Room was in a perfect location and was clean and nice when I arrived. Staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend it and look forward to my next trip there.

My family and I had a great experience at Zephyr. We will most definitely stay here again. Hopefully at the next visit there will be more amenities available and restaurants will no longer have capacity limits due to COVID-19. The room was clean and very much stocked with necessities. Check in and out was a breeze. My only complaint is the cost for parking each day in addition to our room cost. Thank you for the great experience!
MANAGER COMMENTS: Thanks Martha. It does get silly when you have to pay additionally for parking however the building HOA decided to have a 3rd party company run the garage operations. We will continue to voice your concerns!

A beautifully updated spot....felt very clean and fresh! Missed out on not having hot tub use but understand the need to be COVID safe. We stayed very comfortable and really enjoyed. So easy to get skiing and we hope to come again next year!

All was good, really enjoyed and would come back. Only issue is the room was warm most of the time.

Everything was great but the room was a little warm and we could not control that ourselves with the thermostat in the room.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. My only problem was the A/C did not work. We paid a lot of money to have to sleep with the patio door open and the windows up.

None of the properties that we manage here have air conditioning in them and we will be updating all of our information accordingly. We are always more than happy to bring by extra fans or something that will keep you as comfortable as possible so always feel free to give us a call. We hope to get to host you up this way again.

We have stayed at Zephyr Lodge a few times and always had nice rooms. Winter Park Lodging is a good service - very quick to respond to requests and they have a little welcome candy which is a nice touch. Our room this time had updated appliances and the bathrooms seemed updated as well. Only one caveat - the rooms are hot in summer. It cools nicely at night but can be a bit stuffy during the day. They do have a box fan to help. Overall a good experience and we'll stay there again.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Those big windows are great for views but not for sun. During the day, we recommend closing the curtains to help keep the heat out. Glad to hear you'll be back to see us again.

We loved our stay at 2510 Zephyr Lodge. Although the condo could use updating, the beds were comfortable and the location couldn't have been better. It was also nice having a locker big enough for our skis.

The location is excellent right in the ski village close to all the amenities. Activities are all within short walking distance. The season was ending in September when we came so not everything is open. The only minor issue is that if you want something done immediately there may be a delay. The lobby staff is not going for example to light the fireplace pilot light because they say they do not own the housing unit. But everything else seemed to go great for us. The app provides a great way to check on location, services, check-in procedures. The emails were effective way to communicate with unit managing company.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Things do quiet down after Labor Day, but our service is great every day of the year. Please note when you stay with us again, the Zephyr front desk isn't able to help with issues inside the condo. Be sure to contact us right away for anything you need during your stay. We are happy to help and quick to respond.

Really had a great time in Winter Park. Only negative comment on the room was that the beds were not very comfortable. Updated Manager's

I was impressed by your Mgt. company. I though it was so nice to have the gift basket and written note welcoming us. After check out I realized that I forgot my pillow and blanket in the room and someone met me there to let me in and grab it. Very accommodating and friendly. Great Job!! I will book again through your company

This condo was very clean and spacious. It's conveniently located near several shops and restaurants, and the Zephyr lift is just steps away from the door.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zephyr this year. Winter Park Lodging Company made booking, checking in and checking out a breeze. Their app is a must! The unit was very comfortable but I'd suggest the owners invest in some quality pillows for the beds. Those of us on a different time zone need all the help we can to sleep! Only other thing less than ideal was that the hot tub was not very hot. I would definitely return.
