We loved our stay. As a family with young kids, it made our ski trip as easy as possible. The hill was a few minute walk and there was usually a resort wagon to make it even easier. The place was spotless, very cozy and had a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the pizza place was a short walk away. And lastly (which is rare for Airbnb’s) we thought the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. Thanks for having us - we’ll be back!

Winter Park Lodging Company was great to work with last year and again this year. We had a question about parking for a second vehicle. I left a message and Margaret called me back the next morning with helpful information. We rented this condo last year. Love the view and location. Decorated like one would expect of a ski condo -- not totally updated but comfortable. No problems or complaints! We will book again.

This is an amazing space right at the base of Winter Park. Our group had a great time biking and the kids loved the activities. Kitchen space and supplies to have family meals. Grill on the shared patio was amazing! Thanks and we can’t wait to be back soon!

This unit is amazing! It had everything we needed for our group of 5. The kitchen was well stocked. I appreciated all the cleaning supplies that were available for us to access. The beds were comfy and the decor was precious! The balcony view was spot on! The location of the unit is amazing. Five minute walk to all the amenities yet far enough out of the main hub of the resort. Being from Louisiana I was worried about no AC in the summer. But the temperature and having the windows open kept the place comfortable! The unit is close to other amenities of hot tub and fire pits as well. I would definitely stay here again! If Winter Park is your destination this is the unit for you!

Love it here! If you’re looking to stay in winter park this is the place! The kitchen was well stocked with cleaning supplies, trash bags, and includes 2 loads of washing powder. Plenty of towels and bathrooms spacious. The washer and dryer in condo was a big plus for us. Great location within the resort! Easy walk to alpine slide and other amenities. Loved that this building is just outside the busiest part of the resort very quiet and relaxing. Close to the community hot tub and fire pits! I really appreciate that Winter Park Lodging offers discounts for parking in the parking garage as well!Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 recommend.

Great location, good condo with decent quality and condition decor. close to everything Trestle Bike Park had to offer. Parking garage instructions was a bit hit and miss, also somehow the door locked us out before checkout time. The host company is very responsive and was able to be contacted directly and resolve most of the issues. A good size hot tub is perfect for therapeutic reasons after a long day on the trails.

Founders Point was a very well located two bedroom unit. Is was a time to visit our daughter at CU Boulder and bring some friends skiing. The location was in the village so walking to the gondola, shops and restaurants was perfect. The unit was very clean, organized and accessorized.  The WPLCo staff was very helpful in all the arrangements and advice on where to park additional cars free downtown for the stay. We stated through WPLCo last year in a home and that experience was wonderful and why we like working with WPLCo.

Very Comfortable, well cared for, well kept, up to date condo. ***Very Clean*** Beautiful View of the mountain, a large, nice balcony with Polywood furniture. Terrific location, less than 100 yards to Starbucks, 150 - 200 yards to the Gondola and all the shops and restaurants at the main base. The furniture was all in good shape and was nice quality. The entry was roomy and well organized with a bench to remove boots/shoes and plentiful hooks to hang helmets, jackets, etc... The living and dining area was lovely, we especially enjoyed the gas fireplace in the evenings. The kitchen was well equipped, plates, glasses, silverware, cookware, coffee pot and water kettle, etc... were in good shape and nice quality. The bedrooms were large with nice closets, beds were very firm, but comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious. Plenty of bathroom tissue, paper towels, bath towels. Winter Park Lodging company staff, especially Casey and Jill were so helpful and generous with information. All the communication from the management company was excellent. We took the train up from Denver Airport to Winter Park which was a fun and efficient way to travel without having to rent a car. The condo was within easy walking distance from the train even with luggage and skis. The only drawback was that there is no storage at the property for luggage prior to checking in to the condo. Winter Park Lodging Company offered to keep our things at their office, which they delivered to us later in the afternoon. We were also allowed an early check-in which was most appreciated as it is not often available. There is noise transfer from adjacent units that we easily blocked with our phones' sound generator for peaceful sleeping. This was a rental that was 'as advertised' - in fact nicer than advertised. We were very pleased with our choice, and the nice service from the management company.

