It was lacking a few things and we had an issue with the oven/stove top not working, but they sent someone to fix it within 20 min. We had a hard time getting the living space and both rooms cooled off in the evenings. The sun really bakes this unit and for some reason, even with the windows open all day and night with fans in them, it was still very stuffy and warm all night long. I think that being on the top floor, you get a lot of the heat from the roof as well. I tried using 2 of the 3 humidifiers that were in the rooms, one of them only worked the first night and the second is missing a button and doesn't automatically shut off, so when we woke up in the morning, it smelled like it was burning. The bedroom TV randomly came on early one morning, which was very weird. I had reached out to see if this room had a pack n play and i was told that it didn't and i was recommended a local company who rents them out. I didn't do this a decided to travel with my own, however, my parents stayed in another room at the Zephyr at the same time and that unit did have a pack n play. It would have been nice if another unit would have been suggested that would accommodate that need. Next time we will stay in a room on the first 4 floors and with a balcony. Overall it was nice, but didn't meet all of our wants and needs.

With those big windows we suggest keeping the windows and blinds closed during the stay and then opening everything up for the cool air in the evening. Like you did with the stove, please always give us a call if you have issues with anything like the humidifiers. We can deliver them quickly. Not sure what to say about the Tv, that's a new one. Looks like you booked online, so next time give us a call and we can find a property that has everything you need.

The washer and dryer, the extra bed in the living room, the fully equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable beds made our vacation one of the best ones we have had! We highly recommend staying at this unit. We will be back next year!!

Excellent customer service from their advice on picking the best lodging for our group through our last day of vacation. The condos were exactly as described. Perfect Ski In - Ski Out location at ZML, very clean and well stocked. Very easy check in and check out. We will definitely use Winter Park Lodging Company again.

The checkin/checkout procedures were simple, the "starter" kit welcome, washer/dryer very useful, rooms clean and there was able space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time. Our biggest complaint was the amount (or lack of it) of light in the eating and kitchen areas. Evening activities (games, cards, etc) at the main table was very difficult as was cooking and doing dishes. Suggest you add under counter lighting in the kitchen and replace the main table light with one that projects more light.

The decor was way more hip than our own homes, so it was fun to feel cooler than we actually are for a little while. Haha. Really, though, it was so much fun to lounge on the sofas and relax. Heating was not working, but space heaters were brought to our unit after calling maintenance. Suggest that a toaster oven (in addition to the toaster) be added to the kitchen and better humidifiers be added as well. Overall, very happy with our stay and would love to come back.

Parking was fine and the room was comfortable and well appointed. Our only disappointment was the amount of time we spent in line at the lifts, but that has nothing do with our condo.
MANAGER COMMENTS: Thanks so much for understanding about our check in time. Our apologies that the keys were dropped off before the room was ready....that is not how things usually go. So sorry the lift lines were long...it's always way more fun to be flying down than standing around!

There were things for the kids to do, and we had plenty of space in the kitchen to prepare dinner for our group. We had 2 units in Zephyr Mountain Lodge and I would highly recommend either of them!

By Annette, Posted: 01/04/2017The suite was great. We were amazed how well stocked the kitchen was. I really think the parking should be included with suite. We should not be paying extra. Need blankets for sofa bed. We were not able to control the temperature in the rooms and most of the time it was too hot.
MANAGER'S COMMENTS...Thanks for your feedback. We have gone rounds on the best way to handle the parking. We decided it is more of an add on than an amenity, as not everyone drives their own vehicle. There should always be blankets for any sofa beds. Please be sure to call us, if you don't find them. We are happy to bring one before bedtime. When the Zephyr building is at full occupancy, it does create extra heat. Feel free to open the windows to cool it off and let the mountain air in.

The locker for our skis was super convenient. Winter Park was our home so many years ago, and being able to come back to such convenience and comfort made it special. We will definitely be staying in the ZML next time we come out!

By Beverly, Posted: 01/01/2016We truly enjoyed our stay at Zephyr Lodge. The view was spectacular!!!! I would recommend this to anyone. The only problem that we encountered was a lack of items available in the condo, such as enough towels, coffee and small items in the kitchen - salt pepper, sugar/sugar substitute, creamer packets. While this isn't a big deal we would have loved to have those supplies available after a long drive from Missouri and arriving too late for other options. We checked with the desk downstairs, who told us their amenities were not available to us. We would need to call the emergency number for that. We didn't believe it was an emergency but they insisted that was the only way to be accommodated. I nice young man deliver extra towels and coffee about midnight that night, for which we were very thankful. It might also be nice to have a map or list of the accommodates there at the mountain because we didn't realize that there was a convenience store where we could have gotten a few things. This is not a complaint, but an opportunity for us to relate how things could possibly be better for your next guests. Again, thanks for the accommodates and all the contacts made by your staff - they were very through and helpful in making sure everything was in place for us to have a wonderful Christmas on the mountain. Manager Comments: In regard to the spices, I understand your disappointment, however we are required for your health and safety to adhere to strict hygiene practices. We are working on adding onto our app the location,contact info, and hours of operation for the Trail's End Mercantile located right below the Riverside Zephyr building. Our apologies that we missed placing that information in there previously. Thank you for being our guest and for your suggestions. We really appreciate it!

By Dorothy L, Posted: 02/04/2015The only thing I would ask to be changed (and this really concerns the actual owners of the condo, not Winter Park Lodging Mgt) is that the cloth drapes in the bedrooms be replaced with drapes that actually cover the windows; the lights from the resort base area reflect up through the venetian blinds all night, and the present drapes leave fairly large gaps uncovered on either side. If the owners are interested, the correct measurement for fitting drapes for a window is one-and-one-half to double the actual width of the window being covered. The present drapes are not even the width of the windows they are trying to cover. We manage to sleep with the reflected light at night, but it would be a worthwhile improvement for the owners to consider, at a minimal cost. Thanks! The condo was everything you said it would be and exactly as shown in the pictures. We have been to many condos at the mountain in Colorado and Utah, but this one was THE BEST LOCATION and THE BEST VIEW of the mountain! The view for the Torchlight Parade was incredible! I also want to commend your staff, as they provided EXCELLENT service. Crystal was the first person whom I spoke with back in August when we began planning our vacation. She was very helpful with information on the condos. Drea was very helpful in providing us with information on transportation from the Denver airport to Winter Park. Your staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Once we were in Winter Park, whenever I called for extra supplies for our unit, we received them promptly. We skied for 7 days and had a great time. Our only wish though, would have been for warmer temperatures that week, but that was out of your control! Thanks again.
