Tucked among the pines in the Rendezvous neighborhood, Wanderlust is a 3,500 square foot custom home built for the kind of group that shows up with skis, bikes, kids and the dog. Four bedrooms, two separate living areas, and trails leaving right from the neighborhood mean everyone gets what they came for, including Fido.

Two living spaces is the thing that makes this home work. Whether the grown-ups want a quiet corner while the kids commandeer the other room, or two families want to spread out without living on top of each other, there's room for both here. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for everything from a slow breakfast to a big family dinner, the open dining area seats the whole group, and expansive decks wrap the home with mountain air and nothing but towering pines in every direction. Radiant heated floors run throughout, which you'll appreciate every single morning in January.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite sits on the main level alongside a Queen bedroom, so there's no stair climbing required after a long day. Downstairs holds a second Queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room built for the kiddos, teens, or whoever draws the short straw. Every bed is dressed in hotel-style luxury linens, and the home comes stocked with the things that actually matter on a family trip: kids' plates and cups, a high chair, extra blankets and pillows, detergent for the laundry, and full bathroom amenities.
The best part might be just outside. Step onto the Rendezvous trail system for hiking and biking straight from the door, sled the hill in winter, settle a ping pong grudge match, then sink into the large private hot tub under a sky absolutely crowded with stars. Downtown Winter Park and the concerts at Hideaway Park are about eight minutes away, the Resort is eleven, and Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are an easy drive when you want a bigger adventure. Wanderlust is the kind of home your whole crew, four-legged members included, will want to come back to!

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite and a Queen Bedroom on the main level, plus a Queen Bedroom and a Bunk Room with two Twin/Queen bunk beds downstairs. Sleeps up to 12 guests.

Please Note: Quiet hours begin at 10pm daily. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round. Like much of the valley, you may occasionally hear nearby construction, train activity, or normal neighborhood sounds.
