This is a gorgeous, newer property. Amazing details in each room. Very clean and the best location for skiing at Winter Park Resort. The hosts were fantastic and easy to contact for any issues....but we had none! It was just the right spot for all of us and we'll definitely be back to stay again!

Winter Park was honestly a great experience. The location was perfect—super close to the slopes, which made snowboarding and skiing a breeze. It was also really easy to find. My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn’t quite hot enough; it was more lukewarm than anything. Thankfully, the Jacuzzi bath made up for it me and my friends had a wonderful time also warming up in front of the fire place after being in the snow all day would most definitely come back 🏂💛

We booked this property for a long weekend to beat the heat and fireworks of July Fourth - it exceeded our expectations! The building was very quiet and easy to access. We loved the location because we could walk to the Winter Park base area for drinks, and it was a short drive to Fraser and only 45 mins to Grand Lake. The property was exactly as described: it was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The hosts communicated clearly and regularly, which made check-in/out a breeze. We would absolutely recommend this property to our friends and family, and look forward to staying there again soon! Thank you for hosting us!

Tasteful and so spacious for a 2 bedroom. We loved being so close to the ski run and able to dart in/out throughout the day was a real treat. The swim spa was amazing and always open. Proximity to the village was really great as well so we could dine some nights. Had a great time!

Loved it! It was a lovely building. The view of the forest was perfectly restful. The emails and phone calls with the Lodging company were very helpful. And! Chill 404 was absolutely beautiful! The layout was great! The furnishings and beds are comfortable and the artwork is beautiful. I want to live here. It's perfect. It just needs air conditioning in the summer.

Came to WP to escape the Texas heat in August and we were delighted with this location and views of the evergreens from the picture windows. The condo is lovely and tastefully decorated with a wonderful kitchen that has all the essentials, and then some. Our family of 4 had plenty of space and enjoyed peaceful, lazy afternoons when rain changed our outdoor plans. Winter Park Lodging Co. is A+ on customer service. Would come back in a heart beat!

The space was beautiful, roomy and well appointed. A ski trail could be seen from the window. The only drawback was trudging up 60 steps to get there which is a bit daunting with sea level lungs. Also you could not easily walk to central village. So I would call it walk up and ski out. If you can deal with that, it was otherwise perfect.

Loved this rental -- perfect location for ski-in and ski-out (if you're a Blue/Black run skier). Amenities are easy to access, place was super cozy, AMAZING views of the ski-in / - out trail, tons of blankets to keep you cozy and appliances in the kitchen (usually my two biggest complaints - not here!). Would absolutely stay in this spot again, especially this unit! Didn't feel like a typical Airbnb that's sparse -- this felt cozy, lived in (but not too much), and had everything needed for a perfect ski getaway close to Denver.

While the condo was perfect, it truly was the attention to detail from the booking to check in to on-site support that put it over the top. But, the condo was very well appointed - we appreciate the little things like sandwich bags and laundry detergent. It was very modern, spacious and clean. The park I head perfect, even for our guest that stopped by and right on the slope! Can’t wait to come back!

Chill 404 was a great place to stay. Would happy to stay there again. There is a set of stairs (61 to be exact) that leads to a gentle green run that goes directly to the gondola. Mary Jane (Blue) is the run that leads to the condo at the end of the day. I walked a few times to gondola both down the green run and on the street which is a good walk but not excessive. Beautiful scenery out of the window from the living room. All the kitchen accomodations needed as well as a washer and dryer. When problems arise there was a prompt response within 30 minutes from maintenance. Family across the hall lives there year round and was incredibly helpful.

