It was so cozy and had everything we needed. The nicest surprise was having a full size lit up and decorated Christmas tree when we entered the condo. Really helped us feel more Christmas-y since we were away from home for the holiday. The king bed was really comfy as was the couch! Nicer supplies were all around…Tide pods…Dawn soap..,nice paper towels and foil and Ziplocks! Communication with the managers was also really good. Great folks! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

This is a terrific little gem for enjoying Winter Park area. We ended up not having to bring a dog with us but you couldn't tell this was a pet friendly spot...which we love! Everything was in it's place and has a well stocked kitchen. The managers were very friendly and has great texting features for communication. We'll be back soon!

Perfect situation for 4 people. The space was clean and provided everything we could need. Bbq pit on the patio made grilling super convenient. The little welcome kit with snacks was a nice touch. Beautiful views from the living room patio. Ski shuttle was walkable, as well.

Such great views from the patio! Amazing alpenglow each evening. This was the perfect spot for our family of 4.5....and dog was remembered/welcomed too! Very easy to bike the back roads in the neighborhood and terrific, central location for all the adventures in Grand County. Thanks for hosting us!

My husband and I and our dog stayed here for 4 nights. The property was spotless and so incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to make meals and the views from the porch and windows are stunning. We had such a relaxing stay, I was so sad to leave. We would 100% stay here again. Just a quick getaway before school but the dog HAD to come! A really nice, clean condo that is pet-friendly was a bit harder to find. The management team was helpful and always there if we needed, we didn't. Would happily recommend and return!

The home was in perfect condition, access was easy, location was great. Impressed with quality of furnishings. The couch was very nice, as was the additional living room seating, balcony furniture and dining area. Overall was well stocked with games, extra fans, blankets in the living room. Very thankful to have such a nice place offered as pet friendly! There was plenty of space in the complex area to walk the pups as well as a trail off the rear that gave us a mini hike of sorts. Kitchen could use some additional items like condiments, cutting boards (possible I just didn't find the cutting boards) etc but overall was functional and well thought out. There was starter coffee on site as well, enough for 2 mornings for 2 of us. Bathrooms were nice but could use some additional toiletries like body wash and better quality products in general. They stock the tiny hotel size conditioner, shampoo, body lotion and bar soap. Tons of TP though! 2 towels per person were provided along with wash clothes and hand towels. Another nice little bonus were the dog bowls. The customer service was impeccable, communication was moved off the app to text and email immediately which made it very easy to reach out to the managers.

Great location for a reasonable price! The place was clean and had what we needed. I didn’t realize it was on the 3rd floor (it probably says this in the description) so trekking up & down the stairs with 2 kiddos was not super fun but we managed. The views were great though!

Updated condo property with incredible views! It is well equipped! The master bed was so comfortable. We stayed during the summer and truly enjoyed it. Great two bedrooms layout. There were only the two of us, but definitely could see the ease of the space with more people. Cozy living room and kitchen with two bathroom and bedrooms off the main area. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood with a nice view and walking path right outside. Short five minute drive to the slopes and plenty of food options less than a mile away. Fantastic set up for those looking to stay near the resort.

The property was very nice. The property had a newer feel to it. The kids loved the bedroom with the bunk beds and their own TV. The kitchen was well equipped, and easily met all of our needs. The location of the property was great also. It is just a short drive from all of the activities.

We called twice for help with the tv remote and it was great to have a technician run right over to help us with it. The place is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. I would add to the losing that it's a third floor condo, so you will be going up two full flights of stairs. Also, this is a pet friendly unit, i would advise pet owners that the stair treads are metal and have sharp pointy grated non slip surfaces. My dog would not have walked up those stairs.

Great cozy house. Clean, plenty of parking. Only complaint is the air mattress is super uncomfortable. MANAGER COMMENTS: Oh no! Sorry that the air mattress was not enjoyable. We'll get checking in on it and see if there is some leak or something going on with it. Please let us know if you come back this way and we'll find a more comfortable spot for you.

We spent 5 nights at this Cozens Point location. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and even allowed us to host dinner for family friends staying in another Cozens Point condo. We skied at Granby Ranch which was not far, had dinner in Tabernash, and visited Winter Park on several occasions. Everything was very close. The customer service from Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent. We didn’t need anything from them but they were available if we had. We would definitely stay in this location again.

We spent 5 nights at this Cozens Point location. The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and even allowed us to host dinner for family friends staying in another Cozens Point condo. We skied at Granby Ranch which was not far, had dinner in Tabernash, and visited Winter Park on several occasions. Everything was very close. The customer service from Winter Park Lodging Company was excellent. We didn't need anything from them but they were available if we had. We would definitely stay in this location again. We enjoyed our time at Cozens I-302. It’s a new unit with nice furnishings (modern - not the silly “cabin chic” that’s so common these days). The owners had games and puzzles that kept us occupied when we were inside. The kitchen was well supplied. The TVs were quite nice. The second bedroom with a bunk bed was perfect for our daughter. The radiant heating system is great. We also appreciated the little extras; nice Aveda products for the bathrooms, extra dog blankets and doggy food/water bowls, the rubber boot trays for snowy shoes, humidifiers for each room, etc. Overall it seems like a well-constructed solid home. The unit is in a new development, convenient to Winter Park (for downhill skiing), Fraser Tubing Hill for a different kind of downhill fun) and Devil’s Thumb Ranch (for Nordic sports). There is some other construction close by for other buildings in this development, but we rarely heard the noise in our 3rd floor unit. We would definitely consider returning here in either Winter or Summer.

We had a wonderful stay last weekend at Cozens Pointe I-302. The Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. It is also very conveniently located - close drive to restaurants and grocery store, and only about 10 minute drive to Winter Park resort. The Condo was especially well suited for families - my 5 yo enjoyed playing the board games that were stocked in the condo and sleeping in a bunk bed. We will definitely be returning!

Cute modern country chic.  Has an awesome view looking at Devils Thumb and the Indian laying down and of Fraser because it is on the 3rd floor. Brand new development and building, super clean and love the country feel. It was also great to be able to bring our dog!
