Every inch of the residence reflects intentional craftsmanship—from the white oak walls and ceilings that create a warm, welcoming atmosphere to the hand-selected furnishings and curated artwork that embody understated sophistication. Outside, the soothing sounds of the river and towering pine trees provide a natural backdrop, creating a seamless connection between luxury and nature.

Step inside to discover an expansive great room anchored by a striking Scandinavian gas fireplace and walls of glass that frame the surrounding forest and river. The chef’s kitchen, equipped with premium appliances and a spacious quartz island, is perfect for everything from leisurely breakfasts before a day on the trails to elegant evening gatherings with family and friends.

Multiple decks offer panoramic mountain and river views, inviting you to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon sunshine, or evening cocktails surrounded by nature. After a day of hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, golfing, or exploring town, unwind in the private hot tub on the lower-level patio or gather in the entertainment lounge featuring a full bar and large-screen TV.

For those blending work with leisure, the top-floor office overlooking Vasquez River provides a peaceful and inspiring workspace—or simply a quiet retreat to read, relax, and reconnect.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Secondary King Suite, Queen Bedroom, Two Queen and Two Twin Bedroom, Three Twin Bunkbeds in Bunk Room Suite. Sleeps up to 18 guests.

Each bedroom serves as a personal retreat, featuring luxury memory foam mattresses, premium linens, and thoughtfully designed lighting for restful nights after a day of mountain adventures.
