This home is so beautiful, warm and welcoming. The kitchen is spacious and has an ample amount of pots and pan, utensils, dishes, glasses. They also had seasonings to use if needed. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We will not hesitate to come here again.

A beautiful home in an equally beautiful setting. Frasier was just a few minutes down the road to Winter Park and had lots of wonderful restaurants. We were partial to the Fraiset Distillery and Deno's. We would absolutely stay here again.

Our extended family celebrated Thanksgiving week at Fox Tracks and the accommodations were perfect. The communal space was large and comfortable with plenty of room for lounging and a dining room table with seating for everyone. The beds were super comfy and we appreciated that there were plenty of pillows to suit everyone's needs! Fox Tracks had five full bathrooms; the main floor master even had a steam shower (which was amazing). The management company was super responsive (shout out to Evan and Mindy); I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend!

We had a family of nine and found this house to be very roomy and comfortable for our group! We have 4 teenage boys with us and they loved the loft upstairs! And they loved the hot tub! We had many family meals at the huge dining room table and we all loved the big kitchen! The scenery outdoors made us feel like we were way up in the mountains! We saw moose in the area almost every evening! The hummingbirds were around and deer and mountain birds! Everything was super clean and very nice! We can’t wait to book this house again!

This home is terrific for a group and we had a terrific experience staying here. Lots of room for everyone and the perfect home for a larger group. Checking in/out was very easy and we were very close to a large supermarket as we love to cook! Hope to return for summer fun too.

Recommended - This house was amazing, perfect for our family of 12 - from 2yo to 75yo- it had a perfect accommodations for everyone. Beds were confortable and big, and the extra bath on the main level which was great for the family. Nice hut tub in middle of the nature. House is very close to the grocery store, Winter Park, Tubbing places and restaurants. It is a gem 💎.

The vacation house was beautiful inside and out! We appreciated the beautiful bedding and furniture! The patio furniture was clean and like new! The house was spacious and comfortable! Excellent location, great property close to ski area and Safeway. Beds need to be updated, mattresses are not that comfortable. You can hear any walking around upstairs when in the lower bedrooms.

Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good stay. They were quick to respond to our questions. The house came well stocked with trash bags and kitchen cleaners which was very helpful! They even came and checked the hot tub a few days into our stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

A really nice home. Our adult "kids" really enjoyed the enormous bunk beds....fun!  Ample parking and a nice, quiet, neighborhood location. It was the cabin in the woods we were all hoping for. Being close to skiing was just a huge perk!

Went up to Winter Park for our annual friends trip and this house was perfect. We had a great time at the Fox Tracks Home in June. The house was set up for our perfectly for our family. We enjoyed the nightly at the big table in the living area. Some of our greatest family laughs took place on this trip. A very convenient location to our favorite visit to Grand lake and the beautiful mountain surrounding the golf course and the town. We especially enjoyed the visits from the community Moose that came to us on the deck to eat the leaves and take eyeball shots of the family. A few improvements we noted. The left door of the refrigerator would not seal and caused air to release and keep the ice from forming as needed. We didn't find the speaker system until we were cleaning up to leave. The switch was not obvious. Loved the duplicate appliances like coffee makers and blenders. The loft was hot to sleep in so more airflow would be suggested. A wonderful home up in the woods. We all had a terrific time and the "big kids" loved the queen bunk beds....so fun. There is loads of space and all you could want in the property. We had some water issues but the lodging company came out right away and got us fixed up! Was a great time and really great home.

We had a great visit in the WinterPark/Fraser area. The kids enjoyed a hike, shopping, Alpine slide. The house gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking necessities. Great location near town, but felt very private. We had a young deer that grazed near the house almost every day!

A perfect place! Wonderful, large home with very quiet, in the woods feel. The queen bunk beds provided a fun aspect for our all-adult group. Wish they were in the basement!  All had fun though and that was our goal. We all want to come back and enjoy it again!

The home was awesome. Great location, plenty of room, enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. Our only suggestion is you need to check the dining table. It's a little bit wobbly and might need tightening up. We hope to come back next year.

