Fantastic experience with WP Lodging! Our host, Mindy, was proactive in reaching out and communicating the necessary information. Our unit was exactly as described in listing, but most importantly impeccably clean!! The hot tub was impeccably clean as well. We also appreciated the starter+ set up of trash bags, paper towels, coffee, dishwasher pods, tp, as well as oils, sugar, S/P. It was perfect. Definitely a great overall experience!

This place has it all, nicely stocked kitchen, ample garage space for 2 SUVs, nice spaces in bedrooms each having ensuite bathrooms, comfortable linens, beautiful views of the mountains and Winter Park ski area. There are games and toys, cozy fireplace, gas grill and private hot tub. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Wow what a great house and location! Being directly across the street from Winter Park Village and a shuttle stop around the corner was very convenient!
Great house for an adults family group getaway with every bedroom having its own bathroom. We didn't even mind the queen bunk bed in the 4th bedroom! Provided plenty of privacy for needed wind down time. Having a true 2-car garage to park our full size SUVs was extremely beneficial.
The views of the mountain, ski slopes and sunsets were spectacular! Highly recommend this mountain getaway!

Condominium is beautifully decorated and well stocked! Lots of stuff in kitchen! Pots, pans, utensils, multiple small appliances, lots of dishes(plastic for young kids too), silverware, storage containers and glasses!! Well stocked towels for showering and hot tub. Nice throw blankets in rooms and tv areas. Condominium was clean, hot tub clean, nice grill and fireplace was cozy. The condominium has nice space for our family of 7. We had 2 SUVs that fit in heated garage and a truck in the driveway. The condominium is just a few minutes from WP base and MJ base areas and easy to get to dinners or shopping in Winter Park, Fraser or Tabernash.

I have stayed in many air b n bs and this one stands out for all of its accommodations. They knew exactly what we would need. For example: towels right near the hot tub. They gave clear instructions on how everything worked. And everything DID work. The welcome gift was a nice touch as well. We had 2 families-11 people who stayed comfortably. That’s a rare find for us! Great experience, I would rent again with them

It was very well equipped with anything and everything we could need including humidifiers, all the kitchen appliances, cozy blankets, etc. The home was decorated for the holidays which our kids especially enjoyed. This home was absolutely perfect for our spring break ski stay! The layout of the home is perfect for families! 2 rooms w king beds that are both like master suites (one up and one down) and each bedroom had en suite bathrooms. Loved the downstairs game room are with the most comfortable couch! The kitchen was well stocked - the most well stocked of any rental I've ever stayed at! It had everything including spices and oils and pressure cooker and ninjas and just so many things! We cooked a lot and it was great! I was truly impressed with this property! Access to the winter park resort was easy and we found parking at vintage lot and taking the cabriolet over was easiest! We did not use the shuttle but saw that it was nearby. Incredible place!

One of the best rentals I've ever stayed in! It's clean and well appointed! The beds are comfortable and views of the mountains are beautiful. It was great for two families of 4. My only suggestions would be to have a couple more towels in the bathrooms and add a first aid kit (we needed a bandage and couldn't find one), otherwise a perfect property!

Incredible location if you plan to spend time on the mountain. Fully stocked kitchen with every dish, appliance or glassware you could possibly need. Host did not skimp on amenities and we had plenty of everything we needed. Furnishings were high end and house was very comfortable

Cannot say enough good things about our stay at 609! The home itself was immaculate, cozy, and right across from Winter Park Resort which was incredibly convenient for our ski trip. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable, and the home had everything we needed to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The views from the hot tub after a long day on the mountain just made it that much better. I would absolutely book again, and highly recommend this place to anyone looking at visiting Winter Park!

I'm comfortable saying this was the best vacation rental I've ever had. This relatively new home is well designed, decorated, maintained, and cleaned. The entire home is well-stocked with everything one might need. Shuttle bus stops about 100 yards uphill from the property, but we found the shuttle service (provided by the town) to be a bit slow and unpredictable. Still better than dealing with parking, though.

Awesome place to stay in we loved the views! The place was super clean by far one of best places we have stayed at well stocked! Only thing we where not prepared for was the elevation! It is over 10k feet I never thought to research how it would affect us. My wife had elevation sickness for over 24 hours.we have stayed at places that where 7-8k in elevation n ver had problems I guess the extra 2k do make difference. Headaches, dizziness and it is hard to breathe indoors at least for us. I wish there was a warning about that or if there was I missed it. Overall loved the place and staff was super friendly and helpful.outdoor Fireplace instructions where not super clear as there is a valve on side of house that you have to open in order for it to work, bit frustrating but figured it out.

We loved our stay at Lakota Trailside 609. The decor in this home really made it unique and beautiful. The kitchen is stunning and was equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. The views of the ski resort are unmatched, and are even better when you’re sitting in your own private hot tub. Gathering around the outdoor fire pit was our favorite nightly occurrence. Margaret with Winter Park Lodging Company gave us great recommendations on the best trails to hike during the summer months, and they did not disappoint. Lovely home, lovely staff, and a very lovely stay overall. We’ll be back!

Three families (6 adults, 4 children) stayed at Lakota Trailside 609 the week between Christmas and New Years and we absolutely loved it! The unit is very large - the extra living area and bunk room were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked with staples like sugar and salt. the house is perfectly decorated but not overly decorated. The bedrooms are huge and all bedrooms have an attached bath. The whole home was meticulously cleaned before our arrival. We would stay here again!