We love staying at this location in Founders Pointe. The parking is so easy and a quick walk to the slopes. Great place! I believe I have stayed in 4 different condos in Fraser Crossing/Founders Point with Winterpark Lodging Company. This is my favorite. Have stayed here in December, August, and September. My brother and I for a December ski trip and my wife and I in Aug/Sept. Great views from the deck. Many upgrades inside. My wife and I had a great 6 night trip. Our daughter came up from Westminster for a few days. Dealing with Winterpark Lodging Company takes a lot of stress of planning a trip off my shoulders. With the heat index being over 100 every day in south Florida it was nice to be in the 72 high 40 low range. Looking forward to our next trip in September with Steamboat Lodging Company and Winterpark Lodging Company.

We had a great stay at Founders Point. There were plenty of linens and we even used the pop up bed. It stays very warm in the condo so we slept with windows cracked to cool it down at night. The location and view were great. The lockers and wagons were very useful for ski equipment. Be sure to park in the right area of the parking garage because it services a few different buildings.

Amazing location, directly across from village center. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and of course, the slopes. They provide heated indoor parking and ski gear storage on site. Our 2 bed 2 bath unit was tidy and spacious and conveniently located near the elevator, ice machine, and rubbish room. The hot tub was one of the crowning jewels of this condo complex. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Decent pricing as well compared to other accommodations nearby. 10/10!

We stayed here for a quick getaway- nicely upgraded unit in a great complex. We chose this unit specifically to be close to the ski/ base area, and couldn't have been happier. Love that that this company offers upgraded bedding with duvet covers that are laundered after every stay. We will be returning!

We had the best stay this winter at Winter Park. The management company made our stay so easy and they were so communicative, it was great. The condo had the best location near the elevators, not having to walk a mile to our room after a day of skiing was greatly appreciated. Having our own washer and dryer allowed us to pack much less, even if it was a little small. We really loved our stay!

This was our first time to Winter Park & having the ski-in-ski-out property was a must with 4 children. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. Perfect location, very quite, easy parking, and plenty of space. The property management was amazing. They made check-in a breeze & made sure we were satisfied throughout our stay. The only downside to the location was how bright it was outside at night. It made the rooms facing the mountain brighter than we were use to. But we will definitely stay here again next year!!

The condo we stayed was great! We made some great memories! We had stayed in Founders Pointe a couple years ago and that condo was great as well but it was on the other side of the condo from the elevators, but condo 4541 was perfectly located right next to the elevator! The only downside was everything closes so early at the resort, the stores are closed by 5pm and the restaurants close around 7pm. Which has nothing to do with the condo, but it is a good heads up for future stays. The hot tub is fabulous!  We used the grills to cook dinner several times. We went on several day trips around the towns close to Winter Park. Our favorite trip was to Steamboat Springs, we rented tubes from Backdoors sports. It was so much fun!

This condo at Founders Pointe was perfect for our family of 4 on a ski vacation at Winter Park. We loved the big windows and views of the Village, Gondola, and slopes. The ski lockers were convenient and we used the red wagons to pull our skis over to the gondola and back. The property manager was very responsive, and check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely come back. Thanks for a great place to stay while we skied.

We loved the location of this condo and its amenities for our family ski trip to Winter Park. Our two adults and two teens easily spread out. The corner unit with big windows made this condo bright and airy. The views of the village, gondola, and mountain were lovely. We made the short walk to the gondola pulling our skis in the red wagons provided by the resort. It was fun to get take out from a variety of restaurants in the village. The management company was very easy to work with, and our check in/out process was smooth. We would come back to this place again.

It was terrific to stay at the base in a larger property, 3 bedrooms, and still not have to sell organs! But seriously, it was a great deal. Easy to get to gondola and the base area. We loved it. Plus, the lodging company folks were very easy to work with. See you all again!

Super comfortable unit. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Very accommodating and responsive property management company. I would have no hesitation to book this unit again. My only (very minor) complaint would be they need to update the televisions in this unit. Made watching the NFL playoffs after a day of skiing a bit disappointing. And you can buy decent 4K TV’s so cheaply now I can’t imagine why they have old TV’s in such a fantastic condo. Again, the TV’s are a very minor complaint — this is a phenomenal condo in a perfect location run by a great property manager... and after staying in several different units at Winter Park this one is easily my favorite due to space, view, and overall comfort. 5 star stay.