This house was just perfect for three families of four! Extremely clean and great amenities! The kids loved having their own space in the loft area. The hot tub was a nice touch even in the summer with the cool evenings. We enjoyed the both the back and front decks and there was plenty of space to gather. This home is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Our family takes a Winter Park mini vacation every year and this home was our favorite. We had 7 people and we had plenty of room to spread out and relax. We took walks, cooked on the grill, enjoyed the hot tub and played games. We never wanted to leave the house. We enjoyed the beautiful views from both decks and the quiet surroundings were very peaceful. The family room was perfect for all of us hanging out and the big dining table was perfect for big family meals. This is the perfect home for family vacation and mountain getaway. Also, we appreciated the service of Winter Park Lodging Company. Very attentive and communication was great.

We stayed in winter park back in 2016 and it was such an amazing stay we had to do it again! Working with winter lodge company is easy and great. There were 12 of us who stayed in the home. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably! The stove stopped working on the last day and the sink in the main level bathroom was clogged up, but we didn’t call since it was our last day there. The kitchen was stocked up with lots of cooking utensils but some are a little outdated and should be replaced. Plenty of cups, silverware, and plates. My room was one of the masters on the main level and we loved it, but we did not have a closet. We even saw 2 moose outside the home!!! It was easy to get in the home and lock up on the way out as well. It also looked like someone shoveled for us while we were gone which was pretty amazing! Thanks to whoever did that!!! Thank you for the memories from this beautiful cabin. :)

We stayed in winter park back in 2016 and it was such an amazing stay we had to do it again! Working with winter lodge company is easy and great. There were 12 of us who stayed in the home. There was more than enough space for all of us to sleep comfortably! The stove stopped working on the last day and the sink in the main level bathroom was clogged up, but we didn't call since it was our last day there. The kitchen was stocked up with lots of cooking utensils but some are a little outdated and should be replaced. Plenty of cups, silverware, and plates. My room was one of the masters on the main level and we loved it, but we did not have a closet. We even saw 2 moose outside the home!!! It was easy to get in the home and lock up on the way out as well. It also looked like someone shoveled for us while we were gone which was pretty amazing! Thanks to whoever did that!!! People who come here can experience peaceful climate around the place. It is good for 14 people stay. Enjoy the jacuzzi experience good for 6 people. If you want to experience private life with out downtown shouts this place on the top of the mountain is best.

My family & friends really enjoyed our time at this cabin. It was much bigger than anticipated & it was great having all 5 bathrooms with showers. The dining table was huge which made playing games & eating easy! On our last day, we were able to see a moose just down the road from the cabin!

LOVED this place! The perfect quiet cabin/home in the woods. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and couldn't have asked for a better location for us all to hang out. We go someplace different every year but this will be hard to beat. Thanks so much to all the lodging folks.

We found this home fit our needs perfectly and it was exactly as advertised when we were looking. Both our daughters and their families joined us for a great 10-day vacation with youngsters ranging from 5 to 21. We were able to take advantage or the many attractions and beautiful scenery in the area and were close enough to venture into Denver for a wedding and Rockies game. We would highly recommend this place for any family get together. Plenty of room for family meals & activities while the younger kids don't need to worry about the adults getting in their way. In addition, sleeping accommodations for our 12 was perfect.

Almost everything about the house was great....plenty of room, nice hot tub, comfortable beds, clean. My 3 suggestions are: A house that big needs a nicer, newer, larger TV; The internet connection needs to be faster than 1993 dial up modem; The great room needs more furniture.

There were a few issues with the refrigerator and ice maker. Bedroom downstairs bathtub stopped draining The grill was fine if you lined it with aluminum foil,otherwise needs new grates, also coffeemaker way overdue for new unit. Your response time was excellent and we had a good time but refrigerator still had issues which we noted b4 we left.A bit disappointed as it did not measure up to last unit we stayed in. We did thank you for your timely response!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Fox Tracks Lodge. The open concept and peaceful location was just what we ordered. We spent hours just setting on the front deck enjoying the mountain view and occasional wildlife that walked passed the lodge. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, there were plenty of bathrooms, and it was just minutes away from Fraser and Winter Park. I would highly recommend staying at this lodge.

The Fox Track Lodge was GREAT!! Spacious, clean, well stocked, with the outdoor hot tub and private bathroom w every bedroom it could easily handle a much bigger group then our family of 8. The most impressive part of the trip was the WPLC Staff! From my first call w basic questions about their properties to the final call this morning thanking me for staying w them, absolutely everyone I spoke w was professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They made great recommendations for both activities and restaurants and saved us money w discounts on both ski rentals and lift tickets! They checked on us several times during our stay and even changed out the propane on the grill while we were here. We live on a tourist island, and know lots of rental companies, take it from me, they are the best! We look forward to using them in both the Winter Park area and now in Steamboat as well!! Oh yeah, did I mention how great their App is... Well Done, Thank You from the Gregorys!