Home was beautifully appointed (even had some holiday decor) and overall comfortable and our extended family would stay again!!
Home:
The view is lovely and just as pictured/ gorgeous sunsets.
It was quite clean overall, especially the kitchen, which had about every cooking gadget you’d need as well as had soap and paper towels (eg beyond one day starters). Bathrooms had Aveda toiletries, & nice towels, nice touches throughout. Bathroom floors could have used a little more attention to detail/maybe one more pass with a mop but that’s the only cleaning nit.
Bedding is nice and warm and our bed at least was super soft and sinky… appreciated there were fans in each room & windows could be opened as the heating can be a little tricky to adjust (as was implied by management in instructions for radiant heat).
Hot tub and fire pit were working/no issues.
We didn’t use the grill.
Oven takes a while to preheat but all other appliances worked great.
We were able to fit two cars into the garage.
Management:
Text communication with a property manager was appreciated and nice way for quick questions to be answered promptly.
Check in / out was slick and no big hoops to jump thru.
They didn’t shovel out our fire pit and hot tub in advance of arrival even though the snow wasn’t new, which was irritating but they did come out upon request eventually.
We would stay again- overall a lovely place and we’ll taken care of!

Stop looking, this is THE house! Wonderful location nestled on the hillside of Winter Park. Easy ride on the bus to the slopes - faster than parking and walking! This house is the perfect ski rental. It fit our 2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) with plenty of space for everyone. The owners have decorated the place very nicely and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Seriously one of the best stocked rental houses we have ever stayed at. You can tell how much thought the owners have put into everything. Plus, the views from the family room are beautiful to enjoy every morning. Location is perfect for the mountain with fantastic views from both levels of the property. The house comfortably fits 10 persons and feels brand new! Very much enjoyed the first experience in Winter Park, would come back next year and looks to stay in the same spot

This house could not have been better. It was decorated so stylish and was so clean. It’s right across the street from the resort so it was super convenient. Owners thought of everything we could need to everything in the kitchen to humidifiers in each room. Beds were super comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of towels. I would highly recommend this house. So lovey! And Winter Park Lodging company did an amazing job of communicating with us the entire time we were there. Top notch!

This was everything my family and I dreamed this trip would be and more. The space was exceptionally luxurious, well equipped with everything we needed and provided a space to connect together after a day of skiing. These lovely hosts value the details and it shows. Well worth the investment.

Absolutely amazing stay!!! The entire place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed for a fun cousin reunion. The ski slopes, hiking trails, snow tubing, and grocery store are less than 10 minutes away. There is a bathroom in every bedroom and two living room areas to relax. The pictures of this place do not do it justice!! The views are even better and breathtaking in person! The management company is very responsive and check I’m on ya multiple times to make sure everything was according to our expectations.

This space is absolutely stunning! I held a mini retreat for myself and 7 other women and the space far surpassed all of our expectations. Everything was sparkling clean, the place was stocked with all the amenities, appliances, games, movies, etc. you could possibly want and the design/flow of the space is amazing. The drive from the airport is a bit long but the route is very scenic. At night, you have an unmatched view of the stars and in the daytime the mountains are very visible. If I visit Denver again, I would definitely stay here!

We rented this home for our extended family during a ski race and it was absolutely perfect. The setup is great - each bedroom has its own bathroom, the main living spaces are nice and open, and the views of the mountain (and the race course) are amazing! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, the decor was modern and very high end, and the outdoor private hot tub was a nice bonus. This is really a special place!

This space is absolutely amazing. The views are top notch. The common areas are sizable and comfortable. All of the bathrooms are large and very nice. The beds are quite comfortable with more than enough bedding provided. Though Winter Park is over an hour from Denver, the drive is so scenic that it’s an experiment in and of itself and definitely does not feel like wasted road time. And the views once you’re in Winter Park are more than worth the drive. On top of the space and location being great, the property management company is outstanding. They provide a ton of local tips, very clear instructions, an app through which you can access everything you need, and are incredibly responsive when you need something. The Wi-Fi was being a little finicky and they had someone out quickly to fix it. There was an area-wide power outage during our stay and they kept us up to date and made sure we had everything we needed. I would absolutely rent from the Winter Park Lodging Company again.

This home was spotless, beautifully decorated and well appointed. It was very easy to relax and feel at home. Traveled with a 4 yo and 1 yo. Rented a full size crib from a local rental company and it could have fit easily in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The location made for an easy drive to dinner in town and touring Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Stunning views! Will always rent if available. Can’t wait to come back.

Trailside 609 was absolutely perfect. We had three couples stay in the home. Everyone had their own space as well as plenty of common areas to hang out in. Wow! Spectacular accommodations and location! The duplex is beautifully appointed and perfect for a romantic get-away and/ or family vacation. My wife and I had an awesome time. The entire place is great-brand new, incredible view of the ski runs, wonderful out door hot tub, kitchen ideal for fun and cooking, wonderfully decorated, heated garage and comfy beds. It’s quick and easy to get to the slopes or to Winter Park. The management company is superb. Sarah is the best. Great place for a great time. We had an ideal time!

This place is fabulous! Mountain modern and roomy. Loved rocking in the rockers outside and soaked up some vit D! The fellas caught the football game downstairs...and fell asleep! Great place...hope to come back for boarding! Thank you Winter Park Lodging Company.
