We currently manage over 125 high-end condos, homes & townhomes at the base of Winter Park Resort, Town of Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash.
We have a dedicated owner relations team that works hard to get to know you, and your property.
We take care of any maintenance issues or questions you have quickly and politely, and always keep you abreast of any items that require attention that we discover during routine property care, post stay inspections and upkeep.
Our Property Care team of housekeepers, inspectors and maintenance technicians takes pride in knowing and maintaining each and every property in our care. Rather than using a traditional security deposit system, we implement an accidental damage fee to every reservation. Why is this better? Because if the guest damages the property and they report it, or we find it, we get it fixed without charge to you or the guest.
We have a sophisticated marketing strategy which includes a high degree of internet marketing via Search Engine Optimization, digital advertising, social media and direct email marketing to our large contact list.

Our revenue management team produces rental projections for each property, based on historical data, ongoing competitor analysis, and consumer demand.
Yield management of daily rates & minimum night stay requirements are based on extensive research to achieve optimal occupancy, without sacrificing quality and standards.
We encourage our owners to use their homes and make it easy to block dates with our online calendar. Our online owner portal allows you to view your monthly statements, nightly rates and property bookings; we also give you the option of receiving an email from us you every time a new booking is made. We charge a single commission which covers linen service, cleaning, supplies and any accidental guest damage.
When a guest books online, we always call and speak with them directly. When we speak with a guest, we screen them to make sure they are the right renter for your property and begin creating a positive guest relationship.
