This place was perfect to stay in for our group of four - one couple and two individuals, for a long ski weekend.Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom attached, which was great for giving everyone space. The fireplace and hot tub were excellent and the property had plenty of space to hangout and enjoy playing boardgames together. It was also quiet and perfect for having our dog with us.The only minor con we experienced during our ski weekend stay was that there is an approximately 8 minute walk down/up an icy hill to the shuttle stop to leave/return, if you’re planning on staying here and taking the shuttle to Winter Park to ski/board.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would certainly stay here again in the future!

Our family of five had a wonderful stay of five nights. It was very comfortable, and homey. Perfect for what we wanted for our family vacation. My interactions with the property management, (Mindy in particular) was quick and thorough. I only had one small issue, and that was that the cable tv not working(I’m a news and sports junkie), and that is something I recommend they fix, though Mindy generously offered to pay for any streaming subscription I wanted as a work -around. The house is well furnished, beds are comfortable, views are fantastic. I will definitely look to book my stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is well-equipped in every way. We cooked all our meals, and there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils for cooking. There was a nice supply of basics such as trash bags and detergent. The furnishings and linens are nice. View are spectacular. We appreciated being able to take our dog with us which was one of the primary reasons I chose this unit. My only fyi for those considering this unit is the number of stairs. The arrangement is typical of many vacation condos where land is at a premium. If you are older and have compromising health issues, or if you have young children who are not good with stairs, just be aware there are lots of them. The management company was very attentive. The hot tub was wonderful, private, and perfectly maintained. Great place.

We loved the views from up here and so excited we were able to bring our dog too! Very clean property and all the things you might want/need are there. Nice and roomy for a 3 bedroom townhome and it was a blessing to have a garage as it SNOWED! Private hot tub was so relaxing and very clean too. Highly recommend and we'll be back to enjoy again. This Winter Park townhome was amazing! Big and spacious, comfortable furniture, clean hot tub, nice beds, well equipped, and amazing views! 2 car garage and mud room entrance with room for all your gear! Our Airedale, Archer, also loved the home and spent hours finding toys that other dogs left behind. It was perfect and I’ll definitely being staying there again! Thank you!

Great place, with comfortable beds. Felt very comfortable there. The company left a little sign to welcome us, which is just a nice little touch. They were incredibly helpful and communicative, and when we were late leaving (check out is at 10!) they let us know politely that we were holding up their cleaners. They could’ve been rude, they were kind about it.

We loved staying here!! We had a lovely time. The views are beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the space is great. Taking one star off cleanliness because we had to rewash all of the dishes, but I think that was mostly a dishwasher error. Overall, we would 100% stay again and recommend this property.

Such an easy check in and check out process. My husband and I were just getting away for a weekend and this home was great! We really enjoyed the kitchen and it had everything we needed to prepare our meals. We especially loved the trails all around the home!! We will be back!!

Winter Park Lodging really rolled out the red carpet for us. We had a personalized welcome note & welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived. Lucas was incredibly kind and attentive when we arrived earlier than we expected and when I got confused about how to lock the door.
The house seems brand new. It was not only spotless, but was also spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had a complete set of new cookware. The beds were all exceptionally comfortable. Lots of breathtaking balcony views and a clean hot tub to relax in at the end of a long day. We honestly can’t express how much we loved staying here. We will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The trails behind the unit were used everyday. It is comfortable and clean and well appointed. Lots of stairs but it get your flights climbed up on your fitness tracker! Everyone enjoyed the seating area by the kitchen. What a neat layout.

I had a fantastic stay at this townhouse and I can't recommend it enough! The photos and description were spot-on. The location was simply wonderful, offering stunning sunrises and sunsets. The townhouse was clean, spacious, quiet, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was also conveniently close to biking trails, which added to the overall experience. This is the perfect place if you're looking for a serene mountain retreat with amazing views and great location.

The unit was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of space for all of us, plenty of comfy seating, beds and bathrooms. We appreciated having storage space for the bikes in the garage and direct access to biking/hiking trails. The hosts were very welcoming and on top of communication. Wonderful place, beautiful views! Only wish there were humidifiers for the rooms, the air is dry.

