Enter into Lakota Apex and step into a bright, open-concept great room with incredible views of the surrounding mountains and Winter Park Resort. Natural light fills the living space, where comfortable furnishings, custom finishes, and beautiful steel and timber details create the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain. Cozy up and enjoy the views, gather around for a movie, or settle in with your morning coffee while taking in the alpine scenery.

The main level also features a gourmet kitchen with JennAir appliances, custom Alder cabinetry, and plenty of counter space for the chef in your group. Have a seat at the kitchen island for a quick breakfast or gather around the large dining table for dinner with the entire group. With the open layout, everyone can stay connected whether they're cooking, dining, or relaxing in the living room. When you're ready to enjoy the outdoors, step onto the expansive deck and take in the panoramic mountain views. Fire up the grill for an outdoor dinner, enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh mountain air, or unwind in the private hot tub after a long day of skiing, hiking, or biking. The deck is the perfect place to take in the surrounding peaks and enjoy the quiet mountain setting.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite features a King bed, private ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, and beautiful mountain views. The second bedroom features another King bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom offers a Queen-over-King bunkbed and private ensuite bathroom. The lower-level bedroom features a Queen-over-Queen bunk and a nearby bathroom. All bedrooms are designed to provide a comfortable place to unwind after a full day of mountain adventures. 

When you're ready to explore, Apex Manor is just a short drive from everything Winter Park has to offer. Winter Park Resort is approximately a 5-minute drive from the home, while Hideaway Park and downtown Winter Park are approximately 10 minutes away. Spend your day skiing, hiking, biking, shopping, or enjoying one of the many restaurants and events around town before coming home to relax in the hot tub. 

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite, King Secondary Suite, Queen bedroom, and lower-level Twin-over-Queen bunk bedroom. Sleeps up to twelve guests.

- Quiet hours begin daily at 10pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of whom live nearby year-round.
- Please note, this home does not have air conditioning.
- Light construction may occur nearby, as is common in the Winter Park area.
- Maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
