Welcome home to Creekside Retreat, a spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home overlooking Vasquez Creek in Winter Park. With room for up to 18 guests, this three-level home is a great fit for families and larger groups looking for plenty of space to spread out while still being close to everything Winter Park has to offer. You can walk to downtown Winter Park in about 5 minutes, where you can stroll over to Hideaway Park, or head out for a day on the trails with the Vasquez Creek Trail just steps from the home.

Head inside to the main level, where the open great room gives everyone a comfortable place to gather. Large windows look out toward the surrounding trees and creek, while the gas fireplace makes the living room especially inviting after a day outside. The kitchen is set up for groups, with a large quartz island, plenty of counter space, and everything you need to prepare meals together. The dining area sits just off the kitchen, making it easy to stay connected whether you’re cooking breakfast or sitting down for dinner.

Step outside onto the decks and take in the mountain and river views. With several outdoor spaces throughout the home, there are plenty of spots to enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the sunshine, or settle in for the evening. After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, golfing, or exploring town, head down to the lower-level patio and soak in the private hot tub while listening to the creek nearby.

When it’s time to wind down, the lower level offers another great gathering space with a large-screen TV and full bar. It’s a fun spot for a movie night, hanging out with the kids, or enjoying a drink after a day in the mountains. There’s also a quiet office on the upper level overlooking Vasquez Creek, giving you a peaceful place to work remotely or take a little time for yourself.

Ready to rest easy? The Primary King Suite is located on the main level and features its own ensuite bathroom and private deck overlooking the creek. A second King Suite is located on the lower level and also has a private ensuite bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a Queen bedroom with shared bathroom access, along with a bunk room featuring two Queen beds and two Twin beds. A second bunk room is located downstairs, and it has three Twin-over-Twin bunk beds, providing six additional beds and making it a great setup for kids and larger groups.

And when you’re ready to hit the town, you won’t have to go far. Downtown Winter Park is about a 5-minute walk from the home, while Hideaway Park is also within an easy 5-minute walk for concerts, festivals and other seasonal events. The free shuttle stop is approximately a 3-minute walk away, and Winter Park Resort is about a 5-minute drive or shuttle ride. With the Vasquez Creek just steps away, you can easily get out for a morning walk, bike ride or hike without getting in the car.