Would highly recommend. A perfect refuge after long days of hiking and mountain biking. Large grocery store is a 10 min drive so we cooked dinner in the fully stocked kitchen every night. Beautiful balcony view, hot tub. Not to mention it was sparkling clean and a short walk to winter park resort area. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

13 years since our last family ski trip...so it had to be special...slope-side, great view, beautiful accommodations, fresh powder every day, waffles on the mountain...you get my drift (pun intended) Exceeding all our expectations, praise God, our trip was all this and more! The best way to describe the condo was my daughter's first impression...as she walked through the entry and looked directly out the wall of windows toward the mountain and saw nothing but snow and Aspens...tears of joy filled her eyes (she also loved the decor). Kind of dramatic, I know, but it really was a special trip for us...the condo was perfect, well appointed, everything was neat, clean, and well cared for. The washer and dryer in the closet kept our packing light...the endless hot water system meant great, relaxing showers after the slopes. Community hot tub was perfect, did not try the endless pool but it looked like a great feature along with the grill and outdoor fireplace. Parking in the covered parking was a very welcome bonus with the snow and cold we were blessed with! We cooked in every night and enjoyed watching the nightly snow cat run up the corridor trail outside the window. We decided the morning hike up the steps to the trail was a necessary and helpful warmup for the day! We could not have been more pleased with our stay. We hope to return next year!

A wonderful spot to ski in/out of the property each day. Excellent swim spa and hot tub to enjoy as well in a tranquil location in the woods. We will likely always stay right at the mountain now....really easy! Owners thought of it all and we felt very spoiled. This unit was everything that was advertised.  Very comfortable and welcoming.  Same for the hot tub and pool.  It was really quiet and pleasant stay.  You could not ask for anything else, very well supplied.  Winter Park Lodging Company were great making sure you got in and all was working good.  I would stay here again no doubt about it!

2 college buddies here for a few days to hike. Really nice place with great ammenities. The community hot tub and pool were clean and everyone in the building was very friendly. The management team was very responsive-- came and fixed the wifi when we accidentally shut it down. All in all, a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay.  Easy check-in with a code to unit.  The codo was clean and had a private garage parking space for our car. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was great for summer vacation.  We had a great time relaxing at condo with beautiful view of tree and wild animals.  We also enjoyed a hot tub after Mt. Bike rides at Winter Park and Fraser area. Staffs from Winter Park Lodging Company was very helpful and had a good communication.  They gave us an option for a early check-in.  We had a great time at Winter Park with nice weather everyday.  We hope to come back again and stay longer.

Their professionalism is reflected in the many small details that are not overlooked, which I have found very unusual. From guest amenities in the accommodations, to staff clearing snow from sidewalks at 5:00 AM. We had two separate experiences renting from Winter Park Lodging and I would turn to them first the next time we visit Winter Park.

Love this property and would definitely stay here again. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Has everything you need. Location is perfect easy access to slopes. Liked it not being right at the base. Quieter and just picturesque from all the windows. Didn’t want to leave!

This property was comfortable, clean, and modern. We loved the view of the slope and snow covered trees from every room. It was well furnished and stocked. The ski locker is conveniently located down the hall from the front door. We enjoyed this condo being in a smaller complex. The location was ideal for easy access to the slopes and skiing down to the lifts while not feeling part of the busier base area. It was perfect for a family of 4. We would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful condo that's right on the slopes! Everything is brand new here and it was perfect for our small family (2 adults + 2 kids). Super comfy beds and lot of rooms so we weren't stepping all over each other like some small condos we've stayed in. We loved the ski locker and the heated walkway to the easy green ski slope that leads to the base area. Cool hot tub & small workout pool that the kids played in. What we loved the most was all the cool, unique art throughout that made the stay really special. Also, Winter Park Lodging Company answered all our questions within minutes via text which was so cool. We'll be back to stay at Chill 404!

You can watch the skiers go by from the deck which was awesome. Beds were cozy and perfect for our 4 person family. Make sure to check out the hot tub & pool on the lower level when your muscles are tired. The pool is one of those workout pools but that was fun for the kids! Also, you can ski right to the sidewalk for this building which is so great after a long day or to stop home for lunch. Finally, Winter Park Lodging Company was so great to work with! They talked us through all our questions, helped with local tips and made sure our stay was 5 star. Stay here, you won't regret it!
