Great communication from the host from booking through departure! The condo was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Very roomy and well constructed. The hot tub was used daily and the views of the mountain were fantastic. We cooked several nights and the kitchen was well stocked.

This was a great spot for our trip to Winter Park. Hop, skip, jump over to the resort so easy for us to have a great parking spot or could take the circulating shuttle too and dropped right at gondola!  We had loads of room with just 5 of us and really loved having a garage as well. Lovely kitchen with more than what you need to whip up meals.  We would surely recommend and hope to return.

With the main bedroom upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs this is a perfect place for families to stay and spread out! Hot tub was great. Check in process was painless! The fridge in the kitchen maybe needs to be leveled, but that was the only minor thing we noticed. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at 106 Lakota Mountain Lodge. the weather was beautiful and there are so many activities to do. Winter Park is much less crowded than Breckenridge which was a huge plus. the house had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. we would definitely stay again!

Wonderful view, clean, spacious, attentive staff and very well appointed. this place was perfect for our ski trip. There is a Lift bus stop right outside that takes you across the highway to the base of WP and the views can't be beat. Perfect accommodations! The condo was comfortable for our family of 5 with fully grown kids and the garage fit our Tahoe. Beautiful views of the mountains and ski resort. The shuttle bus to/from Winter Park picks up and drops off just a few steps away. Winter Park Lodging Company did a great job communicating and the condo was stocked with everything needed.

We loved our stay in Winter Park! Great communication with the property management. The location was wonderful. It’s directly across from Winter Park resort which was convenient since we wanted to spend a day there. The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. Plenty of room for my husband and two of our boys! We enjoyed the warm hot tub every night and the mountain views from the deck were gorgeous. We even saw some deer walking right next to the condo and lots of humming birds too. We can’t wait to visit again next summer!

This is a great location and a cozy place to stay. The hot tub was warm and waiting for us to arrive, and the view of the stars from the hot tub was spectacular. The beds and amenities were comfortable and exactly as described. For any issues (at one point the smart lock on the front door needed a new battery) or questions the team was extremely responsive, attentive, and helpful. They had it solved promptly, which was a relief after a long day coordinating multiple airport arrivals for my group. This property is managed by a very professional company, and they helped make our vacation a comfortable one.

What a magnificent property!! The views of Winter Park mountain are nothing less than breathtaking from this condo. The main level has the entry from the front door and garage as well as the living room, kitchen, and balcony. The upper level contains only the master suite where the wife and I could rest. And, the lower level was the perfect place to allow the kids to be themselves...two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the laundry room. The hot tub access was through the queen bedroom on the lower level. We had only a few minor maintenance items to report, but the managing company was fantastic and quick to access the property while we were away. All rooms were perfectly supplied with towels, sheets, soaps, and shampoos. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans, dishes, silverware, cups, and glasses, and the full-size refrigerator provided plenty of room for our grocery run. I'm hopeful we can make a return visit to Lakota 106 next year!

We loved this place. It had lots of room for our family for time together and for the kids to go hand on their own in their rooms. We had lots of space at play games, hang by the fire and watch TV. Wifi worked great for teens on their phones. Beds were very comfortable. We had great views out the windows and from the deck. Sat in the hot tub while it snowed, watched the snow cats groom the ski hill and had super easy access to get over to the ski hill during the day. Will book this place again for a future trip!

Five of us spent a week at Lakota Mountain Lodge 106 and enjoyed it. The place was generally comfortable and very convenient to the skiing. The hot tub was clean and worked well. The gas fireplace was a little lame. Parking outside was not a good option because of limited space, but for some reason there was no garage door clicker provided, which was a royal pain. Beds were harder than we like. The stove and oven took some getting used to as the temps were off (the oven was hotter than indicated and the burners cooler unless on high). The dishwasher would not run through an entire cycle without stopping and wanting a restart.

Manager Comment: Thank you for your feedback. When the snow conditions are fantastic the parking does become tight in that neighborhood. A small price for the sensational turns you get on the hill. We will take a look at the fireplace, oven and dishwasher and get them back up to speed. If you ever experience an issue with anything at the house during your stay always give us a call right away and we will be over to get it fixed right asap. Hope to see you for another stay when the snow is flying. It's been amazing conditions!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The views from the living area were beautiful! It was also a great location to the slopes and the Lift pick-up. We also enjoyed the privacy of the hot tub. The only complaint we had was being notified by email of hot tub maintenance, which was perfectly fine during our stay, but the maintenance crew happily let themselves in and downstairs to the hot tub without any notice - no knock on the door, no doorbell ring, no “hello, is anyone home.” This was a little disturbing as I was in the townhouse alone with my 8 month old daughter. Otherwise, we had a great stay and will likely revisit soon.

You need a ledge in shower for soap, shampoo, etc. The current plastic thing doesn’t work. Need better skillets and utensils. Replace these. The lighting in master bath is too weak. Nice cool water from fridge dispenser. Nice heated floors.

