The main level features a large open living room with soaring cathedral windows, comfortable furniture, and an oversized stone fireplace that creates the perfect place to gather after a day filled with adventure. The living room opens into the dining area and the gourmet kitchen, keeping everyone together while meals are being prepared. The chef in your group will love the Wolf range, Sub-Zero refrigerator and generous counter space, while the large dining table gives everyone plenty of room to sit down and enjoy a meal together. Step outside onto the spacious deck and take in the views of the surrounding mountains and Fairways at Pole Creek. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up over Sheep Mountain, then, fire up the grill for dinner or relax in the private hot tub after a long day on the golf course or trails. As the evening winds down, gather around the built-in fire pit and enjoy the bright Colorado night sky. This outdoor space is made for spending time together and taking advantage of the beautiful mountain setting. Also on the main level is the Primary Suite, featuring a King bed, gas fireplace and direct access to the deck and hot tub. The ensuite bathroom offers a beautiful copper soaking tub and plenty of space to get ready for another beautiful day in the Rocky Mountains. It's the perfect place to retreat at the end of the day and relax in your own private space. 

Next, head upstairs to the additional three bedrooms; a spacious King bedroom, a comfortable Queen bedroom (both with vaulted ceilings and private ensuite bathrooms), and a bunk room, featuring two Full-over-Full beds, making it a great setup for kids, families, or groups traveling together. With multiple ensuite bathrooms and plenty of room throughout the home, everyone in your group will have a comfortable place to rest easy. 
When you're ready to get out and explore, Back 9 Lodge is in a great location for enjoying everything the Fraser Valley has to offer. Pole Creek Golf Club is just a five-minute walk or one-minute drive from the home, while downtown Winter Park is approximately 15 minutes away. Spend the day golfing, hiking, biking or fishing, take a trip to Rocky Mountain National Park, or head into Winter Park for skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort. After your adventures, come back to Back 9 Lodge, fire up the grill, soak in the hot tub, and settle in for another relaxing evening in the mountains.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Primary Suite on the main level with ensuite bathroom, King bedroom on the upper level with ensuite bathroom, Queen bedroom on the upper level with ensuite bathroom, and bunk room with two bunk beds providing four full-size beds. Sleeps up to twelve guests.

- Quiet hours begin daily at 10pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of whom live nearby year-round.
- The home is located in a mountain community where guests may occasionally hear normal neighborhood activity, road maintenance, construction or nearby train activity.
