The Mountain Views were beautiful, and location was perfect. Close to town, hiking trails, mountain biking, and all the outdoor activities Winter Park has to offer. Lakota Dreamcatcher 133 was the perfect ski retreat. The views of WinterPark resort and Mary Jane were breathtaking. The house was very comfortable with a huge large screen TV, internet connected, easy to use and great for watching the Olympics. The kitchen has high end appliances that worked perfectly. The beds are very comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful respite from a full day of skiing. Excellent home and we cannot wait to return!

Lakota Dreamcatcher 133 was the perfect ski retreat. The views of WinterPark resort and Mary Jane were breathtaking. Stayed in Dreamcatcher 133 for a week and our family was super comfortable here. It is the perfect location for Winter Park ski village set in a quiet and peaceful development. The home had an abundance of quality cookware and other kitchen items, seating areas, games, and cozy blankets. Beds were comfortable and suitable for 3 couples plus children in the bunk beds. Outdoor deck was large and the furniture was plentiful, the grill worked great and so did the hot tub. The outdoor firepit was lovely although we did not use it. Unlike many rental homes, we had access to the garage which was helpful with the snow. It is such a beautiful private neighborhood with the hills and trees. Winter Park Lodging staff was great. Mindy was in contact with me prior, during and at the conclusion of our week. Evan was super responsive with treating the drive after it snowed. We would definitely use Winter Park Lodging again!

Stayed in Dreamcatcher 133 for a week and our family was super comfortable here. It is the perfect location for Winter Park ski village set in a quiet and peaceful development. We had a wonderful time at this lovely home in Winter Park! The home is in a wonderful location and was well stocked and furnished to accommodate many people. There is a lovely hiking trail just up the road from the house in the national forest that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our hosts were very friendly and checked in a few times to make sure everything was perfect. Cannot recommend this home enough to anyone considering staying in Winter Park!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house was immaculately clean and exactly as described, with a breathtaking view that we enjoyed every day. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, including a full rack of spices, which made cooking easy and fun. We also appreciated the nice touch of treats for our dog, which made us feel even more welcome.
The hosts informed us about everything in a timely manner, and we had no issues during our entire stay. They clearly put a lot of effort into making sure guests feel comfortable, and it really made a difference.
The only small downside - recycling can could be larger, but everything else was perfect. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, clean, and pleasant stay. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable! Lena

Our family of 7 had a fantastic week in this awesome house. The setting is beautiful and the house is equipped with everything you could ever need. We have stayed in many vacation homes and this is one of the best. Would definitely stay there again!

This vacation home is well furnished and spacious for a large group -- my family of three and five additional friends were all able to find plenty of room to socialize and also relax apart (particularly welcome given our toddler's early bedtime). I didn't realize we had booked the place before the resort would be open for the summer, so our options within walking distance were considerably limited, but there were plenty of shops and restaurants open in downtown Winter Park and Frasier. Between the wraparound deck, the hot tub, and the views out of almost every window, this place was an excellent option for very relaxing "staycation" at 9000 feet!

Thanks Jordan! The Lakota neighborhood rarely disappoints and has tremendous views of the resort. Typically the resort opens for Thanksgiving for skiing. Closes end of April then opens back up again mid-June time until Labor Day. I hope this helps for the future and we can host you again!

Very clean, well stocked with everything you need. Convenient location. Definitely will rent again. I did miss in the information somewhere that it was a duplex. I usually prefer stand alone homes for privacy. But the unit next to us was empty during our stay.

One of THE best places we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen was more well-stocked, by FAR, than any other place. It easily accommodated 3 adult couples and 2 toddlers. Location is beautiful and easy access to everything in town. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat and would recommend it without ANY reservation. In particular, Lucas was helpful with some additional questions.

This was a magnificent property. LOVED the outdoor fire pit....many evenings were spent there. We were thrilled our dog could come with. Easy to bike to/from the property with ebikes. We had a blast!

This home was phenomenal for our vacation. There were 5 of us(originally was supposed to be be another family but they couldn’t make it) and there was plenty of room. The house is very well maintained with great furniture inside and out. Kitchen is fantastic although we only cooked breakfast with all the excellent restaurants so close! The kids loved the hot tub. My overall favorite part though was location basically a 1 min drive(10 min walk) to the base of WP and less than 10 min drive to town. Overall highly recommended for a great summer getaway!

We stayed a few extra days after a family reunion and had a wonderful time at this property. It was very comfortable and fully stocked. The property management company was phenomenal communicating with us months in advance, and was very responsive with any inquiries we had. We would recommend bringing sleep masks as the window coverings let a lot of light into the rooms. Some of the bedrooms and bathrooms did not have locks on the doors either, and that would’ve been nice as well. We loved our stay and would definitely come back again!

