TOWN OF WINTER PARK

Downtown Winter Park is located approximately 2 miles north of Winter Park Ski Resort. 

It enjoys a festive feel throughout the year with a vibrant outdoor concerts and events at the central Rendezvous Event Center at Hideaway Park. 

There are many restaurants and bars, plus family entertainment by the bucket full at the Grand Park Rec Center & Foundry Bowling & Movie Theater. 

The Lift, Winter Park's free bus service makes getting to the nearby slopes easy.

FRASER & Surrounding

The town of Fraser sits approximately 5 miles north of Winter Park Resort.  

Fraser offers a great mix of accommodations including condos, duplexes and large mountain homes.  While quieter than the Town of Winter Park, Fraser has a growing restaurant & bar scene (including three breweries, a distillery and winery). 

 Popular Fraser activities and events include the summer rodeo, mountain biking, snowshoeing and snow tubing.
