Newly constructed and thoughtfully designed, this mountain contemporary retreat offers panoramic alpine views, refined finishes, and a sense of privacy that feels both rare and restorative.

An Elevated Escape
Arrival begins on the entry level, where generous storage provides space for everything needed for a day of exploration. From here, a private in-home elevator carries you upward through the home, revealing each level with intention until you arrive at the top floor great room.

The upper living level is the heart of Lakota Lookout. Vaulted ceilings, exposed wood beams, and expansive windows frame uninterrupted views of Winter Park, Mary Jane, James Peak, and Perry Peak. The surrounding landscape comes alive with endless blue skies, creating a spectacular backdrop from sunrise to sunset.

A striking fireplace anchors the space, creating an inviting setting for conversation and relaxed evenings after a day spent exploring the mountains. The chef’s kitchen blends refined design with everyday functionality, featuring premium appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a generous island with seating for five. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, making it ideal for shared meals, celebrations, and meaningful gatherings.

Two expansive decks extend the living space outdoors. Enjoy morning coffee overlooking the mountains, afternoon sunshine with a favorite book, or evening cocktails while watching the alpenglow settle across the peaks. The lower deck features a private hot tub, offering a peaceful place to unwind beneath star-filled skies.

Lakota Lookout is intentionally designed across multiple levels to provide both togetherness and privacy.
A dedicated den offers a comfortable lounge for movie nights, games, or quiet afternoons, while the loft above the great room creates an additional gathering space overlooking the home's stunning architecture and mountain views.
Each bedroom serves as a private retreat, thoughtfully appointed with premium linens, calming palettes, and comfortable layouts designed for restful nights and rejuvenating mornings.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Secondary King Suite, King Room with Twin/Twin Trundle beds, and Two Twin/Twin/Queen Bunk Room. Sleeps up to 16 guests.

With four and a half bathrooms throughout the home, mornings remain effortless and evenings unhurried, even with a full group.
