I loved staying here! It was just right for what we needed and having a private hot tub was the icing. Very large kitchen made cooking so easy. Fireplace in the Primary room was also a great touch! We were 4 adults and 2 kids so it was perfect bedding and layout. Heated garage was also excellent. Free shuttle pick up to get you right to the resort....it was all so easy! We'll be back for sure. Thanks so much!

This place was absolutely amazing! We felt right at home and really enjoyed our stay. The living room was extremely cozy and the couch was incredibly comfortable, and the dining area was beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of spices and tools. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all really cozy and nice as well, and we really enjoyed the showers and tubs.
While this is unambiguously a 5 star stay, there were a couple little nit-picky things to note. First, the garage door was only 6'9 tall (or something like that), so our SUV with a roof rack didn't fit in to use the parking space. Second, the hot water seemed limited. It wasn't very hot to begin with and ran out after a couple showers. Finally, the kitchen had all the tools you could want, but very little in the way of Tupperware or storage, so we had to improvise a bit.
Overall though, I absolutely recommend this place. We loved staying here and look forward to coming back next year!

We booked this condo for several days to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The location was perfect - right on the Lift line and walkable to Cooper Creek square. The complex was quiet, well maintained and felt quite private. We will definitely stay here again.

A terrific and spacious townhome really. Loved the fireplace in the King suite. Having a private hot tub was fantastic! Bathrooms were all new/updated and it was very clean and comfortable for us. A great value and we will be back!

Great location with a great space for either friends or families to stay to go skiing at Winter Park! Bus system is just down the road. The place had all the amenities we were looking for including a well maintained hot tub (crucial imo for out of town skiers not used to the leg exercise). Check in and out was a breeze and the host was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Lodging at Ponderosa Pines was nice a little home away from home. It was spacious and comfortable. The lodge was well stocked especially the kitchen. The decor was nice. It was a quiet space with spaces that we could retreat without the feeling of being excluded. All the neighbors we met were really nice. Parking was a bit trying since there was only one parking space and once another guest parked in the space next to Unit #9, it was hard to get into the Unit #9 space. My guest and I are all of age, so climbing into the bunk bed was not fun. For this reason, I would not rent at this location again if I had the same number of guests staying with me. I did notice there was a tear in one of the bar stools and there was also one of the staircase rod iron post was not secure to the riser.

Overall, it was a great place, and I would stay there again. The place was nicely decorated. The gas-powered fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room were a nice touch. The hot tube was well maintained. In fact, they came by while we were there to check it. The hosts response to questions was prompt and polite. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools needed to cook most foods and spices as well. The TV was somewhat confusing to use in the living room and limited compared to other places we stayed, but we didn't come to watch TV. There was a Blu-ray player if you want to rent movies. BTW, the view was nice.

We recently stayed at the ponderosa pines and were very happy with the accommodations. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and well-appointed, and it was very clean. The bedrooms were comfortable, with the small exception of the pillows, which we found to be stiff and hard. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and would recommend a stay there!

Our group had six people (three couples) and were looking for a comfortable place to stay while skiing Winter Park. This house was everything we wanted and more. There are three full bathrooms, a fireplace on both floors, fully stocked kitchen and a perfect hot tub. We never felt cramped and had plenty of space to spread out. It was perfectly located near Christy Sports so we walked to get our rentals and we’re able to walk to/from dinner and drinks. The bathrooms were stocked and the kitchen even had additional spices, coffee, etc. you couldn’t ask for better accommodations if you are looking to go with friends or family.

Communication from the property owner was great from the booking through check out. Property was clean and spacious. Hot tub was awesome after a long day on the slopes. It was nice to have underground parking though I could see that getting a little tight depending on how many renters/owners are there on the weekends. Everyone in our group loved their stay. Only minor suggestion would maybe be having a Roku or streaming device on the tvs to allow guests to log into their accounts to watch additional programming. Overall wad a great experience, thanks!

Super nice place close to the ski report. I like how the top level is social and the bottom was all bedrooms. High quality furniture and appliances. Hot tub was super nice. Parking is the only negative with 1 garage space. But the garage parking down the street wasn’t to much of a hassle. Would stay again!

Great, very clean condo, very well stocked kitchen. Loved the hot tub! Tons of room for the whole family to hang out in the living room and dining area. Bedrooms are nice size not cramped at all. Parking garage is great for a more secure area if you bring bikes or other equipment. Don't bring a full-sized truck though, it's tight with a mid-sized SUV. We loved how close the condo is to town and hike/biking trails. There are 2 trail heads a mile or so away. Really enjoyed our stay and will plan to come back! Quite neighbor hood, very country feel. Oh our daughter saw a black bear walking across the back yard too!

