The open living space flows into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy to stay connected while you're cooking dinner or enjoying a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay.

Ready to head upstairs? The private rooftop deck is the showcase of Arrow 298. Soak in the bubbling hot tub while taking in the mountain and Byers Peak views, relax on the outdoor seating, or fire up the grill for dinner under the Colorado sky. And when you're ready to get outside for an adventure, you won't have to go far. Hideaway Park is directly across the street, while downtown Winter Park is just a seven-minute walk away. Grab coffee, dinner or a drink, catch live music at the park, or hop on the free shuttle just three minutes from the home for an easy ride to Winter Park Resort. The resort is approximately a eight-minute drive or 15-minute shuttle ride away.

- Like many mountain communities, occasional sounds from nearby construction, train activity or normal neighborhood activity may be heard during your stay.
