Had a wonderful stay! The house has phenomenal views, and we loved the hot tub overlooking the valley to Winter Park. Very communicative, check in and out was easy, clean and spacious. The shuttle to Winter Park resort was a real plus.

We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside - the views of the hill from sun up to sun down were just spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and everyone had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed playing cards and watching the winter Olympics by the fire after a full day of skiing. We actually chose to walk up the hill to catch the shuttle and walked down the hill at the end of the day - a shorter commute overall.

The property was exactly as described, and even better in person than in the photographs. As a yearly visitor of Winter Park this is by far the best property I have stayed at to date. There was more than enough room, the views cannot be beat, the beds were all comfortable, the place was spotless and the oversized garage was great for our large SUV.

We had a wonderful stay at this Winter Park property. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, we enjoyed them every morning with our coffee. The location couldn’t be better, with easy access to both Winter Park Resort and downtown Winter Park, making it convenient whether we wanted to hit the slopes or grab dinner in town. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our trip. We’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

613 Trailside was the perfect home to celebrate Christmas with our adult children and their spouses. We felt right at home with all the amenities we needed. It was the best stocked kitchen of any home we have rented. The views were spectacular, the home was spotless, the hot tub was perfect after a long day of skiing and the common areas were the perfect size and comfort for us. We would definitely consider renting this home again on a return trip. We highly recommend to families wanting to enjoy a quiet space after a busy day.

Very nice accommodations with easy access to the slopes. We left very early every morning and were able to park in the free parking lot across the highway. The kitchen was very well designed and fit several people in it at the same time. It was also well appointed with most of what you would need with my only complaint being the poor quality of knives. There were also basic spices and a few other odds and ends, which was super helpful! I would definitely rent again.

Our stay here was great! The house was beautiful and clean, and the host was flexible and allowed us to check-in early. The upstairs was great as a communal space and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple meals. And you can't beat the view!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is just as described and comfortably fit 6 adults. We’ll definitely try to book again for next season! It’s about a 4 minute uphill walk to the bus stop which is difficult in ski boots while carrying your equipment, but still very convenient! Also, the Green Bus line stops running at 5:30pm so make sure to be off the mountain by then. Highly recommend renting a car for a perfect trip!

Views and location were stunning. The house was beautiful and easy to get around. Our rooms were a great size. We came with two kids under the age of 3 so we needed extra room for their things and to run around. This house had all of that including a short walk up the hill to the bus stop that made accessing Winter Park that much easier.

This was a terrific stay. The home was exactly as advertised. Winter Park ski resort was within 2 min and the view of the mountain and ski runs from the living room was amazing. This has to be one of the best locations for skiers who want a private and peaceful location. The home was spotless and ready for us to enjoy. We will definitely be back.

My guest and I had an amazing stay. It was just what we needed for a quick getaway out of our city. The home was exactly as described but even better in person. The incredible views, the hot tub, and the overall living areas made us feel right at home and special at the same time. I had a family matter the night before I checked in and considered canceling, so I gave the hosts a heads up. They were very compassionate about my situation and I really appreciated that. Upon arrival there was a bottle of wine to help me relax into my vacation. It was so thoughtful to do that, in addition to the responsiveness and genuine concern for my situation. We would definitely return here should we make our way back to Winter Park!

The icing was it's managed with the same company we originally enjoyed working with. This was a fantastic property to enjoy summer in Winter Park. Summer is awesome in CO and this house was the perfect place to enjoy it! Overall the layout is perfect for a family and this house feels professionally decorated, so my wife loved it! Kitchen was decked out so we cooked at home more than we ate out. The views from the deck of the resort are incredible and we spent plenty of time in the hot tub. Kids were able to stream from the smart tvs and I worked a bit and can attest to the high speed wifi. Winter Park Lodging Company had to come by to mess with the door lock once and Zach couldn't have been nicer! 10/10 for this place!

Amazing house. Views are sublime, fully stocked kitchen, family style dining table, balcony with grill, 2nd living room was nice place to relax, beds were comfy and 3 full baths made getting ready painless, shower water pressure was great, and the hot tub was everything we needed it to be! Also the shuttle to WPR was very convenient, and the LIFT bus will also bring you to Fraser and back at night if you call and ask them which saved us since big time we did not rent a car. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a wonderful family stay again this year. This is the third unit we have stayed in the past 4 years. the unit was very nice, well furnished, good parking, and very clean. I would suggest a broom and dustpan to help clean up the wood floors and the hot tub cover needs replaced it's a real load, hard to lift. Thanks

This townhouse was perfect! The views, furniture, amenities were first class. Our townhouse was stocked with everything imaginable and unimaginable. Winter Park Lodging was a pleasure to work with. They followed up to make sure we were pleased and had everything we needed. I usually don’t like to stay at the same place twice, as I like to experience different houses, but next time we go to Winter Park, Lakota Trailside 613 is the home we will stay in and Winter Park Lodging will be our booking company!

If your looking for an Airbnb in Winter Park this is the place, it’s beautiful ! The views are amazing and the house and property are even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Even though there’s other properties around this house still feels very secluded and private. The place is well stocked and the hot tub is amazing, would love there if I could. The hosts were very accommodating and left a guide and personal touches and were very responsive. Wish I could have stayed forever !

I frequently travel for work and leisure and I can honestly say this is one of the best lodging experiences I have ever had!  The customer service team was stellar from planning through booking and all the way to the end of our stay!  If we needed anything it was taken care of right away.  The home was immaculate with gorgeous views.  The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking.  The rooms were comfortable with plenty of blankets and towels.  The hot tub was ready with plenty of space of the 7 of us and a perfect addition we didn't know how much we would need after days of hiking and skiing.  The heated floors kept us comfortably warm and the cozy fireplace was perfect.  There is plenty of space to store your ski gear and winter clothes as well as a quick washer and dryer so you don't have to bring tons of clothes.  As a bonus, the shuttle is just a short walk up the street to get to the resort and town if you do not want to drive.  I could go on for a while, but it was just an outstanding experience overall and we are so glad we went with Winter Park Lodging Company.

We loved bringing our family here just before the holidays! The home is pure luxury and we can't say enough about the service with Winter Park Lodging Company. We spent a couple days here for our minimoon (short honeymoon) and the place is absolutely breathtaking! It was clean from top to bottom. The mountains are right outside of the window making great views from anywhere in the house, especially from the private hot tub. Really lovely property! We all enjoyed staying there and all those crazy views. More than enough room for everyone. Very updated and super clean. We hope to come back for ski season and thanks so much for opening up to us.

My family had a great time. The house was clean, cozy and well equipped with everything. (i.e. towels, sheet sets, extra comforters, dishes and pots/pans) Great location! We would stay there again.

Very nice mountain modern, hip property. The views are insane! Really gorgeous property and having the 2 car garage was so helpful for our group cause boy did it SNOW! Everything is so new and nice up there. We had a terrific time and will let our friends know. Kudos to all for such a special mountain retreat!

Trailside 613 was such a beautiful, spacious, modern chic with a little country twist. I absolutely was taken in by the views I had from the patio, looking right at the resort. The hot tub was a hit, and loved to just relax and cook in the awesome kitchen.