The trails right outside the door are amazing! We ventured out daily and loved the fact that the ski resort was only 10 minute drive from our condo. Just be aware this unit has a LOT of stairs. Otherwise we had a fully stocked kitchen (freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice regularly) but we had everything we needed to make meals. Beds, linens and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Great place if you want easy access to some beautiful trails!!

Place was comfortable and exactly as described. Back deck overlooking open space and great views were a plus. Split floor plan could be a challenge for older guests, but parents with kids might also appreciate the separation of living room and rooms.
Well-situated to town and outdoor activities.
If you’re picky about your paper products, I would recommend bringing your own toilet paper and paper towels. There was one roll of paper towels provided and it wasn’t very good quality.
Despite being in a condo/duplex-style building, it was very quiet.
Plenty of board games, a Wii and puzzles available for guests.
If you like Kuerig Coffee, bring your own pods for machine provided.

Rented 1390 Bear Crossing for a last minute trip to the mountains while visiting Colorado. Looked like a nice property and they allowed a dog, which was a requirement. Absolutely lovely space. A rare and set of views as this condo is exactly on the ridge and has views to the East and West. I brought my two (youngish) adult sons with me for a long weekends of hiking, mountain biking, and playing board games. We had plenty of space and still felt cozy. It was perfect for us. ~1 mile walk into town for having dinner/drinks and there's some MTB trails running a few hundred yards behind the condo.

The condo was comfortable, well-stocked, and exactly as pictured. We were able to get away from the smoke in the foothills and enjoy some cooler temps in beautiful WP. The place was bigger than needed, but perfect for 4 days away. Would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay!

Love that this townhouse allowed us plenty of room to spread out. We were 5 and had our own bedrooms/bathrooms. Management was great at communicating, property was very well equipped and there were great views of the snowy wonder land. Minutes drive to shopping, restaurants, the WP resorts and slopes.

We were a family of 5 and had TONS of room. The townhouse is well equipped with everything you need and management is responsive to any questions. The views from front and back can’t be beat and we enjoyed long walks and soaks in the hot tub, right from the patio door. Lots of fun activities nearby but for the most part we were self isolating and enjoying family time. Great place to vacation!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was clean and updated, and the neighborhood felt very safe. We watched hummingbirds and chipmunks from the balcony every morning, watched a deer walk through the wooded area at the back of the house, and watched beautiful sunsets every evening. We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us and she appreciated the dog biscuits left for her by management. The management company kept in touch via text throughout our visit and the no-contact check in/out was a breeze. We loved our stay!

Amazing location for downhill mtn biking, hiking, trail running and walking the dogs plus only a few minutes from main street Winter Park. Watching the sunset off the back patio was one of the highlights of our stay. It was hard to leave the quiet location.

Amazing location for downhill mtn biking, hiking, trail running and walking the dog plus only a few minutes from main street Winter Park. Watching the sunset off the back patio was one of the highlights of our stay. It was hard to leave the quiet location.

Great property with lots of room and plenty of bathrooms. Close to skiing at Winter Park, cross country skiing at Devil’s Thumb and tubing in Frazier. We walked to town for exercise and fresh air and swam at the Winter Park Rec center. Nights in eating “at home” and playing games and we were even allowed to include our little dog! The service was incredible, the manager checking in many times to make sure everything was great. They delivered humidifiers late one night because the ones at the property had stopped working.

MANAGER COMMENT: Glad you enjoyed your stay. So many things to do in WP, both inside and outside. Come back for more fresh mountain air anytime.

There are remotes everywhere and it’s very frustrating to operate the tv’s. We finally figured out what to do but to prevent any future frustrations some guidance there would be good. We had a great time and look forward to coming back to visit WP.

Wow, we absolutely LOVED this house! Our little poodle loved it too!!! 🐾. Beautiful woodwork throughout the house and we loved the radiant heat in the bathrooms. The multi level stairs in the house will get your legs toned! The only weakness is the distance of the shuttle. It’s a bit of a hike! And, the rental company was very responsive and super friendly!!