This is the perfect place. This house has everything you could need. A ski shuttle actually picks you up and drops you off close to the house. Restaurants/ shops are close by (10-15 minutes). There are three fireplaces. The hot tub is wonderful after a long day of skiing. If there are any problems, they respond quickly.

A superb, pet friendly spot! Sometimes harder to find in the mountains. Spreading out room and even great work space. Fun bunk room for the kids and views from the patio do not disappoint! Loved having 2 car garage as it sure snowed! The lodging folks were fantastic and we enjoyed working with them immensely. We will be back to enjoy again!

The kitchen is very well equipped. The seating for meals spacious. Bedroom Linens are very nice. Clean. They thought of everything for a large group! The bunk room left a Little to be desired for quality beds. Not as comfy as the other rooms. Especially since we had an adult couple staying in that room as well. But for kids it is adequate. This is a wonderful get away. Hot tub was wonderful. Outdoor fire pit was nice. Upper balcony was perfect for outdoor meals. We saw moose, red fox and deer. There is road construction in this neighborhood that takes large trucks by the house constantly. Not a permanent problem, but was not ideal for the tranquility of the stay. Once the phase up the street is complete, this will probably not be of issue. Management company extremely responsive. Happy with our stay at Winter Park!

Loved the location, living spaces and cleanliness of property. Hot tub had some difficulties but overall the stay was wonderful and I would recommend this property to any family or friends looking for a large space to stay.

Such a beautiful get away. The view is stunning, the hot tub under the stars is amazing. If you want a small getaway with friends this is the place to be & go. Every person had a bed & many people fell asleep on the couches because of how comfy they are. Communication is outstanding & they made sure to be around when needed. 10 out of 100. Home was perfect in so many ways. Hot tub worked and the stars were gorgeous! Appliances all worked well. When we needed more towels and large garbage bags they were brought to us within 20 minutes. Excellent. Location. Beautiful walking streets for a baby stroller. Lots of gorgeous homes to look at while strolling each day. Thanks for making this a perfect get away location.

Wonderful house in Winter Park -- our family stays at a LOT of rental houses and I can say with confidence this is one of our best stays yet. The house was clean, well-stocked (towels, humidifiers, blankets, pillows, kitchen amenities, spices, cleaning supplies). We cooked meals, hung out on the beautiful deck, sat in the clean/private hot tub, -- we had two small children with us and there was a thoughtful baby gate provided (we used to keep them from going upstairs to the third floor). Highly recommend this house and we'll most certainly come back. Thank you!

Dreamcatcher was great. Everything accurately represented and very well-appointed. Very spacious with the two living rooms and great views of the ski mountain through the large windows. We were two couples there for a long weekend and the 2 king suites were perfect. Would love to go back and definitely recommend.

We loved our stay in this home!
1. It was incredibly clean, nicely set up and perfect for our family reunion of seven (included a 4 1/2 and 7 year old).
2. The kiddos loved the downstairs tv area, bunk beds and there were tons of games to keep them amused while we were at the home. Kid cups and plates were helpful addition.
3. We all enjoyed the large round dining table which was conducive to mealtime talks and fun.
4. There was a game table in the basement that we enjoyed playing many games on which conveniently had a beverage fridge and microwave next to it.
5. Large living room for puzzle building, games and movies.
6. The hot tub was good for 3-4 people and enjoyed by all.
7. Master bedroom has a HUGE closet with tons of hangers- yay!
8. Location was super close to trails and the town of WInter Park with its many activities.
9. Beautiful views from the deck and many large windows.
10. Felt safe in the neighborhood.
Things to consider-
1. The kitchen, though well stocked with spices, cooking accessories and quality appliances, it is not very big. So if you are a family who likes to cook together, this may be a challenge for you.
2. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and lotion as there is only one of each of the tiny hotel sized bottles in the bathrooms. If you are light sensitive when you sleep, bring a sleep mask. Each of the bedrooms face east and the drapes are not light blocking.
3. The hot tub is over a trafficked road (they are building homes up the hill.) We used it mainly at night for extra privacy.
Easy solutions for minor obstacles. We would definitely stay here again!

Set in beautiful mountain division, this is nicely furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all you might need and quality kitchen items. Nice views from deck and masters on top and bottom floor plus two additional bdrms on bottom floor . The management is pleasant and attentive although we didn't need anything. One garage door was in process of repair but this was not a problem and no workmen during our stay. Plenty of nooks for family gathering or separation. One couch was so deep my 6'3” frame felt like a child (used pillows to prop to upright seating).

