Designed to feel like a traditional mountain lodge, you’ll love the cozy feeling throughout the home. The undisputed star of the home is the main level living area with kitchen, dining, and lounge, stylishly laid out before a two-story wall of windows. Thoughtfully designed with attractive cabinetry, modern appliances and a large kitchen island with bar seating, the kitchen offers a great space to both cook and come together. Visiting in the summer? Can’t get enough of the great outdoors? Open up the french doors and take it to the large deck with propane grill and built-in seating for a fabulous al fresco feast. - This is a quiet neighborhood, so if you are looking for a mountain home to party in, this gorgeous mountain home is not for you. Quiet hours begin at 10pm daily and outdoor lights must be out by 9 pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.
- This home does not have air conditioning, but there is a ceiling fan or portable fan in each room.