Bear Crossing 1390 was a good fit for our needs. We could drive 5 min down to the free parking garage and catch one of numerous free buses to WP Resort. In addition, the town home backs up to open space allowing us to snowshoe with our dog without driving anywhere. Great house layout to give each of the kids their own bedroom and bathroom.

Our Granny loved being able to comfortably sit on the couch in the kitchen and be in the midst of it all from kitchen to living room activities. She was a huge fan of the layout! Terrific location to get to all things in Winter Park and beyond without any troubles. Visiting small town of Georgetown was another huge highlight for us. Thanks for letting us use your great place.

Was a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the views! Only one slight downfall-Master bedroom doesn’t have shades on a good portion of the window. Makes it for a very early morning wake up. Otherwise we enjoyed staying here!

It's an awesome layout and you can fit 2 cars in the garage! Love it. Didn't even have to clean vehicles off. Was perfect spot for us. Very clean and everything you could want in the kitchen....and 2 packs of laundry detergent. We'll be back!

Beautiful condo with lots of room and a very large (long) garage that fit an SUV and a truck. The only suggestions I would make are to deal with how overheated the place feels. We turned the thermostat down to 60 and it still registered 70 degrees. Not sure why. Two of the humidifiers don't work so check which they are before just putting them back in the closets. And a decent large nonstick frying pan would be a much appreciated addition. Otherwise it's a wonderful place. The couch in the kitchen was a novel and useful seating area. And Winter Park Lodging is the most helpful company with genuinely nice people that I've worked with in all of the mountain towns. We'll be back!

The house was perfect for our family winter get away!! We loved the layout of the house... the living areas and kitchen are spacious and very comfortable! We also like how each bedroom has a bathroom. Perfect location with a short drive to all Winter Park has to offer, but nice and quiet with beautiful views! We hope to enjoy this place again!

Nice condo with beautiful views. LOTS of stairs, one flight up to front door, one flight up to living room. Six steps up to kitchen..another flight up to bedrooms. Six steps down to laundry room, garage from the foyer. Very clean with lots of ameneties such as hot tub, fireplace. I would definitely rent here again!!

This place is so great! A few of my friends and I went up to celebrate a 23rd birthday and it was beyond what we all expected. I've never used VRBO before this and it was an awesome experience! The house was clean and just as described. The company that owns the properties called me once before the trip, once when we got there and once when I left to make sure everything was going well. The hot tub was such a great asset that looked out to an amazing view and was actually rather private. The kitchen is gorgeous and very well stocked when it comes to cooking essentials and appliances. Heated floors, a two car garage, comfortable beds and great balconies were all just the cherry on top of this place. The only thing I would warn you about is that there are quite a few stairs, so be weary if there are older people coming along on your trip. Other than that I would definitely recommend, my friends and I are already planning our next visit!

The home was great with very comfortable furniture and great layout. Tucked in the back easy access to downtown and trails to take the dogs if you want while you stay. Garage was big enough for two vehicles and gave enough room for storage as well. Hot tub was great and the customer service provided by the staff was just incredible. Answered the phone every time, waited until we had the answer and followed up before and after our stay. Definitely coming back...

We had a wonderful time at this house. It's beautiful, well laid out, stocked with whatever you need for a kitchen appliance and dishware, and in the most beautiful setting - the view from the back is hard to beat. We had hiking trails out the backdoor as it butts up to the open wilderness; we even saw a Moose out back one morning. I love that they allowed dogs. Our golden had a great time and enjoyed hiking with us every day. Highly recommended.

