Brought our teenager daughter and her friends up for a birthday weekend. The layout was perfect for them to have a whole level to themselves while my husband and I enjoyed the view and the amenities of the rest of the house.

Really nice condo. Great view. Super close to the slopes which is challenging at a place like Winter Park that has very few close lodging options and even fewer ski-in-ski-out options. From this location you are about a 2 minute drive to the North Bench Lot (less if you catch the traffic light). We elected to drive and did not use the shuttle as it would take us longer to walk to the stop than it would to drive to the lot but lots of people in this area do use the shuttle, just know that it is a pretty good walk uphill if you do. Condo was great, kitchen very well stocked, gas stove, spices, foil, ziploc bags, some complementary coffee to get you through the first couple days, complementary detergent for washer/dryer. Only real complaint is the bed in the upstairs master is lousy. First, there is tons of space for a king bed and it is only a queen. But to make matters worse the mattress is awful and super soft which is a problem for those of us who prefer a firmer mattress. I recommend that management changes this. Otherwise everything else was great and we would stay again. Last thing - garage is tight but good. We didn't have a full size SUV so no problem for us but it is possible some large SUV's may be too long, FYI.

Had the best weekend with friends here! This house exceeded our expectations. Top features for us were -- a huge, very comfortable couch that could fit almost our entire group, beds for everyone (bonus points for multiple queens for couples), a kitchen that could accommodate meals for a large group, a hot tub, incredible view of the mountain, and easy access to the free ski shuttle to WP resort. I can't wait to return!

The home was great and big enough for two families. Beautiful view from the back deck and hat tub! The only downside was the wait for the Winter Park shuttle and the uphill walk home from the shuttle stop.

Fall in winter park is beautiful. The aspens began to turn yellow this week and it was so nice to sit on the balcony to see the color. The house is amazing- perfect space for a group although we only used a small section of the house. Hot tub incredible. View spectacular. Winter park lodging were so great to work with. They were able to offer an earlier check in and later check out. Loved the flexibility and willingness to consider. Highly recommend staying with this group and this townhome.

everything about the place was very good. the one thing we didn't expect was all the beds being together in the basement except the master bedroom and not having enough bathrooms in the basement for them. other than that everything else the description could be better so that if we had a mix of males and females we could manage it better

The best views of the resort! Was really fun to watch the snowcats working at night. Private hot tub was a real treat and checked on during our stay. Everything we could need was supplied and ready. Very easy check in/out process. We were impressed and would come back and recommend.

This was a vacation selected to be close to CU Boulder where our daughter and friends are in attendance. Proximity made it possible for them to spend time with us. The location was perfect, nice mountian views for sure and driving to and from the mountain was great. There is the Lift Bus however, we did not use it. The condo was clean and neat. Nice hot tub. The kitchen worked well. However, was limited on cooking utensils, and frying pans a pretty scratched up. The griddle for making pancakes did not work. There were limited coffee cups and wine glasses. Winter Park Lodging took care of that right away. Winter Park Lodging we continually checking in with us which was comforting to know we have a managing agent to go to

Fairly easy access to load/ unload vehicles. Garage fit one mid sized SUV. Limited parking for multiple vehicles in driveway; however, that was mostly due to the exceptional amount of snow.

Everything was as described. The hot tub was amazing, and the kitchen was excellent. There were plenty of beds, and the mattresses were comfortable. A bit of a hike up the hill from the bus stop at the end of the day, but was easier once we left the skis and boots in a locker at the resort. Would stay here again.

We were 8 adults and sometimes it challenging finding adult bedding for us all. This was perfect and affordable! We all LOVED the patio with the heater for those cool mountain nights. Spectacular views and we're all going to try and get back for skiing/riding!

Wonderful stay! The only thing I would change is to have a balcony off the master and to have a larger bed in master. Lots of games to play with some missing pieces. We did have a recliner chair that was broken when we arrived. There was construction going on across the street as well so it was a bit loud but we weren’t at the condo but mornings and evenings anyway.

We had the house with a bunch of friends over thanksgiving. The house was clean, well stocked and cozy! Not to mention the hot tub stayed warm and had an AMAZING view. I still can’t believe we got so many great ski days in in November. I highly recommend this property for any stay in winter park

Perfect location. Beautiful view. 4 minute drive to the ski resort. We were given an early check-in which helped so much with our schedule! Plenty of space for our party of 8. Could have even fit a few more. Would recommend this property!

We enjoyed this rental for our August stay in Winter Park. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with attention to details. We had a marvelous experience at Lakota Northwoods 305. The sleeping accommodations were well laid out and the mattresses throughout the home were extremely comfortable. The home decor fit well with the Colorado mountain landscape. The scenic views were absolutely breathtaking, with a direct view of the Alpine Slide. The Winter Park Lodging Co team was friendly and accessible.

Our family had a great experience at this property. Far enough from the slopes to be nice and quiet, but close enough that it was not a hassle to get to the slopes. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed. There was a high chair and a pack n' play for our infant. Kids loved the jacuzzi. Would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time. 4 adults, 2 small children. House was very clean and both kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked. Lots of towels in both. Hot tub was super clean. The view was wonderful as was the location, just minutes to the ski resort and not far from town. Property Management (Winter Park Lodging) was 5 star! They helped us with all of our questions/concerns before hand and were right on top of things when we had a problem with the garbage disposal. They left coupons and goodies for us. Really nice personal touch. Per their recommendation we used a grocery service that brought in our groceries and stocked the kitchen before our arrival. It was so nice! Only recommendation to the owner would be to put a king size bed in the master bedroom. Lots of room for it. Not sure why there isn't already one there. Lots to do in Winter Park. Very family oriented ski resort. We will be back again and will book this unit again!

