IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT WINTER PARK RESORT: In order to ski safely at Winter Park Resort, single day lift tickets are limited this year and will sell out. Please buy your tickets early. Also note, anyone with an IKON or Winter Park Resort season pass will need a reservation to ski this season. Pass holders can make reservations through their online account and each pass holder may reserve up to 10 ski days at a time. Make sure to check the reservations site frequently as cancelled and changed reservations are opening up ski days/reservations for pass holders.

A great downtown family-friendly condo, Hi Country Haus 1909 is quietly situated by the Fraser River, yet only a 150 yard walk to the restaurants & shops of Main Street and very close to Hideaway Park. Recently remodeled, this fabulous second-floor condo is plush and luxe with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, furniture & bedding. Your group will love sinking into the cozy sofa & warming their toes by the traditional wood-burning fireplace. The chef in your group will love the open kitchen with updated appliances and a perfect dining table for family dinner. Rest easy in one of the two remodeled bedrooms, featuring plush bedding and each with a bathroom. When you're ready for some fresh air, head outside to the private deck that overlooks the babbling Fraser River. Watch the river go by while you enjoy coffee or a glass of wine, then head out for an easy walk downtown to some of Winter Park's best shopping & dining.

  • At this time the on-site recreation center/clubhouse including the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and more is closed due to COVID-19 restrictions. We will update this listing when the restrictions are lifted.
  • Quiet hours begin daily at 8pm. Please respect your neighbors, many of which live nearby year-round.

Sleeping Arrangements: Queen in master bedroom, twins in second bedroom, plus a queen-sized, self inflating EZ bed for use in the lounge. Sleeps up to six.

Location: Downtown Winter Park; walking Distance to restaurants and shops of Main Street. Two miles from Winter Park Resort (on free bus shuttle route).