Our accommodations were wonderful. The communications from the property managers were inconsistent - when you required a response from us, you were very attentive; however, your follow up on the status of the driveway and notifying us when the workers were coming to plywood the garage were non-existent. I have been in the hospitality business all my life and was very disappointed in the lack of communication.

THANK YOU!! Easily the nicest, best appointed airbnb we’ve stayed at - plenty of room for our extend family of 10 - loads of everything you need int he kitchen, super comfy beds and lounge areas. Although this place is really nice and well equipped with miscellaneous items, there are things that are overlooked. Lakota Dreamcatcher is a 2 master bedroom duplex, but only 1 master is equipped with a TV and a dresser. It’s a great floor plan for 2 families. With that in mind, if 2 families split the cost equally, 1 family’s mom/dad (couple) will have no TV, no place for their clothes other than a small closet (no dresser) and no ceiling fan. This place gets warm! On the upper level, the temperature reached 83 with the windows open. Everything else was great! This place really is cool, but my recommendations will be to add a dresser, TV and ceiling fan in the lower level master and to add some type of cooling system to make it more comfortable. Also, Winter Park Lodging Company is the BEST! Great service as always!

Just fantastic! Kitchen was perfect for multiple chefs and incredibly well-stocked. Loved the fire feature and having and the incredible views from the hot tub and that whole patio area. Plus, we could bring our dog! Many thanks to the management team.....we'll be back!

We did have snow during our stay and the roads were maintained/plowed daily, even our driveway! The kitchen was completely functional with dishes, bakeware, pans etc. Even the spices were stocked. The team at the resort office were super friendly and responsive to our questions. I can't think of one negative aspect of our stay, first time in Colorado and I absolutely loved it. We really enjoyed our stay at this impressive property. Because of Covid, we were not really interested in dining out, but the kitchen was very nicely stocked with all the cookware we needed for great in-home entertainment. We also really enjoyed the steam shower as getting acclimated to the higher altitude took its toll on some family members. The downstairs family room was a great escape for many of the Gen Z's! The house was very clean and we would definitely recommend!

Dreamcatcher was a great home for our large family get-a-way. Great location, plenty of room, nice deck, good sound system, everything we needed. The main reason I am taking time to review our stay is for the exceptional service we received from Winter Park Lodging Company for the few issues we encountered. Amy, Margaret, Zach and Schuyler responded immediately to address them. My advice here is to always rent with a management company vs AirBnB etc, you get lower fees and much better response, and Winter Park Lodging is one of the best!

This is an awesome home! We brought a family up to Winter Park this fall to catch the leaves changing and the views from this house are insane! You can see the whole resort from the decks, hot tub and fire pit area. Lots of room for everyone to have some space, but still a great open floorplan to get together. We had a minor issue with the key code lock and Winter Park Lodging Company came right over to fix it. Lovely place to stay any time of year!

Your attention to the details made our stay easier. Two big TVs, fully prepped kitchen, and two separate living areas were appreciated. And that hot tub with fire pit is awesome! This is our second time there, and we’ll be back.

I stayed at this property over Easter weekend and highly recommend. It’s a very clean, spacious home that quite comfortably housed myself and eight others, but could easily hold even more if you have a larger group. There’s plenty of deck and patio space, which includes a fire pit and hot tub. It’s also conveniently located near the shuttle pickups, which run every 15 minutes and take you directly to the ski hill in a matter of minutes. Rent this place. You will not be disappointed!

The views from this home are wonderful. Vies are of Winter Park ski resort and surrounding mountains. Lots of room in the condo for whole family. Spent our nights watching movies in the lower level movie area. Kitchen/eating area large enough and well equipped. Conveniently located to ski hill. We drove the short distance to the free parking and walked to the base area (6 yr. old had no problem with walk even at end of full day lesson). Would rent this property again.

This home is close to everything in Winter Park yet it feels like it is off the beaten path. The home itself is beautiful and extremely well equipped.

Awesome!! Had a great time. Beautiful house!! Manager was very easy to work with. Very accommodating. There were 10 of us & the house met our every need. The kids had a level & the adults had a level . The kitchen has everything needed with plenty of seating to eat. Great location!! You can watch the skiers from the house. Shuttle is available within a block.

We traveled to Winter Park with a group of 11 girls for a get-away weekend. The house is perfectly located and allowed us to quickly travel to local restaurants and hikes. The view from the home is stunning (perfect mountain views). We especially enjoyed the downstairs patio - being able to sit outside near the fire pit and enjoy the view. The home met all of our needs with enough space and comfort for all.