We had a wonderful stay at Fox Tracks Lodge. There was a base group of people staying there but the nice thing was that there was plenty of room for our family and friends from out of the area to stop by to visit. We also had plenty of space to prepare the flowers for the wedding in the garage and for all the bridesmaids to come over to have their make-up and hair done on the morning of the wedding. We especially enjoyed the bull moose who visited one morning not far from the back deck. The house was beautiful and we felt very welcome. Thanks for making us comfortable.

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful night at Fox Tracks Lodge in mid-October (great timing for fall leaves). The property was spotless and had everything we could ever want to cook, clean, and rest easy. Amy and the rest of the WPLC team did a great job making absolutely sure we had all that we needed, including directions and a friendly call when we arrived and left. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer; the next trip will have to be a full weekend!

Upon our arrival everyone was excited about the beauty of the home, not only the inside but location as well. We have kids ages 23-15 so everyone had a space of their own. Not only did we have our kids but we invited my husbands parents from Scottsdale, AZ to join us and they too were pleased with the fact that they had their own bedroom and bath. On our last full day there, one car load had already left for bike riding and we were going to join them later, however, I had left my car keys in their car! After calling your office and much research being done, your rep. came to our house and drove us to where we were needing to go! A huge thank you for that! We loved the activities that WP had for us but were not impressed with the shopping. Thank you so much for our home away from home experience.

The house was nearly perfect for our group, in both private and group spaces. Our toddler did great on the front deck and older kids enjoyed the hot tub. The front has a beautiful view toward the continental divide. It meant there was no cell phone signal, but wireless internet (almost) made up for it. Winter Park Lodging gave us full information and good instructions. We enjoyed our stay

All of my friends and family stayed here for my wedding weekend. I slept there leading up to the wedding and my new husband and I stayed a couple nights after. The house is incredible. There were a few, small quirky things. The downstairs bathroom didn't lock and I found the deck door a little hard to shut. My father ended up having to shovel some of the snow that gathered by the garage. WPLCO was so amazing though everything and brought us a pack and play so quickly as well as calling us to make sure everything was good for checking in and checking out.

Very easy check-in and check-out process. The house was perfectly in shape when we got there and not hard to keep clean during our whole stay. The layout worked perfectly for us. The living room was awesome for us all to get together and the decorated Christmas tree added so much spirit to our vacation. There were more than enough bathrooms and hot water. The thermostat was simple and easy to set for day and sleeping hours. The location was prime to the resort, groccerries and everything else. I'm already hoping for another stay!

The house was awesome! The views on the way up the mountain and the views from the house are beautiful! There is wildlife that roams nearby all the time. The roads are cleared everyday, and most of the people around are really friendly. The only downside was that we couldn't get any of the speaker systems to cooperate.

We just stayed at Fox Track Lodge and I have to say it was even more than he had hoped for. I went with 5 friends. To begin with everyone at WPLCO did an awesome job at matching us to a reasonably priced rental that had enough room for my whole party. We went in October, and off-season, so there wasn't too much going on in the town, but the lodging company had told us that And we were OK. Everyone's jaw dropped when we first got there. The place was clean and we loved the décor. Our time there was so enjoyable and relaxing at the same time. We especially enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. We now have plans to do this trip 2X a year!

Had a great family get away at this Townhome. The home is very close to restaurants and the slopes which made everything very easy. The private hot tub was a nice way to end the long day of skiing. Winter Park Lodging Company was on top of things from start to finish.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Fox Tracks Lodge!! This house can clearly accommodate a very large group, but there were only seven of us (four adults, two teenagers and a little guy). Each age group got their own floor! There is plenty of comfortable seating. The actual town of WP is very close, although not walkable, it was a very short drive. We ended up watching the Fraser fireworks and they were fantastic. We really loved the shower in the master! We were a little disappointed in the drive since the road wasn't paved and there were some overgrown weeds and a cracked driveway. Although, once we got inside our opinion of the place totally changed. It's spacious, beautiful and had a well decorated “lodgey” style about it. Side note, make sure to bring your own dvds since they don't have any. I also think the cabinet with the television in the master should be completely gotten rid of so that I could hang more clothes. Winter Park Lodging Company was such a pleasure working with! We had great communications and confirmations instantly!