My family of 5 stayed at this property for a ski vacation at the beginning of January. The location was absolutely perfect being only a 3 minute walk to the gondola and across the street from the village. We purchased the underground parking pass and I highly recommend you do this otherwise you will be parking your vehicle a fair distance from the property. The unit was clean and easily slept our family of 5 which is 3 adults and 2 teenagers. Great views from the balcony also. We have stayed at Breck, Keystone, Vail, Beaver Creek & Copper in Colorado and this unit would be toward the top of our list when taking into consideration everything. Definintely a great value, excellent location and clean unit.

Super comfortable unit. Plenty of space for my family of 4. Very accommodating and responsive property management company. I would have no hesitation to book this unit again. This place was just as advertised. Across the street from the Village and the balcony had a great view of the Village and mountain. Could not be more convenient. The hot tub was perfect after a long day on the mountain! The place was super clean and the kitchen well-stocked to cook. The manager was in constant communication with me via email and text and I got all the information I needed well in advance to make this an awesome trip. Would recommend completely to anyone, especially families as the layout was perfect...a master bed/bath and a separate bedroom with the bunk bed and a double was perfect.

I think we could have been in a shack and because you interact, I would still be happy. But we were not in a shack! The home was perfect, well appointed, and made our stay truly enjoyable. The situation was addressed and even though the out come was not great, the immediate addressing of the concern made us just roll with the punches and we washed some dishes as a group. We booked this condo for the Thanksgiving holiday weekend for snowboarding and skiing ! It was a great location mountain side, close to everything and was in very short walking distance of shops, slopes, restaurants and the shuttle was right outside! The condo was very clean, well equipped, large deck facing the resort area, big bay windows with great views and large enough for my family of 6! The heated underground garage was very convenient! Would highly recommend!!

It is hard to imagine a more perfect spot to start and end the day in Winter Park. We were just across the street from all the summertime activities and had an unbelievable view of the mountain from our oversized deck. All of the details of the rental (from the dishes to the sheets to the soup) were great. The in unit washer and dryer were also great since it is easy (and fun) to get dirty in WP.

FP 4541 was everything we expected! Comfortable, well stocked, warm, convenient to skiing and the whole staff of Winter Park Lodging Company were ALL very helpful and polite! WPLC was so helpful in helping me get everything lined out for our first ski trip as a family. They not only answered all of my questions quickly, they even called before our trip to ask if I had any questions, called shortly after we got in to our condo to see if we needed anything and called shortly after we left to ask how we enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed (pillows, blankets, kitchen supplies and even plenty of toilet paper)! We never did try the humidifier, which would have been wise. The unit is by the elevators which was handy...we were worried about noise, but heard very little. The wifi was great, except on a Sunday when it seemed everyone wanted to use it! The unit is just a short walk to the rental shop (we left our gear there every night) and a short walk to the Zephyr lift. A little longer of a walk to the Gemini lift for beginners like us...but not bad at all. We had a great experience! Thank you! We plan on going back for sure!

Loved this condo! It was just like the photographs and even more spacious than we expected. Very clean and modern with very nice decor. Balcony was GREAT, the kids loved watching the grooming machines at night. Getting to the slopes was easy, and having the ski lockers downstairs made things even easier. Thanks for a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here and the view from condo was spectacular. It has great views of the village and the ski hill and is just steps from the lift. We had plenty of room with the bunk beds and the pull out in the living room. The place is very clean and the hot tub on the 3rd floor amenity deck was wonderful! The hot tub is huge so it never felt awkward if there were others using it. Parking is available for an additional fee and I would recommend it as it was nice to have a vehicle right there if you plan on going into town like we did. Nice place!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed this large condo at Winter Park Resort. We were close enough to everything to feel comfortable letting the older kids head out to the slopes early while the adults enjoyed a more leisurely pace over breakfast. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dryer in the condo was a great perk. Tip for future travelers: go to the amenity deck early in the day and you'll get it all to yourselves...we did, three days in a row!