Lakota Northwoods 305 is a fabulous property. We found the view spectacular, the home very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Kitchen was fully stocked. Even had items like plastic wrap and foil. Jacuzzi was very clean as was the rest of the house. The only item to note is that it is 3 levels so there are a lot of stairs. Also, as stated in previous review, it would be nice to have a king size bed in the master bedroom instead of a queen. What really made this property shine was the excellent service/response we received from the Winter Park Lodging Co. From booking to check in, they were in constant communication with us. We had many questions going in and they responded to all in a very timely manner. We used their referral for grocery delivery. That worked out perfect, with the frig stocked upon our arrival. Really recommend that!! We had one small problem with the garbage disposal and they had it fixed within a couple of hours. They left a welcome message and goodies for us. All around great people to work with. Great home. 5 star experience for sure!! We will be back!

This home accommodated our large group and slept 10 comfortably. The views were spectacular from the porch!!! We enjoyed using the sleds in the garage to play in the snow. The kitchen was well stocked and we used the delivery service (Grocery Guys) for our groceries. They were placed in the fridge and the cabinets before we arrived! Winter Park Lodging went above and beyond, catering to our every need and even getting us a charger for the Bose speaker. The location was convenient too. It is on the free shuttle route and a very short ride to the resort or the town. However, the walk back from the shuttle stop is uphill. The house was very clean upon arrival, even though it was a quick turnaround between guests and an early check-in for us. We were so impressed by this company and this home! Thanks for making our vacation wonderful!

305 Northwoods was an amazing property, there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The hot tub was a big hit, and the views were top notch! The managers were amazing to work with, putting a Christmas tree up and leaving a thoughtful gift basket for us. My son left his laptop there and they offered to pay to ship it to us back home. We will definitely be back!

305 Northwoods was an amazing property, there was plenty of space for our family of 4 to spread out. The hottub was a big hit, and the views were top notch! This unit was really nice. It was clean and check in was super easy online. The kitchen is super well stocked with dishes, cooking pans and basic condiments such as spices. The hot tub was really nice, clean and well maintained. The bathrooms have plenty of towels, soap, and toilet paper. The garage was a really nice feature since it snowed on us when we were there. It was great to keep our truck out of the snow. The only cons about this unit are the back doors are difficult to unlock and relock. Same with the windows. I would of liked to have curtains in the master bedroom for more privacy and to help keep it dark in the morning. The beds are all very very very soft. I prefer a firm mattress so the beds were that comfortable. It would also have been nice to have a king size bed in the master. There is plenty of space for one. Overall, we loved this unit as a rental and will probably return if the opportunity presents itself.

We thoroughly enjoyed an extended weekend with our 19 and 17 yr old daughters, the property felt like home away from home! Enjoyed the hot tub several times, and it was very well maintained. The views are spectacular and we often used the deck and outdoor heater. We took advantage of the games in the closet and many meals at the large dining room table. Kitchen was well stocked with anything needed to cook or grill plus had seasonings, paper towels, etc. Property is close to day tripping to scenic passes and overlooks. Close enough to town for necessities but away from the crowds nestled up on the side of the hill. Just bring your clothes and you’re set! We stayed in the fall/early October non-ski season. Absolutely perfect and affordable for what is available.

Lodging was pristine (even the beige carpets!) with new appliances and comfortable bedding. Location was ideal - less than 5 min drive to Winter Park base and gorgeous views of the slopes. Plenty of sleeping for group (lots of bunk beds) or families. Highly recommend!

Great stay. Instructions sent before getting there were very thorough. Unit was very nice and clean. Plenty of kitchen cooking pots and pans and plenty of towels. Garage was nice to have given the snowy weather. All in all, great place and would certainly recommend.

Lots of beds despite relatively small square footage. Everything looked and felt new. The view was absolutely spectacular. And the support staff were all friendly and helpful. A much better option than staying in town!

This condo was fantastic- great location, every amenity and immaculate. High end appliances, nicely appointed kitchen and quality furniture and bedding. We stayed a week and could not have been happier with a home base for our travels. We had a 19 and 17 year old who had their own “area” downstairs with plenty of space and gaming! We hiked the Arapaho and Rocky Mountains and saw moose, marmot, elk, Fox, pikas and deer. At the condo we also saw many deer, a silvery Fox and a moose! The management company was excellent with communications and very helpful with inquiries. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again on our next visit to Winter Park!

This house was absolutely perfect for our ski trip! Very up to date and the kitchen was a chef’s dream. If coming up in the winter I would recommend 4x4 as it is up on a hill, which makes for a great view of the mountain, but a tricky drive in the snow. Would 100% recommend to stay here!

This house was absolutely perfect for our ski trip! Very up to date and the kitchen was a chef's dream. If coming up in the winter I would recommend 4x4 as it is up on a hill, which makes for a great view of the mountain, but a tricky drive in the snow. Would 100% recommend to stay here! MANAGER COMMENTS: So great to hear! We are so pleased you enjoyed it up there. For sure the 4x4 is helpful and really is standard here anytime from November through April! We really enjoyed staying at Lakota Northwoods 305. The location is convenient to everything and has great views. The condominium is beautiful and well stocked. The staff at Winter Park Lodging Company is very helpful. Sam and Jill gave us great information and someone was always available. Thank you so much!

We were just a bit too early for opening week at the Resort but will be back....pick your runs from the house! Very clean, comfy beds and loads of room. Great hot tub and kids loved the X-box (so did the adults!). We'll be back to ski!