There were very few towels for such a large rental. There should be separate towels provided for the hot tub. Manager Comments: Thanks for letting us know about the lack of towels. We will be sure to add more in the property. Please do contact us during your stay if we can ever provide anything extra, like towels, that will make you more comfortable. I am susan jorgensen, melissa's mom. I used to work at a resort so i am sending some suggestions for 1390. Loose carosel in corner cabinet in kitchen.The beddin on the single beds: pads, sheets, comforter all come off no matter weather a child or adult are on the bed.The dish washer needs balancing, the racks fall out. kitchen sink leaks at junction between faucet and granite. We could not get the temp in the house to go down to even 68. i know it is a personal issue but the house was to hot and i know you don,t want the pipes to freeze also . just a little more range of temp would be appreciated. When we arrived there were 3 chipped glasses and one cracked while we were there. The towel bar in the bedroom next to the single beds bedroom kept falling down, it needs tightened. also , it was lovely staying there ,fantastic views and great exercise going up all those stairs. WE had a great time. thank you! Manager comments: Thanks for mentioning these items to us. We have our maintenance techs heading in there to check in on the kitchen items and check out why the heating wasn't adjusting properly. We are replacing the chipped glassware and replacing the bedding for the single beds so that they fit properly. We thank you again for all this information and look forward to getting to host you again.

Very well appointed home. Overall had a great stay. Few comments- Wood stairs to the kitchen are super slick! Some sort of grips would be very helpful. Room with the twin beds was 10 degrees cooler than the rest of the house during the snow storm. We had the house cranked to 75 so that room would be 65 for the toddler sleeping in that room. Humidifiers couldn't be used for us - they get too hot - if the toddler was to touch them it could cause a burn. Really a nice place with those few comments! Manager's Comments...Thanks for that great feedback. We are researching slip resistant treads and looking into the heat issue in the twin bed room. We hope to have these issues resolved before your next visit.

Great view, great location but vehicle necessary. Garage is needed if group has more than 1 car. Lots of stairs. At 9000 ft. can be a problem for older flat landers. Loved the 3 suites for our three couples. Loved the access to hiking trail, hot tub. Pet friendly. Neighbors friendly. From ads expected a brand new single house. Part of a three plex town house that was built in 2006. Not a drawback as the other two were unoccupied during our stay and the house is in good condition. Furniture very comfortable. The two smaller suites need to have the TV's on the wall and to get rid of the large cabinets as it made the small space smaller.

This is a great place. Very well maintained and excellently stocked kitchen. Amazing views and very comfortable furniture and beds. Location was quiet and easy to find. One of the nicer places I've rented. You can tell the owners take great care if it.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home this summer. We loved how it was decorated - very comfortable and nice. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and hit the trails and coming home to soak in the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked so we cooked several of our meals. We were traveling with our dog so it was nice to have such a great place to stay. the whole area was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed it some much we booked the home for 5 weeks next summer!

We enjoyed our time at Bear Crossing 1390, using it as a gathering place for our family while did activities in the WP area. Our huge group of 10 found this rental had more than enough room. Both of our cars fit in the garage, shielding them from the snow and ice overnight. The hot tub worked awesome and even when it needed more water 1 phone call got someone out promptly to take care of it. It was one a few mins from the resort and in close proximity to shopping. We will be renting this place again!

Very pleased with the customer service we received from Winter Park Lodging Company from the initial booking to the end of our stay. We requested several kitchen items that we needed and were provided. Also, had a few minor issues during our stay...hot tub temperature needed to be increased, smoke detector started chirping and needed new battery, electrical issue in one of the bathrooms and they came immediately to address all these small problems. We were very impressed with their customer service and would definitely use Winter Park Lodging again in the future and recommend them highly to friends planning a visit out to this lovely area!

While the condo is very well appointed and clean, we were extremely disappointed in the beds. There is NOT a king as avertised but two twins pushed together which were so rock hard sleeping was elusive. The queen mattress in the second bedroom needs to be replaced as well. We would Not rent this condo again given that the beds were so bad.

1390 Bear Crossing was amazing. The three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms was more than enough room for our party of six. The hot tub was a great way to end the day after riding on the mountain. We would definitely come back and use this facility again. The management company made sure we had everything we needed and often left voicemails or emails checking on our party.

Perfect view, perfect location, but you definitely need a vehicle. You need to use the garage if your group brought more that one car. Lots of stairs, which proved tiring for older, flat landers. Although the living room window was a bit dirty, we thought the place was overall clean. The three suites for three couples worked out perfectly. Access to the hiking trail, hot tub, being pet friendly, great neighbors we kind of expected a new house, but it was part of a 3 plex. The furniture was the more comfortable than any we've sat in and the place was in very good condition.