Perfect for our family ski vacation. Slept 9 comfortably. Kitchen was fully equipped to handle anything. Hot tub is perfect after a day on the mountain. Shuttle to the base of the mountain is a very very short walk. The staff are very helpful and I never had an issue getting a question answered. We will definitely be back.

This is a great place to stay. It has everything you need and is very accurate to the pictures and description.
We really loved the hot tub every day after returning from Skiing. it was always ready to go.
The location is great and just @50 yds from a bus stop. It is only a 15-minute walk to downtown as well.
Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing. You have a heated garage to park your car, which was appreciated when it was -10 degrees outside. The private hot tub was used everyday to help our sore muscles from skiing all day. The rooms were downstairs and away from main living space. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever yin needed. We ate dinner there every night, and it was so easy with all the different appliances. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful time at Ponderosa unit # 9 it was a corner unit.  The views were incredible. The rooms downstairs were all super clean and every room had a beautiful snow view. Cooking upstairs in the kitchen or outside on the grill made our family time perfect; building memories for our grown kids to have for a lifetime. The home was stock up with everything you need.  It was so nice coming home to relax in the spa after a day of skiing. Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company for our son's gift and making his day special!  We will be returning in the future.

We had a wonderful time at Ponderosa unit # 9 it was a corner unit the Views where incredible. The rooms downstairs where all super clean and every room had a beautiful snow view. Cooking upstairs in the kitchen or outside in the grill made our family time perfect building memories for our grown kids to have for a life time. We stayed here with 8 people while skiing and had plenty of space for us and our bags. Kitchen was very nice and we were able to cook up several meals. Hot tub on the lower floor was amazing after a long day skiing, as was the proximity to multiple bus routes to keep walking down on tired legs. Would definitely look into staying here again.

I love this condo! It turns out I had stayed in another place in this complex before and this one is so much better. I just love the decor and the twin over queen bunk was perfect for our family. Loved having the fireplace in the master bedroom....was a great way to drift off to sleep each night. We will be back and thanks for providing such a lovely rental to stay!

Very comfortable with excellent, well-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook for themselves. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub on the balcony. Three minute walk to shuttle bus. Large comfy couch. A couple of minor maintenance issues, but management was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Ponderosa Pines in Winter Park. The unit was tastefully furnished and the office staff more than accomodating when I got lost. You won't go wrong with this unit. I have to speak to the staff first as I am so very impressed. This was a last minute booking that they made incredibly easy. They took it upon themselves to see if the rental would be available early can called to tell me it was if we wanted and early check in.. We had a minor issue that was not in anyone's control, yet the staff brought us a bottle of wine and card just because we had to call. They are very attentive and thoughtful. The condo itself was in immaculate condition. We felt so at home there that I think I took three naps one day. The beds are super comfy. The fireplace in the master bedroom is next to the door that leads to the hot tub which was sooo nice to keep warm after making the chilly dash back inside. We saw two deer from the hot tub, and two moose from the deck. How cool! We stay in places like this several times a year and this was definitely one of my favorites. I usually don't give many reviews unless I am this happy with it. Nicely done! MANAGER COMMENTS: Well shucks! Thanks for all those kind words. We are so pleased you were able to enjoy an easy and fun stay with us. It's always pretty special when you can spy on the moose! We'd love to have you back so just let us know.

This is a great choice if you like to cook and entertain. The kitchen has everything you need and the dinning table is terrific. Nice bench seats so you an all fit at the table, eat, drink and play games. If you have a big group this is terrific. The staff was also very attentive. They called to make sure we got in ok and if we had any needs. Top notch customer service. Our family had a great stay and I would highly reccomend Unit #9

What a great report! While it is nice to go out for a meal, that can be tough with a large group. It is wonderful to cook together and eat together. Glad you enjoyed the stay.

Eight adults and a 3-year-old! Ponderosa Pines had the PERFECT unit for us. Spacious and comfortable, lots of windows giving us endless views of the snow-covered nature outside PLUS a private hottub. Perfect! Questions? So glad we booked through Winter Park Lodging. This year's shuttle bus schedule was very unpredictable. Winter Park Lodging had the answers for us. Their response to any question was quick, professional and friendly. We come to WP every year for 26 years now. Winter Park Lodging will hear from us again. I had a great time and really enjoyed my stay in this cabin. Beautiful view of the mountains and tons of snow to play in. It was also very close to a lot of snow activities.

We had a group of 9 and it was easy to cook for everyone in the well stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. We've stayed with Winter Park Lodging Company a few times now and will be back again next year.