The Lakota property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with great attention to detail. Getting to the Winter Park lifts was convenient with a shuttle practically outside the door and still close enough to walk when not burdened with ski gear. We just loved the gorgeous view of the mountain and relaxing our sore muscles in the hot tub at night. Will definitely be back!

We thought Lakota Mountain Lodge 106 was great. Will definitely try to make it back up. Lots of room for the kids to run around. Comfortable beds. Good location. Really nice view of the ski resort. Everything was clean and it was a beautiful place to stay. The keypad entry was really nice (not having to worry about locking ourselves out!). However, most times we had to enter the code in twice to get back in...not sure if it was something we were doing wrong, or if the keypad or deadbolt needs to be looked at...

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Bring the kids back out anytime! So happy this was a successful summer getaway.The keypad can be tricky sometimes. The key is to type the numbers in slowly and make sure it's followed by the #. You will be a pro next time you come out to visit!

It was convenient having the extra mattresses for the kids, extra towels & pillows, comfortable beds, , on top of the obvious perks of a hot tub and balcony. We have a hot tub at home and sometimes are reluctant to use others but this one was well kept and very clean, with great view of the full moon and stars! We will definitely be back

Winter Park Lodging Company staff

It was nearly impossible to turn the heat down. We slept with Windows open most nights. You should take a look at that. it was usually about 75 degrees in there. The floor/radiator heat was always going. But it was otherwise perfect. I love Winter Park Lodging Company. Will continue to you book properties through you guys. Thanks!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this lovely home for three nights. The accommodations were exceptional and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were all very comfortable and the house was very clean. The best part however was the view! Sitting in the hot tub after a day of skiing looking out at the slopes was amazing, the picture of the view does not do it justice it is much better than it looks! I would highly recommend this place as well as Winter Park Lodging Company. We plan on returning next time we are in Winter Park. The kitchen faucet needs fixing but other than that everything was great.

MANAGER'S COMMENTS...You are right about the views. You would soak forever in the hot tub, if you could. Thanks for the heads up on the faucet. Our maintenance team have it back in working order.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Super convenient to the base (just a short walk down the road and across I40). Well stocked with kitchen appliances and overall a wonderfully comfortable experience. Winter Park Lodging Company was also excellent and very communicative! Would happily stay with them again.

The staff at your office in Winter Park are so helpful and knowledgeable. Our recent trip started off very poorly with another rental company when we arrived in Winter Park. We were referred to your company by a hostess of a local restaurant and we are so thankful for her suggestion. Meg and all the girls in the office that we had contact with are a HUGE asset to your organization. They went above and beyond getting us set up in a nice home at a reasonable rate. Then checking in with us to make sure that everything was OK and if we needed anything was above our expectations. We won't check with any other companies the next time we come to the area, Winter Park Lodging is our go to outfit!

The condo was very nice and close to the resort. Had great views. The separation between bed rooms was nice. Only downside is that parking can be challenging for trucks or large vehicles. Winter Park Lodging Company is always very accommodating and we will definitely stay with them again. When we had a problem with the shower not getting hot water, maintenance came to resolve the issue right away.

 Manager's Comments...So great to hear your enjoyed your visit and we were able to get the hot water working for you. The parking is a bit tight, so be sure to check with us about the location of the overflow lot next time you book.

We enjoyed our stay in Lakota Lodge 106. Only issue we had was with bunk beds which were a little uncomfortable for our adult children. We would return for a few days in a town home that had regular beds in bedrooms. All else was very comfortable.

Life happens and people drift away...but not us! A group of 9 adults plus a 1 year old cutie pie gathered from all over the country (Atlanta, Denver, Oakland, Seattle, Washington DC) for a weekend of catching up - one the slopes, sledding down the driveways, in the hot tub or the comfort of the living room & fire place, enjoying the view of the slopes. Lakota 106 was everything we needed. Enough space for everyone, good separation between the master (where the toddler slept) and the rest of the bedrooms, enough seating room in the living room for all of us to gather and close to the WP resort base...although there was no shuttle that we could find and the walk to the base was along the road. It was very helpful that the house was so kid friendly. From the crib (advertised) to the booster chair (really SHOULD be advertised) and kid sled, the parents were very happy. The house is heated by radiant heat...which makes the floors cozy and warm but it took a while for the house to heat up. The lack of air ducts also felt like there was not very good air circulation, but we fixed that by opening the doors & windows periodically. All in all, we had a wonderful time and we'll definitely be back to WP soon!

We had a great time in Winter Park, basing three days of October hiking out of Lakota 106. It provided us a welcoming spot to return and relax after outdoor activities. The off season is a great time to enjoy Colorado.

Excellent location!! Very nice amenities. Loved the hot tub. Only downside, master bedroom didn't have a television. It had a very large empty armoire that moved and squeaked every time there was movement in the room or bed, but we fixed that temporarily. One other suggestion- maybe a loveseat in the living room. There wasn't much room for people to congregate in living room together. Two people ended up sitting on the floor if we were all in there at the same time.
