus to start our day since supermarkets were closed. There was coffee and small creamers as well. These little things are game changers, though not deal breakers to traveling families. The view from the back windows was awesome. Towels provided specifically for the hot tub was great. Lots of bathrooms for larger groups as well. A double garage to keep our vehicle out of the snow was also another plus. Had one small issue with a battery needing replacement in a fire alarm. Called the management company, and they had Collin out to the house to replace it within an hour. Everything about this property was A+. Would rent it again in a heart beat!

I have so many good things to say about our stay I don't know where to start! If you don't feel like reading just scroll to my short one line review at the end. LOL! I'll try and summarize the best I can... First of all, the property was beautiful, clean and extremely well looked after. We all felt comfortable the second we walked through the door. As far as space is concerned, our family of four had TONS of room and found that there were rooms and space we didn't even end up needing. The kitchen and utilities were well stocked, even including little touches like walking sticks outside the door, mountain bikes in the garage and little things like plastic bags in the pantry closet. The staff was always super friendly and accessible at all times through a phone call or text. Special thanks to Alex and Margaret for facilitating some important things for us! ;) The area is beautiful and higher up at the back of the whole neighborhood and provides some nice views of the mountains out on the deck. We enjoyed sitting there with our coffee in the morning watching the hummingbirds come and go from the feeder there. One night we got a visit from two Mule Deer bucks who were passing through at dusk and we always enjoyed the funny little Colorado Chipmunks and Golden-mantled Ground Squirrels that were around. The hot tub was always a nice relaxing end to days that were filled with hiking and we took advantage of that often! Lastly, the location is a great "home base" to drive to Grand Lake, Granby, even into Denver. A little further for Rocky Mountain National Park and places like Colorado Springs, but we didn't mind driving anywhere in the area because the views were outstanding. The town of Winter Park is awesome and we found a grocery store very close in Fraser and would recommend Moon Frog Coffee anytime of the day and Carver's Bakery Cafe for breakfast! We enjoyed our stay so much and are already trying to plan a way to come back again. Thank you again to the staff, you were consistently friendly and helpful and we hope to see you again. In short...book here now! Awesome place run by friendly and helpful people! Four stars from me and my family. When can we go back?!?

The house was clean. The lodging company is very responsive to our needs and let us know if some one was coming to check the hot tub. Hot tub was sparkling clean and easy to get to. Nice big table for us to eat at and play games. Beds were comfy.

The townhouse was very clean and a great location. There was plenty of space for the six of us to be comfortable. The hot tub was sparkling and the driveway/walkway was clear of ice. The lodging company kept us informed if maintenance was coming to check the hot tub. Great views and close to restaurants and fun activities.

The cabin has it all for a family vacay. Close to many trails for hiking , cross country and of course winterpark is 2 miles away for skiing, boarding or tubing. Manager was over the top accommodating!! Thanks for sharing your home..❤👍

Our stay couldn’t have been better. The home was comfortable, very clean and very well-appointed for our party of 8 (3 adults, 5 kids).
All of the comforts of home, and with a great, functional floor plan (which is usually missing from rental homes).
It is just outside of Winter Park, which was just fine for us, but good to note if you think you’re getting a home that’s closer to shops or skiing.
I will absolutely be going through Winter Park Lodging Company again!

Beautiful views from both balconies! Bathrooms in two bedrooms. Large couches. Comfortable mattresses, made all the difference. Down pillows in master bedroom. If you are not an avid traveler to Winter Park area, consider getting a oxygen machine to help breathe better because you will be sleeping at 8,900 elevation. Games, cards all there. Large TV downstairs area. WiFi and cable all available. New sectional in common area that was large and comfortable.
Although this property is technically in Frasher, it felt like we were in the town of Winter Park since it was much closer to the eateries of Winter Park than Frasher.

Terrific! We are all so pleased you enjoyed staying up there with us. We will get on getting those garage floors "whacked down" a bit. The mud does tend to accumulate especially this time of the year.

Winter Park Lodging Company staff

Great location right up the hill from Downtown Winter Park. It was a short drive to everything we did - ski resort, snow mobiling, dog sledding, tubing and swimming at the Fraser Valley Rec Center. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. I loved the ratio of beds to baths. Super nice to have a washer/dryer! I also loved the ample amount of hooks - tons in the garage, by the front door and outside by the hot tub. Do wish there were a few set lower for kiddos to hang their stuff by themselves. We loved Winter Park and will definitely stay with Winter Park Lodging Company again!

Hi, We enjoyed our stay at the Rendezvous condo. The condo is well furnished and has nice surrounding views. Lots of room. We had one request of a new frying pan as the existing one did not have a handle, and they brought a new pan within an hour or so. Great response! We did encounter a few problems - on multiple nights the smoke detectors were chirping. The second night, Amy from the rental agency came over around midnight to replace the battery. The next day they replaced all the smoke detector batteries. Believe it or not, that night there was chirping again in the middle of the night. As it turns out, this was the CO detector. I was able to swap batteries with one of the smoke detectors and that solved the problem. I also noticed the smoke detectors were all 10 years old. These problems are not really the rental agencies fault (and we did appreciate their response) - though some proactive battery replacement would have prevented the issue. Besides the chirping issue, a great stay!

MANAGER COMMENTS:  Oh dear!  Never good to be awakened by the sound of a super loud alarm.  Glad Amy could help out but so sorry it wasn't the problem.  We are so pleased you called us so we could help out as soon as possible.  We'll be sure to get checking in on those CO and smoke detectors.  We usually have a 6 month cycle where we check them all out for all our properties in the in-between seasons....not sure how this one fell through!  We hope to get to host you again in another, more serene property!

Winter Park Lodging Company staff

With the bunk room that sleeps four, and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, it was a perfect place for a family of four. There was both an upstairs and downstairs family room/TV room, so the kids Had their own hang out space when they wanted. The unit was clean, and check-in/check-out was easy. I also really liked that the Winter Park Lodging Company called to make sure we were well settled and let us know how to reach someone should we need to. My only critique would be that the unit could use better lighting in some spaces - maybe some under cabinet lighting in the kitchen, another lamp in the upstairs family room, and a brighter lightbulb in the laundry room. On the flipside, the dining room light was way too bright, and could use a dimmer. Also make sure to bring your own laundry detergent if you want to do more than a couple of loads.These are minor things though, and we are definitely planning to use the unit again for future ski trips - as a matter of fact, we already have a place booked again next month!

We stayed here over Christmas Break and loved it. Everything was Beautiful and decorated wonderfully . We skied every day and it was very close to the ski lodge, just a little drive. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of skiing. The view is perfect if felt like we were up in her own little world as trees surrounded. It was roomy and spacious for our whole family. I would highly recommend it. The lodging company was wonderful to work with. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all 8 of us...and kids in their own place! Very comfortable and felt like home with everything you could need. End property so nice and quiet too. Loved working with the rental company. Everyone so friendly and helpful. We will come back!
